LA, PMR & Pink Cowgirl…

On Tuesday I roadtripped down to LA. Checked in with my LA family. Love Sandy and her family and feel right at home in their house.

Wednesday was a full day on set. Sandy was doing production planning & make-up at a huge house and I crashed the shoot πŸ™‚ I know the crew, and since it was such a big house with large surrounding area, I was able to shoot some stuff too. And of course I took advantage of having Sandy do my make-up since when you get access to a pro, utilize it πŸ™‚

My favorite was this barn they had, so had to dress the part. Save a horse, ride a cowgirl -Yeehaw…

Nick is part of the crew and when he has time he snaps pics and video of me. Known him for ages from when I first got into the adult business in LA. We discussed if we we’re getting too old for this? But decided naaah, we’ll probably still be doing the same smut in 10 years hahhaaa…

Didn’t get home until late at night, but a great day all together πŸ™‚

On Thursday I had the appointment with the the rheumatologist. Told him my story and everything I’ve tried. I told him that I’m pretty sure of my diagnosis with the help of AI and Reddit, but wouldn’t tell him when he asked. Said that if he came to the same conclusion, I would just be my own doctor in the future πŸ˜‰ This Dr actually did a proper examination, bending and lifting my arms and legs. After some questions he said he was pretty sure I have ‘Polymyalgia Rheumatica’, PMR as short. Exactly what AI told me. Got prescribed Prednisone. From what I’ve read, people with PMR have gotten pretty fast relief. I have less pain now and I hope it will keep improving πŸ™‚ Feel very relieved to have a diagnosis and going to work on getting back to exercising and boosting my immune systen!

Celebrated by going out eating with Sandy’s kids.

Love waking up and getting morning kisses from Snoopy, even though they are a little bit too sloppy for my taste hahhaaa…

They have an orange cat too named Simba. It’s more the size of a midsized dog! Hunter would look like a kitten next to him. He is a very chill cat!

Thursday morning we had some time to run some errands. When we were driving I saw this store named KΓ€ndi. I saw it on Instagram a couple of weeks ago and got so excited because I thought it was located in Vegas. It’s a candy store with Swedish candy, so Sandy had to make a quick u-turn so I could go in and get my sweet fix! I mostly go for the salty licorice because that’s impossible to find here in the US. Made my morning!

Shopped some make-up and ran into these cool dogs πŸ™‚ Apparently the 2nd one was an influencer dog with his own Instagram account his proud human told me πŸ™‚

Then it was finally time for my appointment with the rheumatologist. I told him that I’ve researched my symptoms and ran my bloodwork through AI and Dr. Puma has a diagnosis. He asked what the previous rheumatologist diagnosed me with, and what AI told me. Said that I won’t tell him since I want to see what he comes up with. This Dr. actually did a proper examination bending and lifting my arms and legs. After questioning me and looking through the bloodwork he said he believes me to have Polymyalgia Rheumatica. PMR for short. Same thing that AI told me. So don’t hesitate to contact Dr Puma in the future hahhaaaa… I got prescribed Prednisone. Now going to work on boosting my immune system and start moving more. The pain is better, but I was told it might take a few days or up to 2 weeks before I feel the full effect of it. Fingers crossed! I feel very happy and relieved that I have a diagnoses now and that my future post will be about me being pain free!

Felt that this needed some celebration, so we went to dinner with Sandy’s kids. I like my food spicy, but I might of overdone it since it required a couple of bathroom visits at night LOL… #tmi

Until next time LA. Hunter was happy I was back per usual.

Went to support some pickleball players from the gym this weekend who played in a tournament close by. Can’t wait until I can play again!

Also went to the Red Rocks again to catch some sun and fresh air. Came across this hole that looks like nature made it’s own flower pot πŸ™‚

And an evening walk… This couple was walking their cool ass cat that walked on a leash like he was a dog. Look at those eyes! Also finally befriended this neighborhood cat that I’ve seen and tried to approach several times without success. He finally caved to my attempts! And a pic of my Hungarian goulash that was delicious!

Are you planning something for Halloween? I think I will just sit outside my place and hand out candy to the kids like last year. Our street was very popular because the neighbor across the street has an awesome display on his garage that everyone came to see.

Now going to edit some Halloween content, then a walk and starting a short yoga routine with some strengthening exercises with a band. Slowly, but surely, I hope to be back in the gym soon!

Happy Halloween!

Cortisone, Gym, Feeling Great…

Was down when the week started because of my shoulders hurting! Looked up an orthopedic clinic and got an appointment for the next day. They did normal x-rays and then an orthopedic doctor (at least I think that is what he was) examined me.

I thought I had frozen shoulders, but he was pretty sure it is inflammation in my rotator cuffs. He had 3 solutions and the quickest relief offered was cortisone shots in the area. Since I’m pretty freaked out by needles I had to call Angel and get some advice and pep talk. Also they pulled in a poor nurse who’s hand I had to hold while I was crying like a baby. Turns out that it actually wasn’t that bad. Just me being a cry baby!

Had to inspect my ‘stab’ wounds when I got home…

The great news is that it was instant relief! Next thing was to get a trainer who knows how to strengthen the area and found a great guy, who has pretty much massacred my shoulders 3 times since then. Oh, I also have to do exercises at home 2-3 times a day. “The more rehab work you do, the faster they will get better” are his words , so I’m staying on top of it! And he also said that I probably don’t even have inflammation, just my fibers or whatever he called them have gotten unaligned or something like that.

Being pain free has also given me new energy and focus at the gym. No pickleball or heavy lifting yet, but have done more cardio, mobility, and legs and feel great!

My Swedish friend Cathrine moved to Florida πŸ™ She spent a night with me and Hunter before I dropped her off at the airport. Took her out on the trail here and Hunter took full advantage to receive extra cuddles…

The good thing about hitting the gym is that it is also easier to eat healthy. I try to eat a lot of protein and greens. Hardest is not to eat chips, ice cream or chocolate by night. Instead I go for fruit, cheese, blueberries or beef jerky and it has been going pretty good πŸ™‚

Until Angel texts asking if I want ice cream at Salt & Straw. Obviously it’s a yes! Made her snap a pic of me and this cat. When no real ones are around, I even settle for a drawn one πŸ™‚

Done my weekly share of work too πŸ™‚

And if you crave more ‘personal’ time with me, they just relaunched my Fleshlight wohooo! This is the number 1 selling toy for males and I heard through rumors, that it’s amazing heheheee… To get your own one – fleshlight.sjv.io/LKYD1L

Last night I was invited to an old friend’s house for tacos, sangria and pool πŸ™‚ Her name is Anastasia Pierce and she is a sweetheart! We worked together ages ago in LA and so happy I found her in Vegas now. As always when I get excited, I forget to take pics. I only managed to snap a pic of this amazing pool floatie constellation hahahaaa…

I just finished watching the series ‘Sugar’ with Colin Farrell. A caption from online that I think describes it very accurately – ‘Sugar is visually exquisite and an irresistible treat for lovers of classic film noir’. I really enjoyed it and can recommend it if this is your vibe πŸ™‚

Also finished both seasons of ‘Hand of God’ with Ron Perlman. Really liked this series too! I’ll let you do your own search on it, but can say I enjoyed it a lot!

Finished the first book of ‘The Poppy War’ by R.F. Kuang. Liked it well enough that I just started the second book in the series too. Not a page turner, but pretty exciting…

This morning I also booked my yearly hike with my sister in August. I think this will be our 5th or 6th year hiking. Haven’t dared to book it earlier because of the shoulders, but now we’re going!!! I’m so excited about this! Our longest hike so far, 160km long Padjelanta Trail up north in Sweden. Supposedly one of the most beautiful trails in Sweden.

Next weeks forecast is taking my car in to get a quote about some oil pan change. More shoulder rehab, a birthday celebration and hopefully check out an animal sanctuary I found out about at the pool party last night. Would love to volunteer and spend time around animals πŸ™‚

Leave you with a pic of Hunter in his (for the moment) favorite toy, a long box that I made holes in that he attacks from πŸ™‚

Hope your summer is progressing smoothly. What’s the temperature where you are at? Here in Vegas it’s hot as in my butt crack after cardio!

Until next week!

Creepy Masseuse, Thrifting, Liberty Park…

Started the week by picking up Angel and we roadtripped to LA. We stayed at a friends house and he is Mexican. What does that have to do with anything you might wonder? Well, they never make you go hungry! Also got some excellent Mescal! Ooops, did I finish it?!

Next day we had a shoot. I played a creepy masseuse which fits my character pretty good hahhaaaa….

Needless to say, we had a blast! Then back to the house for more food! He started by making us Slovakian Parene Buchty which translates to steamed sweet dumplings. They are served with melted butter, chocolate, and powdered sugar. SOOO GOOOD!

I mentioned that I used to eat Mole in Mexico. He sent us to go buy chicken and whipped together some Mexican rice, Mole and chicken. Heaven!

Topped it off with homemade salsa and tortilla chips like I already wasn’t stuffed to the brim and looking 4 months pregnant hahahaaa…

Since more people showed up and we finished all the dumplings he made one more batch to take home with us! We didn’t want to leave LOL! Next morning, coffee and a stop for snacks and lottery tickets before heading back home…

I’ve been wanting to stop at this sculpture park in Yermo, everytime going to/from LA. We made it this time. It’s called Liberty Sculpture Park. You can Google and read more about it as there are pretty powerful messages behind the sculptures.

When heading back to the freeway we passed a thrift store. I love thrift stores so we had to stop. It’s called Thrift N’ More and the owner is Ron and his wife. He was supernice and gave us a lot of tips in the surrounding area. I smell a future roadtrip coming up!

On Thursday we hit Body20 again to burn off all of the sugar and food from LA πŸ™‚ I signed up for once a week for a month to try it out…

Angel came over to my place after and Hunter made sure to get some scratches from her. He loves Angel πŸ™‚

Had to take my car in for a maintenance check and oil change. Luckily no major defects and my bank account didn’t have to cry!

Did some more thrifting with Angel and a couple of friends yesterday. I fell in love with these chairs! They were already on hold, but will see if the person gets them today, I really want them, even though I don’t need them. But that’s usually my dilemma, I don’t need anything, but I waaaaant….

Some pics from shoots.. I love the red set!

What else? Started watching ‘Gangs Of London’ and liking it a lot!

Trying to get back to reading. I just started ‘Another Roadside Attraction’ by Tom Robbins. I think it’s described as humorous thriller. It’s weird and really funny. I like reading funny books every now and then πŸ™‚

My last book was ‘Midnight Library’ Matt Haig. It’s highly rated, but wasn’t up my alley at all. I like the idea of multiple universes, but that was pretty much the only interesting thing in the book…

Don’t have too much planned for next week. Got to take a poop sample from Hunter and drop it off at the veterinarian and schedule him to remove a couple of teeth. I feel so bad for him, but also don’t want him having any pain they might cause. He doesn’t have a lot of teeth to begin with…

Guess I’ll just have to take the week as it comes πŸ™‚ How about you?

What a Week….

Last week flew by! Important to start the week strong though, so began with hitting the gym…

On Tuesday I had some more fat injected into my face. Best part was the laughing gas πŸ™‚ It looks like I have ‘something’ coming out of my mouth in the last 2 pics and had to double check myself. But it was just the markings where she was going to inject LOL…

Jennifer Dark was visiting Vegas, so had some playtime with her and Angel Dark hehehee… It was like the United Nations with all of our different accents…

I also gave them some style tips, since I’m such a fashionista myslef πŸ™‚ Angel gave me this amazing onsie that I pretty much have been living in since then! Extra points that I wear stylish Puma socks!

On Friday it was time to drive back to LA. This time Waze directed me through some back roads I’d never taken before. Had to check a couple of times to make sure I was still headed to the address I put in hahhaaaa… It was pretty cool as it was deserted out there and caught a beautiful sunset…

On Saturday it was time for Xbiz. It has been ages since I was at a show and I had a blast. Best part was that I was signing with Sandy so I already knew I was going to have a great time πŸ™‚ Lot of fans, old friends, and in the end, sore feet πŸ™‚

Sandy and I hit Arden after for a late night dinner… Almost considered hitting a club after until we realized that we were totally beat and should sleep! A few years back I would’ve asked ‘What’s sleep’? Guess i got smarter (read older!)

This week AVN starts on Wednesday. I’m signing for 3 days and Sandy is coming here to do make-up, so I’m obviously excited that I get to see and hang with her again! Here is one of her dogs, Snoopy and Simba the giant cat!

Been exhausted after the LA trip, but there’s always energy for pickleball πŸ™‚

Screenshot

Need to do some more work, but here’s some pics I’ve gotten from shoots I’ve done…

And last, but not least, Hunter! King of the castle!

OK, back to work! Got some fun plans for this week?

Hugs, Puma

LA, Fires, Bowling, Hockey…

I think you all are aware of the fires that are raging in LA… So horrible and if you are in the area I hope you are OK and safe! I got there last week on Monday and the fires started on Tuesday. I have friends who have been affected, and have a friend, her husband, and baby staying with me now here in Vegas since they had to evacuate. It’s heartbreaking seeing the videos of fleeing wildlife, people standing in front of their burnt down houses, and I don’t think I can even imagine how that feels… So again, I hope you, your family, pets and friends are safe!

While I was in LA we saw a lot of smoke from where I was staying with Sandy and her family. We drove out to set on Tuesday and saw the smoke blowing in from the Palisades…

Where we shot was outside of the fire zone and it was such a blast to work with Sandy again! I can’t even call it work because it was like you are playing and having a blast with one of your best friends πŸ™‚ A bonus is that Sandy is one of the best makeup artists so she made me look better than should be possible hahahaaa…. Only have some BTS pics for now.

At night time we went to a stand up show where a friend performed. There was some great talent, and our friend John Legendary, who also is in the adult industry, was great!

The next day I was shooting some more stuff…

On Thursday I left early to drive back back to Vegas. It smelled like smoke and the sun looked like it was on fire when it was rising…

Had to stop for gas and bought Angel and myself some lottery tickets because you never know… Spoiler, we didn’t win πŸ™

It’s been busy since I got back. I got a call while driving from one of my banks asking if I tried to make a payment of $8,500 to some weird company and a wire transfer to a person unknown to me. Long story short, my accounts at both banks had been hacked or whatever you call it. After a lot of phone calls and a visit to one bank it’s all sorted now…

Also popped by to draw blood for a health check. I look calmer than I was, because I really don’t like needles… At least Botox needles make you look smooth after being stabbed!

Realized I need to get back to lifting some weights. Usually I just get stuck at the pickleball courts hahahaa…

Still managed to squeeze in a bit of pickleball πŸ™‚

Trying to keep up with my goal to try new recipes and I made this easy and tasty ‘bread wrap’ out of only cottage cheese, eggs and some herbs πŸ™‚

When I cook meat, Hunter always gets his share too on a little plate πŸ™‚ Did I ever mention that he is spoiled?

More shooting…

I love dressing up, but I can’t say I make the effort a lot of times LOL…

Angel came over yesterday. She knows I nap, so I sent her a text that I’m awake now and she can come over…and we went to buy her some hiking shoes. Somehow I managed to buy myself a pair of sneakers too, but to my defense they were 50% off πŸ™‚ Hunter loves Angel. Even her smelly feet it seems πŸ˜‰

Before I left to Vegas I went bowling with Cathrine and a couple of friends. If you ever doubted, I’m pretty good with balls πŸ™‚ Guess who won 1 time and split first place the next game? Yeah, I’m bragging a little bit πŸ™‚

They had a store there and I’m considering to buy this bowling ball that’s a copy of Bill Murray’s ball from Kingpin!

Oh, and before I left to LA, there was the Juniors Hockey World Championships. The semi finals were between Sweden and Finland. Finland won obviously. Sorry Swede’s πŸ˜‰ Then the finals were the next day and Finland was facing USA. It looked like Finland had it with a 3-1 lead. But then USA took over and I don’t like to talk about the rest hahahaa… Watched it with Hunter. Not sure whose side he was on…

Hunter is his usual self, no stress or worries and mostly somewhere close….

Some leftover selfies, my size 9,5 foot getting a pedi, my coffee mug at Sandy’s and me too lazy to put my stuff away after coming back from LA…

Keeping in touch with my friends in LA and I hope they will soon have these fires under control! I’m supposed to go back to LA on Friday and attend the Xbiz show on Saturday. Will make sure it’s safe to go first… Plan to hit the gym, get some fat injections tomorrow, a coffee date with a friend and then I’ll just wing the rest πŸ™‚

How are you?

Kisses, Puma

Happy New Year

This post took longer to write than I expected. It was supposed to be ready on New Years Eve, but I got sidetracked hahhaaa… But here is a little recap of 2024 πŸ™‚

Overall it was a great year with travel, moving, and feels like I got a good dose of adventure and experiences…

In January I went to TepoztlΓ‘n with some friends. It’s a small town about an hour from Mexico City. I love that place and they believe aliens made a visit there at some point. Never spotted any even though I wanted to πŸ™

In February I visited La Paz which is the capital of Baja California Sur. A cute town and best part was snorkeling with whale sharks. And my giant Margarita πŸ™‚

Also got to go to the big yearly art show Zonamaco in Mexico City with my Swedish friend Sanna. I love art shows…

Apparently I became a carrothead too. Not a huge success if I look back at it hahhaaaa….

Changed back to blond pretty fast πŸ™‚

In March I found a photography school and started taking lessons. So much fun and it’s rewarding practicing a semi new skill πŸ™‚

Traveled to Japan for a wedding. I met Nick & Annie when living in Puerto Rico. It was one of the fanciest weddings I’ve been to πŸ™‚

Stayed after the wedding in Japan visiting Kyoto and Hakone. Too crowded in Kyoto for my liking, but I can see the charm if you would visit when there are less tourists…

Really enjoyed Hakone. The hot spring spa and nature there…

I also booked a room at a love hotel in Tokyo and did a shoot, had some of the best sushi, a fun night at the Muscle girl bar and visited a pig cafe πŸ™‚

One of the highlights this year was going back to Mycelia Retreat in Jamaica. Invited my writer/journalist friend Cyril from Sweden. It was my most powerful mushroom trip to this day and I went through every kind of emotion, but what a reset! I hope to revisit 2025…

In June I decided 3 years in Mexico was amazing but it’s time to go back to the US. Having a bit of a hoarder mentality it took some time to get rid of almost everything and it was hard to say goodbye to friends… Also spent the last 2 nights sleeping on the floor since I got rid of all the furniture hahahahaa… But I see a visit back in 2025 to visit them all again πŸ™‚

Hunter got prepped with his papers and practiced going outside in his carrier and then his flight carrier. He was such a champ handling the whole trip from Mexico to Utah!

July was spent in Utah. I missed the nature and clean air while in Mexico so took full advantage of Utah…

Utah is where I first encountered pickleball and now I’m hooked!

Flew to Vegas and got my hands full with Tyler Faith. Maybe that’s when the idea of living in Vegas was born?

Also flew to Sweden for my yearly hike with my sister. Longest hike we’ve done so far, 7 days, 6 nights AND we made it up Kebnekaise. Definitely top 3 of 2024!!!

2 of my best friends had their 50th birthdays too which got celebrated!

In August I packed the car and moved to Vegas…

September was spent exploring what Vegas has to offer. Reunited with friends from back in the day, found great hikes, celebrated my birthday and a gym with pickleball! I’m loving it here and Hunter is very happy too as long as the neighbors cat Ocean keeps a paws distance πŸ™‚

Finished off October with Halloween…

In November I had a looooot of shoots with fun people πŸ™‚ Even made it out to LA, Nelson’s Ghost Town twice and got taped for the first time which was really cool…

Tried new hikes. Happy I have friends who enjoy hiking as much as I do πŸ™‚

My sister came to visit and we did Vegas and LA. I love that I’m so close to my extended family and wifey Sandy now that I love in Vegas πŸ™‚

And Masha from Russia paid a short visit too. Met her when I lived in Puerto Rico πŸ™‚

Finally December and there was some christmas prepping to be done as yo can see in the previous posts so I’m not going to bore you with those pics again πŸ™‚ My holidays were great. I got some relaxation in, I guess I’ve been pretty good since I got a lot of presents hehheeee… Hunter got presents too obviously and he is spoiled year around whether he behaves or. not hahhaaaa…

Everyone here recommended the show ‘Absinthe’ and I finally got to see it. Wow, it was so good! Funny, incredible acts and now I’m looking into taking lessons in roller skating because this couple looked so cool doing their act with roller skates. It was so fast paced and that they manages to stay on stage without just impressed the shit out of me! If you get the chance, see the show!

Did a mushroom trip and it was great πŸ™‚

Didn’t have any plans for New Years Eve other than wanting some outdoor access. Went hiking with Angel and it was an easy hike and I always feel so good after being in nature!

Ordered lobster & crab nachos for dinner and watched the movie Small Engine Repair. It was pretty good πŸ™‚

How were your Holidays? Any goals/plans for 2025? I’ still figuring mine out and fine tuning them. But some things I’ve been thinking about and on my bucket list are:

-visit Vietnam and Iceland

-try a new experience every month, like rollerblading, shows in Vegas, rage room, grow shrooms, race car driving, new recipes and the list goes on.

-having eyelid surgery

-yearly hike with my sister

-add more mindfulness into my life like yoga and meditation… So far I’ve done short meditations every day, but it’s haaaaard with my brain being all over the place hahhaaaa…

I’ll probably be adding to the list, but this is some of it πŸ™‚

I hope your year has been off to a fabulous start! I’m off to LA next week for work and see to see my wifey Sandy πŸ™‚

Hugs & kisses, Puma

Hikes, Sister, LA, Baking…

So much fun stuff happened so didn’t have time to check in here πŸ™‚ A couple of weeks ago the Swedish girl Catherine took me hiking. We went to a trail called the Late Night Trailhead. Easy hike and great views. Got great Vegas tips from her and hopefully we’ll go bowling next πŸ™‚

Put in some work hours before my sister arrived here in Vegas πŸ™‚

Finally it was time for my sister Jaana to arrive! But Angel arrived earlier from a trip so I picked her up first. I have an ex who was so disappointed that I didn’t meet him inside the airport with a welcome sign (he’d been gone for a week) and only pulled up with the car outside. I made more effort this time and texted Angel that her driver was here, WITH a sign, to collect her…

We had time to take her dogs to the park before my sister landed…

My sister arrived in one piece and I’m not sure if she was more excited to meet Hunter or me. She used to have 2 cats. Hunter seemed happy the next morning to have a new person to get attention from πŸ™‚

Showed her around the town the first day and we did some shopping. Had to break for some food at one point. She got me this awesome FjΓ€llrΓ€ven shirt πŸ™‚

Had a pickleball lesson at night so I put her in one of the massage chairs and showed her where the sauna is so she could chill while I worked on my ball skills…

We drove out to the Valley Of Fire one day and took Angel with us. It’s about an 1h and 20 min drive out there and so worth it! Beautiful rock formations and in parts it’s like walking on a soft sandy beach.

I found this rock and I don’t know anyone sees what I see? If you do it just proves that great (or dirty) minds think alike hahahaa…

One night we hit the strip. There are full preparations going on for the F1 races coming up… Will stay as far away as possible from the area next week as it will be loco!

Catherine the Swedish girl recommended this speakeasy bar called the Ski Lodge. Such a cool bar. All decorated in the theme and great cocktails! Mine was called Noche Buena with Don Julio tequila, gajillo, abuelita hot chocolate, peanut, allspice, cinnamon, milk and topped with marshmallows. Sounded too weird not to try and it was sooo good! And then we made smores at the bar. The bar is inside Cosmopolitan and I totally recommend a visit there! Thanks for the tip Catherine πŸ™‚

Stopped by Bellagio and they are prepping their Xmas decorations. They had this amazing Xmas store and if someone feels like sending me muchos deniro, I will go back and buy half the store!

We both like shiny things, but ended up with matching sweaters πŸ™‚

Angel also treated to us what I now think is the greatest pizza place in Vegas – Settebello. I had a pizza with housemade jalapeno pear marmalade, spicy salami, red basil, mozzarella and parmigiano. Wow, wow, wow! My mouth is watering just writing this. And for dessert we had a Nutella pizza. We pretty much rolled out there!

Jaana smothered Hunter one last time and then we jumped in the car and drove to LA.

Checked in to our hotel and met up Sandy with the kids at The Grove. I used to go there all the time when I lived in LA…

Sandy then took us for dinner at Arden. It’s a pretty new restaurant with a cool vibe and great food. I finished my pizza with truffles before I had time to take a picture of it! The truffle pasta was also delicious! Oh, and the waiter told us that Jennifer Lopez sat at our table a couple weeks ago. Wonder if they will tell Jennifer, that Puma Swede sat at her table if she comes back? Hahhaaa…

They also have a speakeasy called Society Club where a magician performs magic tricks. I didn’t want to f*ck up his tricks by flashing a pic of him so I flashed the bartender instead hahahaa…

In the front there’s a coffee shop that serves Sightglass Coffee. I appreciate when you get proper coffee and not some stale machine coffee πŸ™‚

Ran around town the next day and popped by one of my favorite coffee shops, Adante Coffee. At night we watched the Jake vs Tyson fight at Sandy’s house. Did you guys watch it? I was mostly impressed by Jake’s million dollar shorts!

Yesterday we checked out of the hotel and went to Sandy’s. I had promised her kids a bake off contest. We went shopping for ingredients and then the contest started. The kids had found a recipe on TikTok and made chocolate souffles. 2 ingredients only, eggs and Nutella. They were so good and I’m impressed that they pulled them off! Me and Jaana made what I think is a Swedish dessert called Gino. You mix bananas, blueberries, kiwi, strawberries and raspberries (which we forgot) in an oven safe form. Then put white chocolate on top that melts in the oven. Throw on some mint leaves and voila… Oh, serve it with vanilla ice cream too. So easy and I always eat it in Sweden if the restaurant has it. I think the kids won. Maybe…

The kids also made up this game for us that we played and I won! The game was obviously right up my alley with the ‘poop’ pieces you played with hahhaaa…

After we went for a little hike. I could’ve used a nap but kids have unlimited amount of energy I’ve learned…

After that it was time to say by to my LA family and drop my sister off at LAX. Always a bit sad and feels so empty when you been hanging 24/7 πŸ™ I decided to hit the road after and drive back to Vegas. I love driving at night when there’s barely any other people on the road.

Left overs…

Been catching up today and went for a quick walk in the Red Rocks. Shooting some kind of commercial tomorrow all day. On Tuesday I get to practice my shooting skills and shooting some friends with a photographer πŸ™‚ Got a shoot on Friday and Saturday and also my friend ‘Masha from Russia’ is popping by Vegas, I met her in Puerto Rico and haven’t seen her in ages. Going to be so much fun!!!! Now Hunter and I are going to watch some TV before bed πŸ™‚

Wish you a great upcoming week!

Psychic, Training, Prepping…

Had to go back in my phone calendar to see what I’ve done. Usually the photos help, but I guess I didn’t take that many this week.

I found the psychic’s name and scheduled a call. I have seen her in LA when I lived there, and recommended her to a bunch of friends. She has told me so many amazing things that blew my mind in the past. One time for example she said that my dad (who’s passed away) was showing her a German Shepard. She asked if he had a German Shepard. He had 3 of them. One time she said I was going to Las Vegas and I was going in three days. She told me I had a boyfriend at the time who had something wrong with one of his front teeth. She asked if it was chipped? It was a bit out of space and chipped. I was very excited to talk to her again, but unfortunately this time it felt more like she was guessing and it was all pretty much wrong to hahahaa… I guess I have to experience the future like everyone else πŸ™‚

I feel that I need some time off from training as I felt pretty weak at the gym. I’m going to Colombia next week, so it will be perfect with a week off. But I still went and struggled through…

The shooting theme this week was ‘Netflix & Chill’. More like me eating all the props hahahaa… And ‘Paint me like one of your French girls…’

Also got a massage and a physiotherapy treatment. I love massages. The physiotherapy is mostly painful but I guess it’s good to work through all those knots and tightness…

My plan is to be able to stroll around with Hunter like this guy did with his cat.

The problem is that Hunter freezes when I put the harness on him. He walks a couple of steps and falls down like someone shot him. So dramatic. I guess he prefers to just be in bed…

Went shopping for some stuff to bring to Colombia next week. I’m so excited going. Meeting two friends there and who knows what we’ll get up to hehheee… I might have to disguise myself so I bought this mask among other things…

I put it on at a cafe to send my friends a photo and prepare them for what’s coming. The guy next to me asked if it was for Halloween. I held a straight face and said that I’m hiding from the police. He either didn’t get the joke or didn’t appreciate it and just went back to his computer hahhaaa… If someone said that to me with a damn mask on, I’d have at least 10 more questions. Joke or not πŸ™‚

Think I’ll go to the movies today. Just have to find a movie with english subtitles πŸ™‚ Tomorrow I’m getting my hair fixed and then packing for my trip. I fly at 5 AM on Tuesday. Can’t wait to eat choclo arepas in Colombia. My favorite!

Baking, shooting, taming my mane…

This is my 4th week eating pretty much paleo. My biggest goal has been to stop eating refined sugars, candy and chips. I do crave treats though, so I’ve been baking. It’s kind of relaxing and then you get to feast! I could finish the dough alone and not even bake them hahhaaaa…

Tried a new photographer/videographer this week and we shot some super cool stuff. Got plans for some more creative psychedelic-like shoots, and I think we’ll be creating some amazeballs things together πŸ™‚ Only got these so far…

Then Ximena shot my weekly naughty content πŸ™‚ Do you believe in psychics? I know this psychic lady in LA that I’ve seen a couple of times and it’s crazy how accurate she is. I’ll write about it another time and tell you πŸ™‚

Making a new mushroom jacket πŸ™‚

Finally had to succumb and go see Angel to cut my hair. It looked like it had been electrocuted while a lawnmower ran over the ends.

Went back the next day and sorted out a manicure and pedicure…

Lunch with Sanna who is a Swedish chica living here in Mexico too. She is a really good artist and we discussed if she should paint me.

Another day, another microdose…

I borrowed a projector from a friend for my shoot and also played some cat videos for Hunter. Just the popcorn missing…

While on the topic Hunter…

Gym and mostly me in pink…

Sent this to Masha who is almost a full Doctor now. This actually happened to me in Sweden one time when I was going in for a check-up of the ‘taco’. The doctor even gave me a mirror so I could follow along hahahhaaaa…

This week is my birthday wohoooo! I’m going to the woods overnight and also doing a small get together with some friends πŸ™‚

Now another cappuccino and some reading. I wish you a fabulous day/night and upcoming week!

Work, Party, Veins…

I feel like I got a lot of good work done these 2 weeks. I’m still working on this site, but a little stuck right now. Shot some Psychonaut Explorer stuff. Recruited the beautiful Elisa to model too πŸ™‚

Trying to cut out my own text from these rhinestone sheets. Not the smoothest thing, but I like the result…

And then showed off my modeling skills. Hello America’s Next Top model…

And then the stuff that’s been making (most) people happy since 19XX …

I was invited to a party called Bresh on Friday with Dyana. Can’t believe I used to party and after party until the next day. Now I was happy eating tacos at 3am before going to sleep not being totally f*cked up . I think it’s called getting old πŸ™

Also feels good to be back at the gym. I didn’t work out while in LA, and then I was kind of sick for a week after. Damn it’s hard to get started again… ugh!

And not to forget Hunter S Thompson. I call him King of the Castle and he pretty much gets whatever he wants πŸ™‚

Since he was living in the woods before I got him, I think he might of hurt his back legs at some point. He kind of just leaves them ‘hanging’ and the just plays with the front legs. Sometimes I also suspect he just might be a little lazy…

I found an awesome doctor here in Mexico City. He treats my shallow spider-veins on the legs with laser and injections. Tiny bit painful, but as we say in Swedish – vill man vara fΓ₯r man lida pin!

Other than this stuff I got a hair treatment, chilled in the park, and enjoyed some morning coffee in bed πŸ™‚

Tonight I’m going to see the new John Wick movie. Also looking to plan a trip to Puerto Escondido. Everyone here says it is beautiful there and I miss the beach! And if anyone here has done overnight and multi day hiking in Switzerland, Slovakia, Norway or Finland, hit me up with recommendations please πŸ™‚

Now, go on and have a great day!
