One Week in Colombia

It was an intense week in Medellin, but so much fun 🙂 I like to arrive early and have a full day instead of losing a day, so I booked a 5am flight and Uber picked me up at 3am.

My friends, George, Samuel and ‘Spicy Nana’, picked me up from the airport. We went straight for food. And cerveza and some local shots. I grew up with 2 Rottweilers and got to say hi to this beautiful Rottweiler named Carbon at the restaurant 🙂

Our first house was in an area called Rio Negro. Very relaxing and lots of nature. I tossed my suitcase and backpack in the house, and we went to check out the hood. Had to stop the car and take a picture by this Puma sign. Felt right at home seeing the possibility of family members 😉 Also George is remodeling a house here so we checked it out and made sure there’s room for all of us in the future!

Ended up in some small town for dinner and then this awesome bar called Shupa Shots. Of course we had to try some shots and they ranged from strong to very strong hahhaaaa…

Next day we got to work. I like when work don’t feel like work, but you just have a great time and it happens to end up on camera. Yes, it might of gotten just a bit out of hand, but hey, sometimes you just got to go with it…

We had a mushroom ceremony booked for that night. Four of us went and it was an intense and amazing experience. I will make a separate post about it. A light dinner before heading out. I was getting hangry…

We got back at 10am the next day from the ceremony and were pretty exhausted. Not much else other than napping and eating that day.

Next day I met Melody. She’s getting into the ‘entertainment’ business as well and we did a little thing together.

As soon as I went outside the house this cute and friendly cat appeared to demand my attention 🙂

We then had to check out and check in at our new place in El Poblado. There’s a funny dog adoption story that happened here too, but it is connected to us tripping, so you’ll get it with the ceremony story. There was a pit stop at Amanda’s (George sister who is superfun) house on the way that resulted in me napping and then us playing Uno. I won a lot in case you wondering. I’m very competitive playing games LOL…

So our new casa looked like Scarface might of had a hand in helping to design it hahhaaaa…

It was supposed to be an ‘only-one-drink’ kind of night and saying hi to Coby who’s from Vegas and was also in town. You know how those nights can go? Very fun and we determined that Coby is way better at twerking than me…

Also checked out his casa which also was pretty unique… Yup, ‘it was all a dream…’

Next day was a full day in town with ‘Spicy Nana’ (who prefers to be incognito, but was our photo- and videographer and an old friend) and Melody. Lunching, coffee, getting nails done, shopping and dinner.

Next day more work in ‘Casa Scarface’… There are more pics, but it might a bit much Puma for you in one post. Don’t want to overwhelm you 😉

Had dinner at a great sushi place called Niku. The dessert was a cup of Nutella, brownie and ice cream. Guess how good it was???

On Monday it was paragliding time. It was me, Amanda, Samuel, and Coby that went for it. Amanda has done it before and said how amazing it is. Thought I’d be cool as her and just be gliding around up in the sky. Topless too while filming it. I ended up screaming and was anything but cool hahahaaa… But when the guy wasn’t diving and spinning, I had moments when I was cool! Video of it is coming too.

It was a very cool experience and I’d do it again. Afterwards we packed some stuff up at the house and headed over to Amanda’s. I wanted to shoot some experimental stuff in her garden at night time. We got some pretty cool stuff and I will show it later. Here’s me with Amanda’s supercool cat with thumbs.

The last day I headed to El Poblado for some coffee and a last look around. I’ve visited Medellin and twice before and almost moved here at one point.

Since we had some time before my late flight, we made the most of it when Melody came over. Guess I’m irresistible hahahaaa…

We had one last dinner and then it was time for me to fly home. When you’re famous like me it’s sometimes good to disguise yourself to avoid recognition 😉

Came home at 3am and Hunter was energetic as always at night, so we played a bit and then went to bed and crashed… All together it was such a great trip and I miss everyone. Hopefully I will see part of the gang in Mexico in November though 🙂

Here are some leftover pics I forgot to squeeze in…

That’s it. Trip report coming next 🙂 Tell me, how you been?

Psychic, Training, Prepping…

Had to go back in my phone calendar to see what I’ve done. Usually the photos help, but I guess I didn’t take that many this week.

I found the psychic’s name and scheduled a call. I have seen her in LA when I lived there, and recommended her to a bunch of friends. She has told me so many amazing things that blew my mind in the past. One time for example she said that my dad (who’s passed away) was showing her a German Shepard. She asked if he had a German Shepard. He had 3 of them. One time she said I was going to Las Vegas and I was going in three days. She told me I had a boyfriend at the time who had something wrong with one of his front teeth. She asked if it was chipped? It was a bit out of space and chipped. I was very excited to talk to her again, but unfortunately this time it felt more like she was guessing and it was all pretty much wrong to hahahaa… I guess I have to experience the future like everyone else 🙂

I feel that I need some time off from training as I felt pretty weak at the gym. I’m going to Colombia next week, so it will be perfect with a week off. But I still went and struggled through…

The shooting theme this week was ‘Netflix & Chill’. More like me eating all the props hahahaa… And ‘Paint me like one of your French girls…’

Also got a massage and a physiotherapy treatment. I love massages. The physiotherapy is mostly painful but I guess it’s good to work through all those knots and tightness…

My plan is to be able to stroll around with Hunter like this guy did with his cat.

The problem is that Hunter freezes when I put the harness on him. He walks a couple of steps and falls down like someone shot him. So dramatic. I guess he prefers to just be in bed…

Went shopping for some stuff to bring to Colombia next week. I’m so excited going. Meeting two friends there and who knows what we’ll get up to hehheee… I might have to disguise myself so I bought this mask among other things…

I put it on at a cafe to send my friends a photo and prepare them for what’s coming. The guy next to me asked if it was for Halloween. I held a straight face and said that I’m hiding from the police. He either didn’t get the joke or didn’t appreciate it and just went back to his computer hahhaaa… If someone said that to me with a damn mask on, I’d have at least 10 more questions. Joke or not 🙂

Think I’ll go to the movies today. Just have to find a movie with english subtitles 🙂 Tomorrow I’m getting my hair fixed and then packing for my trip. I fly at 5 AM on Tuesday. Can’t wait to eat choclo arepas in Colombia. My favorite!

Bazaar, Interview, Veins…

A mix of a little bit of everything this week. One thing that I never miss is shooting. It involved me being a pervy life coach and a bit of a disco queen…

Threw in some clothed stuff too…

Took some pics at the gym when I was feeling strong, but I saw my saggy knee-skin in the pics and got self-conscious… I went to the vein-doctor or whatever they are called. He injected some foam in some spider-veins that were getting a bit too spidery…

Also did a two hour interview for a local Finnish newspaper. The paper comes out in the northern parts of Finland that my family is from. Fun to get to talk about my Finnish upbringing and memories from Finland.

On Friday on very short notice I decided to participate at a weekend bazaar here in the city. Of course everyone loved the Psychonaut Explorer stuff 🙂 , and it was nice meeting some cool people.

And no, I didn’t forget about Hunter. He is fabulous like always. Since he gets what he wants, the other day I made him a bed on the kitchen table so he could nap close by while I worked away…

That’s it. Now I’m going to look up a Psychic’s number that I have seen before. She is in LA and is amazing. Just got the urge to hear what she’s got to say 🙂

Hiking, shooting, learning…

The best thing about this week was yesterday’s hike. It felt more like a climb, but it was worth it when you got to the top and saw the views over Mexico City. The place is called Pico del Aguila.

At the top we saw (or at least I think it is) the Popocatepetl volcano. It erupted this summer and some smoke was coming out of it…

Everytime I’m out hiking I’m reminded how much I love it. Need to make an effort and remind myself to plan more adventures in nature!

Looked like a big chicken at the gym the other day. I like colors 🙂

This week’s shoots… Felt right at home shooting in a sauna 🙂

I participated in two different Zoom meetings that talked about psychedelics. Key topics were how we can involve and respect the traditions of indigenous people who have a lot of knowledge about different plant medicines. Very interesting.

I love glasses and fun frames. I bought these two which I think are cool 🙂

Called the veterinarian over this week for Hunter. He had some wet stuff by his butt and thought maybe he has a wound or something. Hunter was not very accommodating when I tried to lift his tail and research his butt so it was better to have the vet do it. This veterinarian is amazing and so kind. He took Hunter with him and shaved his empty nutsack and around the butt. But everything was fine. Apparently just some discharge that was all normal. So Hunter is chilling and nothing wrong with him. Which just reminded me that I adopted him from the woods almost a year ago 🙂

Saw my friend Dyana and catched up.

I’ll leave you with this great quote by Maria Sabina!

“Be smarter every day by listening to your intuition, looking at the world with your forehead. Jump, dance, sing, so that you live happier. Heal yourself, with beautiful love and always remember…You are the medicine.”

Now let’s see what this Sunday has to offer!

My birthday :)

Soooo, on Wednesday it was my birthday 🙂 Decided I wanted to go to one of my favorite spots here in Mexico City: Boxque Teva. It’s only about 45 min from the city and in the woods. I’ve written about this place before, and if you come to the city and need to clear your head, come here!

Before leaving, I’m always making sure Hunter is taken care of. Julieta is Hunter’s extra mom and she knows only the best is good enough for Hunter. Ancestral ground beef mixed with liver and other healthy stuff. Cat food is below him. Or at least he thinks so and looks offended when I feed a can to him hahahaaa…

Here are some pics from Boxque Teva… Went with a friend and we had the whole place to ourselves.

I wanted to take some time and reflect on the year that has been and reset for the one to come. What better way than to have nature’s own medicine to help you – magical mushrooms. I like the image in the window too, it’s like the photo is saying “Mushrooms, please show me the way…”

Settled in at a clearing and let my mind go wherever it needed to go…

It got a bit cold later and moved in to the main room with a fire pit…

The people that worked then prepped dinner. Ate, listened to music and later rain and thunder…

Slept like a baby. Had a relaxing morning and then breakfast in the sun…

Found these cards with wisdom and this one is so accurate for me…

Took some picture because the Psychonaut Explorer clothes just fit perfectly here 🙂

Got some presents from my second home here in Mexico, Bold & Bowl the hair salon. Angel also thought I deserved getting my hair done with some wine 🙂

I’ve really gotten into baking. Well, pizza might not be strictly baking. I also attempted Paleo bagels. You can see how they look in the book. Mine look like torn up b*ttholes! But they tasted decent 🙂

Hunter, always close by and sometimes we’re holding hands…

In case you need more of me…

Had a coffee with my fellow Finn, Milla, here in Mexico and she had her birthday yesterday. She got me these beautiful flowers 🙂

Remember, enough is enough! Until next week friends 🙂

Baking, shooting, taming my mane…

This is my 4th week eating pretty much paleo. My biggest goal has been to stop eating refined sugars, candy and chips. I do crave treats though, so I’ve been baking. It’s kind of relaxing and then you get to feast! I could finish the dough alone and not even bake them hahhaaaa…

Tried a new photographer/videographer this week and we shot some super cool stuff. Got plans for some more creative psychedelic-like shoots, and I think we’ll be creating some amazeballs things together 🙂 Only got these so far…

Then Ximena shot my weekly naughty content 🙂 Do you believe in psychics? I know this psychic lady in LA that I’ve seen a couple of times and it’s crazy how accurate she is. I’ll write about it another time and tell you 🙂

Making a new mushroom jacket 🙂

Finally had to succumb and go see Angel to cut my hair. It looked like it had been electrocuted while a lawnmower ran over the ends.

Went back the next day and sorted out a manicure and pedicure…

Lunch with Sanna who is a Swedish chica living here in Mexico too. She is a really good artist and we discussed if she should paint me.

Another day, another microdose…

I borrowed a projector from a friend for my shoot and also played some cat videos for Hunter. Just the popcorn missing…

While on the topic Hunter…

Gym and mostly me in pink…

Sent this to Masha who is almost a full Doctor now. This actually happened to me in Sweden one time when I was going in for a check-up of the ‘taco’. The doctor even gave me a mirror so I could follow along hahahhaaaa…

This week is my birthday wohoooo! I’m going to the woods overnight and also doing a small get together with some friends 🙂

Now another cappuccino and some reading. I wish you a fabulous day/night and upcoming week!

Can’t report any…

particular amazingness from this past week. Just feels like I did the same sh*t as always, the week passed, and now we’re in September 🙂 Which reminds me that my birthday is coming up September 13th wohoooo! I’ve already made plans to be in the woods and shroom hahahaa…

Gym business got taken care of. A necessity for me to feel good in my head even more so than in my body. Excess energy needs to be drained…

The usual stuff…

And siestas with Hunter because that’s just how we roll 🙂

Got a bit creative yesterday and asked to borrow my friends pool to test some stuff out. Will see how it turns out. A couple of behind the scenes pics…

Tried a new microdose and really liked it…

Also an article was published about me and Psychonaut Explorer on Canvas Rebel. Here’s the link if you want to read more – https://canvasrebel.com/meet-puma-swede/

I think that pretty much covers the week. Got a Paleo baking recipe book so I plan to bake some later today. Also planning a trip to Colombia in October, but otherwise just hanging out locally. How cool are my coffee mugs?

You be you because I’m already taken 😉

Did something happen?

I did a lot of fun things 🙂 Last weekend we went to W Hotel to celebrate Dyana’s birthday. They have drag queen shows on Saturdays and they are super popular. It was really fun, especially when they rocked out with some Abba songs so I could pretend to sing along 🙂

Got inspired by a hairstyle and went to the salon to have them copy it on me 🙂

Lasted for about 4 days of shooting and workouts…

I managed to control my sugar intake for 2 weeks now. I haven’t had any refined sugars and have not eaten bread, pasta or chips. Secretly hoping there would be a huge difference on my body, but can’t say I’ve noticed any 🙁 But one can hope that I’m healthier on the inside at least…

I do get cravings so I tried baking some paleo stuff. Kind of failed by the looks of it, but it tasted really good. The blueberry muffins look black and it was supposed to be cookies, but I ended up scraping it all off the pan and it became like a crumble. I have now ordered a paleo recipe book for baking!

Don’t remember if I shared that I switched up my hair color? I get bored of my hair and the color so trying a bit of orange now 🙂

Photo shoots of the new color. I like it lot! Feels like I’m ready for fall…

I’ve been following this cool Swedish chick Maxinne on Instagram forever. About a month ago she wrote that she’s coming to Mexico City. Wrote her about meeting up. Long story short, we now have done 2 photo shoots with some other awesome chicas for a project she is doing. I love meeting new interesting people.

We also went wig shopping Downtown with her friend Vania. I wanted to buy this pink bowl that I think looked awesome, but they wouldn’t sell it to me 🙁

This past weekend my Finnish superwoman Milla was competing in a Crossfit competition here in town. Obviously put on my Suomi hockey jersey that I got from Milla and went to support. She is awesome and you could hurt yourself on her six pack!

At the drag queen show, I met this talented girl Abee La Sensacion. She sings, but she also has a cool store with shiny clothes. She had an event this weekend and me and Angel went…

And speaking of clothes, I saw some of my Psychonaut Explorer clothes on display in the store here wohoooo…

What else? I’ve been going for some physiotherapy weekly. I usually go when I have pain, but trying to go and prevent that tightness that builds up and then results in pain.

Hunter is doing great 🙂 Our favorite thing to do is napping together. I might be like 10% cat as much as I love napping…

Oh, and since he caught that bird, he’s on constant surveillance mode to catch more… So far, no success!

Then just the random pics of me and a couple of cute pets I’ve spotted when out 🙂

Got a Spanish lesson today and the gym opens late because of the competition so I’m going to work on some clothing I think 🙂 I hope you are superb and have an amazeballs week!

Shrooming in Oaxaca

I had a very introspective and insightful trip on magic mushrooms when I was in San Jose del Pacifico. I wanted to find someone to take me picking mushrooms in the woods, but didn’t manage to find anyone. I was recommended a guy who provided the mushrooms and did a little ceremony. We met up in the morning at 10am. Only had a bit of coffee and some fruit before. I was with someone I know and trust, and who also enjoys psychedelics, and the three of us walked to a nearby hotel which was surrounded by beautiful nature and beautiful views. A very relaxing setting which is very important when tripping…

While walking the guide shared a bit how he got into magic mushrooms. His mom had a heart problem. They tried different medicines, but nothing helped. She starting eating magic mushrooms, and 3 years later she didn’t have any more heart issues! She gave gave him mushrooms when he was 12 years old the first time…

We settled at a spot in the forest and laid out blankets and a little ceremonial ‘altar’.

These were our mushrooms, and they had been made into a tea. Before drinking the tea we silently said our intentions for the journey. My intentions were to explore what my fears are. I decided that I would push towards the darkness if it occurs during the trip and find out what’s there…

Our guide had prepped these shrooms and he took a small dose to be in tune with us.

I usually feel the effect of psychedelics fast and I think it’s because I know to just let go and surrender to whatever is coming. Like they say, ‘mushrooms don’t give you what you want, they give you what you need’. This time was no different, and pretty quickly (I think like 20min) I saw the forest glow and flicker. I lied down and closed my eyes. I had very beautiful visuals, and a lot of thoughts and questions passed through my mind. In the beginning I was aware of the forest and where I was, but there was a time where I was just part of and flowing with the visuals.

I had some ‘darkness’ and tried to explore if there was something there that I was afraid of. As soon as I pushed toward it and allowed myself to just be in it, I came out and it was pleasurable and enjoyable.

After about 2h I sat up, had some water, and grabbed my headphones for music. I saw that my friend had left his spot and I will share what happened to him in the end. I lied back down and looked at the trees as the sun was peeking through and hitting my face. I cried and had an overwhelming feeling of gratitude. Whatever built-up in my body was released. I got up and went to look at the view and cried a bit more. It wasn’t really out of sadness, but a lot of people I care about passed through my mind…

After about 4 hours the guide and I walked up to this look-out spot. He went to look for my friend. I sat here alone and just took it all in. Also found this note someone had attached and it resonated with me right there…

At this spot and moment it was me at my purest form. Everything peeled off, just empty and breathing. I realized that when I leave this spot different layers of ‘reality’ will be added on top of me. Being among people, work, social media, friends, your daily must do’s and routines… I promised myself that I would try to return to this spot in my mind if I ever need some peace and quiet internally…

The guide came back and said he wasn’t able to find my friend. I wasn’t really worried since I know he is experienced with psychedelics. But still, wanted to make sure he hadn’t fallen or hurt himself in some other way. We asked the reception at the hotel, and they hadn’t seen him. We walked back to where I was staying and asked the reception there, but no sign of him. I got my wifi back and my phone rang. Long story short, my friend walked off and felt he needed to go pee and escape the mosquitos for a bit. He walked by a cabana and just went inside. No one was there so he peed and fell asleep on the bed. He woke up and realised what happened and emerged back to reality LOL…

I like the calm I feel after a strong trip. I sat outdoors and listened to music and danced, thinking about what I saw and felt during the trip.

Still haven’t figured out why I sometimes feel fear. It’s more a feeling and not really related to anything real. Just like stress, it’s usually my mind creating scenarios and there’s not really any real reason to feel stressed.

This was an amazing trip and by night I had the fireplace lit and watched old music videos from the 80’s and 90’s 🙂

I’ve had a fun week and last night ended at W Hotel with a drag show 🙂 Will try to write during the week, but no promises 😉

Oaxaca & San Jose del Pacifico

Wow, what a trip. Oaxaca City is truly as amazing as everyone says. I visited Puerto Escondido earlier this year which is part of the Oaxaca state that I also loved. The best part is that it is only about an hour flight from Mexico City.

Arrived and checked in at Pug Seal Hotel that a friend had recommended. Very cool design, artsy and it’s in the middle of everything…

No time to waste and being hungry, I picked a restaurant from a list that another friend of mine had compiled with recommendations for Oaxaca. Went to Casa Oaxaca and yum yum yum, everything was delicious. Especially the lobster 🙂 I also like that they prepare the guacamole and salsa in front of you and ask how picante you want your salsa to be.

Also necessary to get the caffeine fix. Kiyo Cafe was my spot and they also had a little store with locally made stuff…

The town is beautiful and colorful. Little specialty shops, cafes, and lots of bars and restaurants.

I love mezcal and tried some drinks at Sabina Sabe. Muy bueno!

Called it a night after that…

Next day I had breakfast at the hotel. Oh, and since I’m a bit restless at times and can’t just sit and do nothing, I thought – why not swing a little before breakfast arrives…

Next door to the hotel they had this supercool shop called Peyote People. They have art inspired by peyote and made by locals. I have tried a bit of peyote and I will hopefully get to participate in a full ceremony with it soon…

Then picked up a rental car and the destination was the mushroom town San Jose del Pacifico. The town is known for magic mushrooms and I think Vice made a show about this town once…

Checked in at Casa Elba. Supercute place with different style cabanas surrounded by nature.

It was walking distance to town which is very small and charming.

Decided on an early dinner at an Asian restaurant called Tatsu. It was a bit further up from town and the view and sunset from there was beautiful! Spicy and good food too.

Breakfast at the hotel with the company of these 2 pugs that lived there 🙂

Needed more coffee and walked to town. It’s pretty cool because pretty much all of the time you are above the clouds.

The best coffee shop is Oaxacid. People are very friendly here and like to talk about the town, magic mushrooms and anything else you want. Met an interesting guy while drinking coffee. He said he’s been a ‘wanted’ person and came to San Jose del Pacifico and hid here. During Covid he made some controversial video and people with machetes were looking for him in town. Luckily it started raining and that was apparently a sign from the gods that he should not be harmed. Luckily everything had cooled down now and he could roam free. Very interesting conversation…

Decided to check out the next town over called San Mateo Rio Hondo. The road kept getting smaller and narrower until it pretty much was a dirt track. Arrived in town and it was pretty much one lane streets so decided to park, walk, and see what I could find…

I was looking for a bakery, but Google maps was not very accurate here. Saw some smoke coming from a house and though there might be a bakery located there. I was right, but apparently not the bakery I was looking for. But I got to meet this great lady and her husband that baked and sold bread to stores in nearby towns/villages. They had a clay oven with a fire where they baked it all.

Headed back after about an hour and half. Found a restaurant on the way back and since I didn’t find the bakery I decided I might as well fill up with proper food instead of sugar 🙂 This guy had just picked these chanterelles and I love them. Ordered all my food with chanterelles and my favorite was this cheese with the mushrooms on top – wow!

This restaurant was by a hotel called ‘Hotel Boutique y Cabanas Alto La Sierra’. It looked nice and they were just adding more cabanas and of course they were decorated with mushroom art 🙂

When I walked into the town I spotted this sign about magic mushrooms. I decided to hike up the short little path to a small house. There was a lady hanging up laundry and I asked if she was the one selling shrooms. Yes it was and she showed me what she had…

I did a magic mushroom ceremony the next day. I will make a different post about it because it was an amazing and a very insightful trip!

At night I ate at an italian place called La Taberna Los Duendes. Like everywhere, there were designs inspired by mushrooms. The entrance, cheese plate, napkin holder etc. Food was really good and you got huge portions. I ate here after my mushroom trip as well. How cute is my mushroom hat that I bought?

The day after my shroom trip I had a relaxed morning and shopped for some mini knitted mushrooms from this lady to put on a Psychonaut Explorer jacket I’m planning to make 🙂

Then headed back to the city. It’s about an 2.5 hour drive depending on the traffic. Stopped at one of the road side markets as well. They all sell mushroom artifacts. Or actual mushrooms 🙂

One tip, if you decide to head out to San Jose del Pacifico, bring cash! Not all places accept card payments and there are no ATM’s.

Checked in at my airbnb which had a private little pool. Of course I made the most of it while there 🙂

Next up was a food tour to taste some local flavours and mezcal. Very tasty and almost drunk when finishing up hahahaaa….

Next day I met up with a group to go visit Hierve el Agua. It’s about an 1,5h drive away and it is a set of natural travertine rock formation. I thought it was hot springs, but learned it’s not. These are mineral springs and I thing the guide said the only other one exists in Turkey. Very cool!

I had spotted this awesome pottery store the day before and went there after the tour was done. I could’ve bought half the store because the stuff was amazing. It was pretty expensive and I settled for 2 mugs. This one with mushrooms and another one with a mouth and pill on the tongue. I wish it would’ve been an acid tab instead 😉

Also found this guy and he had a screenprint that reminded me of my mushroom trip so I bought it…

Changed up and went to have a semi private tasting experience at Crudo. Wow! It was sushi, but with added Oaxacan flavors. If you have to pick one place in town to eat, eat here! We were only 6 people, but they also have a restaurant where you can eat.

That pretty much concluded my Oaxaca & San Jose del Pacifico trip. I’m pretty sure I will go back as I had the best time. I can really recommend visiting here! I will write about my mushroom journey too 🙂 Here are some left over pics…

Hope you are doing great. Anyone still on vacation? Me? I’m off to ship a pair of heels someone won in an auction and then working out. Also did an interview for the Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet this morning 🙂 Oh, and I’m trying to manage my 3rd day without sugar, bread, pasta and chips. Very hard but I’m determined to make it at least a week!

Hugs, Puma
