Work, Party, Veins…

I feel like I got a lot of good work done these 2 weeks. I’m still working on this site, but a little stuck right now. Shot some Psychonaut Explorer stuff. Recruited the beautiful Elisa to model too 🙂

Trying to cut out my own text from these rhinestone sheets. Not the smoothest thing, but I like the result…

And then showed off my modeling skills. Hello America’s Next Top model…

And then the stuff that’s been making (most) people happy since 19XX …

I was invited to a party called Bresh on Friday with Dyana. Can’t believe I used to party and after party until the next day. Now I was happy eating tacos at 3am before going to sleep not being totally f*cked up . I think it’s called getting old 🙁

Also feels good to be back at the gym. I didn’t work out while in LA, and then I was kind of sick for a week after. Damn it’s hard to get started again… ugh!

And not to forget Hunter S Thompson. I call him King of the Castle and he pretty much gets whatever he wants 🙂

Since he was living in the woods before I got him, I think he might of hurt his back legs at some point. He kind of just leaves them ‘hanging’ and the just plays with the front legs. Sometimes I also suspect he just might be a little lazy…

I found an awesome doctor here in Mexico City. He treats my shallow spider-veins on the legs with laser and injections. Tiny bit painful, but as we say in Swedish – vill man vara får man lida pin!

Other than this stuff I got a hair treatment, chilled in the park, and enjoyed some morning coffee in bed 🙂

Tonight I’m going to see the new John Wick movie. Also looking to plan a trip to Puerto Escondido. Everyone here says it is beautiful there and I miss the beach! And if anyone here has done overnight and multi day hiking in Switzerland, Slovakia, Norway or Finland, hit me up with recommendations please 🙂

Now, go on and have a great day!

War

I don’t think anyone has missed that there is war in Europe between Ukraine and Russia. So horrible and I never thought there would be war in Europe during my lifetime. I know there are wars that have been fought far longer in other countries, but this feels so close.

My mom and dad grew up in Finland during WW2. I remember them telling me stories how the bomb alarms went off and they had to run for shelter in basements. They got coupons for food since it was rationed out. My grandma couldn’t afford to feed my mom and her two sisters, so the sisters were put on a train to Sweden. They got a note around their necks with their names, and people in Sweden took them in. My mom was the youngest and stayed in Finland.

I have a Russian friend and her parents live in Russia, but she has relatives in Ukraine. Some of them made it out to other cities where there’s no fighting by car. Someone wanted to take the train the next day, but then the city was surrounded by tanks and they couldn’t leave. So horrible and I can’t even imagine what people are going through at the moment! I don’t know how, but I hope this war comes to an end quickly!

I hope you all are safe!

Olympic Gold & San Miguel de Allende

Wohooooo, first of all, big congrats to Finland for the Olympic Gold in hockey on Sunday!!! It’s the first time ever they got gold! I couldn’t watch the game despite VPN’s and all, so I was on WhatsApp with my sister in Sweden. She would comment, film the TV, and show me the action. In the last period when Finland was winning 2-1 against Russia, we were so nervous Russia would score. But no, Finland got the gold!!!! I played Finland’s National Anthem and my sister ran out on the balcony in Sweden waving the Finnish flag hahahaaaa… For those who don’t know, I’m born a Finn 🙂

On Tuesday last week we took the bus from CDMX to San Miguel de Allende. Only like 3,5h away and a very nice and comfortable bus ride.

I found a very nice Airbnb house for a great price. Was greeted by homemade guacamole, chips, and a bottle of wine 🙂 Oh, and not to forget the garden & beautiful views from the rooftop!

Starving we headed out and picked El Manantial for food & drinks. Supercool place and the food was so good! Of course there was Mezcal too and the cocktails were so tasty I had to have 2! We actually went back and ate there the next day too because it was just too amazing to pass up!

Strolled around the super cute town with all the alleys, boutiques, restaurants and churches. And there’s no shortage of rooftop bars/restaurants. Watched the sun go down and the moon appear on a rooftop with some tacos 🙂

Our place had 2 fireplaces. One was in the bedroom and it was perfect to end the first day chilling in front of it.

And how about waking up to this view?

Headed out for breakfast and coffee. One of the more popular breakfast spots in town – Cafe Lavanda. Good spot and a lot of options for coffee!

Toured the city some more after.

Then refill on the coffee intake. Great coffee spot – Ki’bok coffee. Much needed after walking the cobblestoned streets.

I needed an afternoon nap and got some sun upstairs too. So peaceful!

Finished off the night at a rooftop bar. Great to be drinking and have the churches remind you you’re probably overdoing it to their standards hahahaaaa….

Worked a bit the next day. A pleasure when you can do it outdoors and catch some sun while doing it!

No time to waste and more restaurants to try. Ended up at Tostevere. Wow, wow, wow! Small menu, but my soft shell crab wrap and the dessert was some of the best I’ve ever tasted!!!

Then off to a Mezcal bar – San Mezcal. A funny part about SMA is that there are a lot of retired gringos there. I don’t blame them, it’s a perfect place to retire and half of the bar was people aged 70+. I’ve decided that’s how I want to spend my retirement, out eating and drinking cocktails and no fu*ks given if I’m hungover the next day or not hahhaaaa… Great Mezcal drinks!

The next morning we got up early and went for breakfast at the Rosewood Hotel. They’re supposed to have an amazing Sunday buffet, but regular breakfast was good too. And a then a coffee at Zenteno Cafe before heading to the busterminal and back to CDMX.

Almost forgot the picture of this cool cowboy that came riding in the middle of town. He said he lives close by and likes to ride in to town. Yeah, sounds perfect to me 🙂

That sums up last week. My weekend was relaxing and now going to mentally get ready for my crossfit class in a couple of hours 🙂

Merry Christmas :)

Christmas Eve is finally here! It feels a bit weird celebrating Xmas and the sun is shining here in Mexico. In Sweden, where I usually spend my holiday’s, it’s pitch black outside by 3pm, cold and maybe some snow on the ground. How and where are you spending your holiday’s?

I’m cooking some beets now. Going to make a Swedish ‘rödbetssallad’ which is a beet salad that goes with the meatballs I’m going to make in a bit 🙂 Got my Spanish teacher Eliana coming over from Colombia today too and she’s going to make some Colombian specialties too. Tomorrow it will be more of a gringo celebration. I do think 24th of Dec is the proper day to celebrate! I mean, c’mon, I should know since Santa is from Korvatunturi in Finland and all 🙂

Here’s my Xmas pics and I wish you all the best for the Holiday’s!!!

Ho ho ho, Puma Swede

Last day…

…before Christmas Eve. I’m in Sweden now and we expect Santa Claus to show up tomorrow, the 24th! Since it’s a well known fact that Santa is from Korvatunturi in Finland, he probably handles the Nordic countries before he deals with the rest of the world 😉 OK, before I jump to Christmas, I’ll share some Puerto Rican happening first… I just haven’t had the time between Tulum and Sweden.

We were all very grateful for good health and delicious food on Thanksgiving. Oh, it was nice to dress up a little too and be a bit fancy-pants for once. We ate at the restaurant 1919 at Condado Vanderbilt Hotel. One of my favorite meals is always a beef tartar and this one was superb! Sat outside after taking in the views of the ocean and big waves.

Since the gyms in PR now only are allowed to run at a 30% capacity, we taken to work out in the park. It’s sunny pretty much 360 days of the year in PR, you always get to work on your gains (and tan) in the sun. I also enjoy the big lizards that come really close to inspect on you.

By chance I also came across a yoga studio. I really liked when we did yoga in Mexico and I am always in the need of more mobility and stretching. A very chill place with great people. In some places people are so advanced, standing on their heads and shit, I feel like I’m there by a mistake. This place suits me perfect as it mostly pretty basic yoga moves and no one asks me to stand on my head!

Rented paddled boards one day too and went out on the lagoon. I love the Puerto Ricans who strap coolers and containers on their boards and then have a picnic on the water. One day I will try this out with a pizza and a couple of local Medalla beers! A couple will be enough or I’ll fall off the board 🙂

Of course there’s not a week without me creating content.

Sometimes I’m bad at exploring the places closest to me. Always think I have to cross the globe to find something new and exciting. Took a walk and never knew there was a beautiful walkway around the fort in Old San Juan. WOW. The best part is that there are so many cats there. A local cat sanctuary feeds them here and some of them are super friendly and come up to you. I wish I could take them all home with me!

Since I was in this exploring mood, we also tried a new restaurant close to us where we’ve never been. It’s called Jungle Bird and it’s this funky little place. They always update their menu, hence the menu written on boards they bring to you. Same with the drinks, so you most likely get to try something new if you go back. I definitely will 🙂

Couple of more selfies. Can’t waste the opportunity when you got your face paint on 🙂

It’s been busy days here in Sweden. Shooting for the new project which we plan to launch fully in January. More info coming, but please follow us on Instagram ~ @pussitive_

Will try to squeeze in one more post before 2020 ends. I had a week in LA before Sweden, some Christmas pics and probably some other randomness 🙂 Now off to get in Xmas spirit 🙂

Wish you all the very best! Stay naughty cause it’s so much more fun 😉

Pre-boobs shoots

Before I had my surgery I did a couple of shoots in Sweden and Finland. First I shot with Katja. She had so many props, shoes and outfits and we didn’t even have time to shoot half of it. Some behind the scene’s shots from the girls who did my make up and hair. Thanks for making me look presentable hahahhaaa…

A couple of shots from Katja. And if you want to see more of her amazing work –> www.zinq.se. Here with Dogge Doggelito from Latin Kings.

Then off to Finland. Before the party we managed some pics. Loved shooting with the Finns and more of their work on www.photolies.com. The last pic is my favorite!!!

And the day before my surgery I got together with @apusxmodel and got creative 🙂 My BTS pics…

And then the pics from photographer @joakimoscarsson72. So much fun and it’s always fun to have cool & hot chick to play with 🙂

Recovery is going well and nice to almost be off the painkillers! Can’t get the stitches under the boobs wet so it makes showering a bit complicated. Stitches come off next week on Monday. Today I’m having a fika with one of the most beloved people of Sweden – Mark Levengood. Everyone loves him and you just feel you want to hug him 🙂

Kisses, Puma

Boob-time!

I’m at the clinic now to finally get my new boobs! Very exciting. I’m waiting for the surgeon to see me. The anesthesia Dr was just in and asked a few questions. The surgeon will draw his lines and make marks on me so I get an even pair. I don’t feel nervous. Everyone here is very nice and this is the 4th time I’m having a boob-job with this same surgeon. Will take pics and show you later 🙂

Finland was amazing! So much fun. Before becoming a US citizen I was a Finnish citizen. But born and raised in Sweden. Used to spend the summers in Finland when I was a kid. So I guess that’s why I get along so great with my fellow Finns! Pics from the shoot…

Then some rest before the party!

No cameras allowed at the Eyes Wide Shut party. It should’ve been called Eyes WILD Shut party. Luckily there was photographer that snapped some pics of my show so I’m waiting for them. The ones with clothes on that is hahahaaaa… Here is my outfit and mask!

So I’ve actually already had my surgery. Things went so fast. Wrote a few sentences on here and then it was time to get prepared for surgery. I’ll tell you all about it tomorrow. It’s gone really well and just a bit sore now. Wohoooo!!! Now waiting for food!

Kisses, Puma

Terve!

Means “hello” in Finnish. I’m at the airport taking off to Helsinki in Finland. There’s a Eyes Wide Shut party there tonite. I’m doing a shoot and doing a show at the party. I’ve been to a lot of shows and parties in Finland and what I love about them, is that they’re crazy. They even mentioned the after party AND the after after party hahahaaaa… See you soon Suomi!

The shoot yesterday was really cool. Can’t wait to show you some pics! Katja the photographer, had so many cool things in her studio! I love finding cool stuff to wear and that’s why I also love thrift stores. Sometimes I wish I would’ve been around in the 60’s and 70’s!

OK, time to board soon. You can follow my Finland adventures on my Instagram stories – @thepumaswede 🙂

Finland – Sweden

Not sure if there are any hockey fans here? Right now the Junior Hockey Championships are happening. The final game is between Russia and Canada tonight. Finland played Russia yesterday and lost. The good thing in that is that they got to play Sweden today. Sweet rivalry between these two. I named myself Puma Swede even though I have Finnish ancestry. Puma Finn doesn’t sound as catchy! And in Swedish ‘finne’ also means a zit. Very sexy – NOT! Anyways… When it comes to sports, especially hockey, my family and I are diehard Finland supporters! If Finland wins and they play the national anthem, my mom opens her balcony door outside of Stockholm and blasts it out for all of her neighbors to hear hahahaaaa… Well, today Sweden %*@!~ took the bronze and Finland ended 4th. Perkele!

I love the fact that in Puerto Rico you can go and swim even if it’s winter. The water is warmer than it is in Sweden, even during summer. Took my new bikini from Malibu Strings and made Andrew take some pics. Sometimes he thinks he can just lie down and read, well, too bad! There are pics to be taken first!

While in the mood I took care of a couple of custom videos too… Tried my best to look innocent as was requested!

Now having coffee in one of the only good coffee shops open here on Sunday. Tomorrow we been invited to celebrate the Three Kings Day holiday at a friends house. Look forward to it 🙂

Enjoy your Sunday!
