Last weekend Angel and I went to Mt Charleston for cooler temperatures and a hike. It’s about a 45 min drive and we did the North Loop. You pretty much climb uphill half the way and then back down. Or you can do it the other way around. Great views from the top and it took about 2h in total. Food and coffee after for a job well done 🙂
On Monday it was playoff’s in our summer league. Our team won and tomorrow it’s the finals! Keep your fingers crossed! Love our team!
Been playing a lot and did a clinic yesterday. I wish I could say I’m just getting better, but it’s a rollercoaster. Some shots are great and the next second I make stupid mistakes ugh! Guess that’s how it goes in sports and and life in general, just have to keep grinding and the hardest part… be a bit patient hahahaa…
Sandy rolled into town last week so I made sure to maximize my time with her when she wasn’t working. An impromptu photo sesh with Angel happened. We enjoyed the Euro pool (topless) at the Wynn. Dinner, more content, and crashing Sandy’s bath time 🙂 Privacy is overrated 😉
A little work from home too. I think I found the perfect top. Do you agree?
Even hit the gym more than once. The heat here is no joke and sweat melting off my spray tan faster than you can say Puma…
My favorite store in the US is probably Costco! For some reason I love going there. Even better when your besties need to go too and you can go together. Rodolfo is from LA and he used to shoot us for companies like 15 years ago. Fun to catch up. We joked that we used to go to clubs, now we got memberships at Costco 🙂
My neighbor ladies took me to a new area I haven’t been to before, even though it’s only 15 min from me. It’s called Desert Lakes and I joked it was the Temu version of the manmade islands in Dubai. We took a walk in the neighborhood defying the heat and then had lunch. I’m very lucky to have such cool and friendly neighbors!
Hunter also had a visit to the vet for a check up. All was in order, but probably have to remove one more tooth 🙁 Poor guy will only have 3 teeth left! On the way to the vet and other random pics of my son 🙂
Some random selfies of me too 🙂
Found this – anyone interested in joining? LOL… I think I’d like that 🙂
Finished reading this series – ‘Mindf*ck Series’ by S.T. Abby. What AI described it like this –
‘The Mindf*ck Series by S.T. Abby is a five-book dark romance and psychological thriller that follows Lana Myers, a vigilante serial killer seeking revenge against the men who abused her in the past, and Logan Bennet, the FBI profiler tracking her who unknowingly falls in love with her.
Very easy read, fast past and exciting. Maybe not totally believable, but it didn’t really matter. Enjoyed the series a lot and read all books in like 2 weeks.
Just finished ‘A Violent Masterpiece’ by Jordan Harper. By AI –
‘Set in a chaotic, volatile Los Angeles, the story follows three distinct protagonists whose lives collide as they unravel an expansive, dark conspiracy involving a high-profile Hollywood sex scandal, a missing person, and an active serial killer known as the LA Ripper.
I really liked the writing and not a dull moment. Can highly recommend this!
That’s about it. I need to buy groceries for the week, edit some videos, and a pickleball lesson with our group tonight 🙂
Leaving you with this great quote by James Clear that I think is very good and accurate:
“The measure of a life is not what you consume, but what you contribute.
Spend less time owning, consuming, taking. Spend more time giving, creating, making.”
Until next week. Do everything I would do and more 😉
A bit more than one week has passed since I got back from Sweden. So many fun memories and happy times 🙂 Since back, I’ve been cutting sugars out (too much of it in Sweden), back at pickleball, and almost got this jet-lag under control too so things are great 🙂
Here are some pics from after the hike.
My oldest and one of my best friends, Karina and I took off to Grisslehamn. It’s about 1,5h drive from Stockholm and we had booked a stay at Hotel Havsbaden i Grisslehamn. I liked the place as soon as we walked in. I also bribed the receptionist with some sweets so she gave us an upgrade on our room I think 🙂 And how cool is that puma lamp?
She likes to eat like me and the hotel is located at a harbor with a few restaurants. I had done my research beforehand and we hit ‘L8 i Hamnen’ and everyone said to have their fish soup. It was as good as everyone said!
The hotel had a spa with indoor and outdoor pools which we tried out. Best part was walking a short trail to the sea and going swimming there. Nothing beats doing things in the wild/nature! Swimming, eating, walking or just sitting and taking it all in….
Built up an appetite and walked to another restaurant that was recommended – ‘686 Mat & Bar’. I really love homemade meatballs so if I see that on the menu, it’s my pick. Karina went for them too and we agreed that they were superb!
On the walk back we spotted this knitted house in the middle of a roundabout 🙂
Not sure which one of us talks more, but we can hang 24/7 and never run out of topics to talk about. We chilled by the fireplace at the hotel with a couple of ‘Carajillos‘ with whipped cream added on top. My favorite drink when I lived in Mexico.
Great weather the next morning and ate breakfast at the hotel and then chilled on the lounge chairs until we had enough…
We both enjoy food and found a great garden/cafe to grab lunch at. They sold plants and I believe all their stuff at the cafe was home baked. Had a tasty flatbread pizza!
My sister and I went out to visit Linda who was in Vegas a while ago. She has literally moved into the middle of the woods. Even my navigation couldn’t find the little dirt road we were driving on to get there LOL…
We found her house finally and it’s beautiful out there in the middle of nowhere! She has friendly chickens running around too…
On her huge property there’s a lake too. Walked through the woods, caught the sunset, and took a quick dip.
Took advantage of the good summer weather and went for a walk & lunch with friends. Lots to catch up about…
Made it the gym ONE time!
Next up was lunch with Katrin at a place called Brasserie Astoria in the city. Ate a very tasty beef tartar! Her doggo Sten joined and we went shopping for soccer gear for one of her sons after. I suggested he should have a Puma ball 🙂
My friend Sanna who I met in Mexico set up a fun shoot at an art gallery. We were a great team and it was so much fun! The result will be published later this year, but here’s some BTS pics.
One of my cousins and his girlfriend has a house on the island Gotland in Sweden. It’s beautiful there and I haven’t been there in years. Me & my sister packed our bags and took the 3h ferry there. You get into the main town Visby. We strolled around a bit, ate and bought some charcuterie and cheeses from this great shop.
We rented a car from a place called ‘Mickes Biluthyrning’. They rent out old cars and they are pretty much half price compared to the big rental chains. We got a beige Toyota which was pretty ugly, but did the job 🙂 We drove an hour up north on the island to a place called Fårösund. Got welcomed by wine and snacks 🙂
Our cousin is very proud of his grill. He wanted to supervise my BBQ’ing, but you can see I got it like a pro!
As the earlybird I am, I caught the sunrise. Just across the street you have the sea and it was so relaxing to just sit on the dock and enjoy the fresh air…
We took the car on a ferry over to the small island Fårö. So beautiful there! These rock formations called ‘rauk‘ are a result of erosion during the Ice Age and are unique to Gotland and Fårö.
Passed this cute fishing spot that was used back in the day by fishermen.
There’s a place called ‘Kutens Bensin’ on Fårö which kind of is like a cemetery for old vintage cars and a collection of cool scrap. There’s also a barn where they sometimes have live music at. We wanted to eat at the waffle restaurant there too, but too many people in line…
Finished off going to one of the mile-long sand beaches. Even managed to take a nap on the beach with my sister since we can pretty much nap or sleep anywhere hahahaaa… Sightseeing took its’ toll on us…
Took the ferry back and drove by ‘Fårösund Fortress’. It dates back to 1885 and I think it had some military purpose back then, but now functions as a hotel with a restaurant. We opted for only drinks though 🙂
On the 3rd day we headed to Visby This week was the annual ‘Medeltidsveckan’ in the city. It’s a cultural medieval festival where people dress up, there is food, historical markets, jousting tournaments and shows. Pretty busy and fun walking around people dressed up in all kinds of clothing and styles from the pre 1800’s.
On the way to the botanical gardens we passed Kallis Beach Club. It super popular party spot during high season. There’s also a beach right next to. Pretty cool you can go swim in the middle of the city.
Probably the most famous thing in Gotland and Visby is ‘Ringmuren’ – Visby City Wall. It was a defensive wall built in the 13th and 14th century. Approximately 3.44 km (2.14 mi) of its original 3.6 km (2.2 mi) still stands.
Lunch at Prima Roastery & Wine Bar. This spot, like most of the places here, was very cute and cozy. Excellent coffee and food!
Also tried the the famous Gute Ice Cream that’s made locally. Opted for the ice cream flight where you can try 10 different flavors. There was also an option of 18 flavors, but had to contain myself 🙂 Our favorites were salty licorice, fire tree sprout, and raspberry sorbet.
Some more pics from the city while strolling around. The last picture is a sign that says ‘Pusshållplats’. If you put a ‘B’ as the first letter it means bus station. Now it means a ‘Kissing station’ 🙂
Since it was our last night I made a dinner reservation at Furillen. Wow, what a place! It was was a tasting menu with wine pairing. It used to be a lime stone factory and the military also had operations there. Now it’s a creative place with a small hotel, bar and restaurant. We were all very happy with the whole experience there and the food and paired drinks were superb.
Could’ve stayed a few more days. Loved it there. Before going back to the ferry and Stockholm, we went swimming and I paddle boarded. We also befriended this cute cat 🙂
Made a pit stop on the way for some seafood. This place called ‘Fiskbaren’ – FishBar, was sooo good!!!
We booked a cabin on the ferry so we could relax (read nap) and chill. I did my make up. My nephew picked us up and we went home, jumped in another outfit and went out partying with some friends. Only managed to snap one pic. I blame the shots!
Last day in Sweden was spent buying some gifts, eating meatballs at ‘Meatballs For The People’. My nephew and his son came over and later friends for dinner. I came with one suitcase and left with 2 🙂
Managed with 1,5h of sleep before it was time to head to the airport. Ugh! Missed Hunter so much!!! But he was in great hands with Angel and Jennifer. Spoiled rotten of course! Pics I got from them while in Sweden.
Great being back home even though there are regular heat warnings popping up on my phone. Hitting the gym, eating healthier, and catching up on work. Obviously playing pickleball and our team made the finals in the summers pickleball league last night wohoooo! Hope to have an update for you this Sunday! Sandy is on her way here to Vegas so will be amazing to catch up with here too!
Hej från Sverige! Hello from Sweden 🙂 Very happy to be here. Hardest part about leaving and being gone is not having Hunter with me 🙁 We spent a lot of time together before I left and even had our bathroom break in sync!
One more thing before Sweden. We had our league game on Monday and we rocked! Every one of us played great and me and Courtney won 5 of our 6 games. And the barely lost our first game! Maybe all the hours playing and lessons are finally paying off, yeay!
Then it was finally time to fly to Stockholm. First time I flew with a layover in Toronto. Very smooth and Air Canada was a good airline…
Took a power nap when I got to my sister. Our family, we can all sleep anywhere at any time, hence the floor 🙂
When mom was alive, she would always prep meatballs for me. Now me and my sister went out to get the balls 🙂 A restaurant called Nytorget 6 has great ones…
Next morning it was breakfast at one of my favorite spots here -Lisas Grabb. They bake everything fresh every morning and have the nicest people there!
I went to have my hearing aid checked after. I have had some pain in my left ear so told her to check it. Well, she found a plastic cover from the hearing aid stuck really deep in there. She said I have to go to a nurse to have it removed since it was stuck so deep in there. Not sure how I missed that part being lost in there LOL… Found a Dr’s office and was lucky to be seen right away. She removed it easily with some scary looking thing and then flushed my ear clean. The nurse was actually American and was so nice!
To keep the jet lag at bay it required a stop at one of the best coffee shops in town – Pascal.
Then Linda met us up and she’s showing that she brought wine in case we didn’t believe her hahahaaa….
Later I had some more friends come over. We decided to prank the girl arriving last. We put on sparkly dresses and jewelry and as soon as she walked through the door, we said she had 10 minutes to change her outfit as we had to go to a party. Funniest part is that she didn’t think there was anything odd about it. She downed a glass (or 2) of wine, got a dress and was ready to party until we told her it was just a joke. She actually got disappointed hahahaaa…
Had to do some shopping the next day. A bit tired (maybe a bit hungover) from the night before, we downed some pasta to equalize our bellies first…
Tried on a new rain jacket for our upcoming hike, but decided that the one I have had for 7 years and still is in perfect condition, will do just fine 🙂 Hiking clothes are pretty expensive, but all my stuff have lasted over 7 years and several hikes, so considering that, they are worth the price tag.
Had time for dinner too before heading home and topping it with ‘lösgodis’ 🙂 Forget about being sugar free over here!
Today we’ve been doing our last preparations for our hike and packed our backpacks. Having some more meatballs for dinner, a shower and then we are heading to the train station. Taking a night train and booked beds so we can sleep properly all the way to our destination. We arrive early and then there’s a buss ride to the start of the trail 🙂 We will be out for 5 days and hiking over to Norway too. Very excited!
Catch you when I’m back 🙂 How is your summer going so far?
Started the week with getting my hair in order. Love when it’s done and I only need to paint my face to be ready and shoot!
Our summer league started and we were ready to rock. Unfortunately for me it took until the last game to get to my best game! Our last game was awesome and the goal is obviously to play like that from the beginning and not wait until the last game, ugh! Switch up our shirts too to yellow. Much better than basic b*tch black LOL…
I think we should make this guy our mascot! He or she was huge! Almost the size of a lighter!
Sophie Marie wanted to play pickleball too so we went to Picklr for an hour. She has played tennis before and tried pickleball before. She was awesome! Now I just have to get Angel & the rest of my friends to play 🙂
OK, sorry, but a few more pics from pickleballing! I did a lesson with the main honcho trainer at the gym this weekend and it was great. He films the game and leaves commentary so you can fix your mistakes.
Passing the pickleball courts and going into the gym instead takes some will power on my part. But made it to 2 strength training classes last week wohoooo! Feels good to pull, lift, push and feel it in the muscles after!
A very sweet person sent me a bunch of popcorn and this awesome license plate holder. The popcorn is almost gone as I can’t contain myself if I have something sweet lying around the house!
I popped by a cafe called Cafe Lola because I had some time to kill before my hair appointment. Love the interior and the coffee was good. My eggs & bacon were decent too, but had better…
On Saturday I was at Red Rock Casino to watch Norway play England in the World Cup. Norway did lead the game 2-1 for like a minute before the referee dismissed that goal. Unfortunately England then beat them in the extended time. But what a feat by Norway who is not really known for soccer!
This week I take off to Sweden. Very excited and now just have to get my nails done and a spray tan because who knows what weather Sweden will be offering. Probably should start packing too… Our team is practicing pickleball during the day today and then we have games later. Keep your fingers crossed please 🙂
Leaving you with these and catch you from Sweden at the end of the week 🙂
Started the week by going to the Ice Cream Museum. It’s located at Area 15 and they had a special opening for friends and family, and Courtney had gotten tickets. Unfortunately at our time slot they had a power failure and said it would be an hour before we could get in. They gave us tickets to Interstellar Arc next door which is a VR experience. It was pretty cool. The last pics are from my VR headset that I took.
When we finally were let in to the ice cream museum, it was the next time slot so it got a bit crowded. Cool place and the ice cream was tasty, and worth the 30min wait in line 🙂 They had scoops, soft serve with a bunch of toppings, and regular cones and popsicles. Of course I tried it all! There is also a room where you can rent outfits from during your visit, a wedding chapel to get married at, and of course a bar plus some gambling.
We had a lot of fun and if you decide to visit, I recommend to look up less busy hours online before going unless you prefer crowds 😉
Per usual there was a lot of pickleball. We have lessons on Sunday’s with our league, played with Pam at Picklr for 3h, and even my 4th of July celebration started with pickleball at 7am 🙂 Our summer league starts tomorrow and hopefully we get a better placement than bronze this time 🙂
Enjoyed the BBQ and pool time at Angel’s with Jennifer and Sophie. The first pic is to tell you that it’s gross to smoke! Or something like that…. And next week I’m taking Sophie with me to try out pickleball 🙂
Visited a cool cafe in China Town called Gabi Coffee & Bakery for the first time. I love China Town. So many restaurants and cool spots there. I wonder how long it would take to try out every decent restaurant/cafe in Vegas? Not chain places like Popeyes, Starbucks etc… Anyone feel like doing some math? I got too curious and asked Gemini this: “How long would it take to try every restaurant/cafe in Las Vegas if you don’t include chain places like Starbucks, KFC, Mc Donalds etc. This is the answer:
According to recent industry tracking by Orbital, there are roughly 3,010 active restaurants in the Las Vegas metro area. Of those, about 432 operate multiple locations (chains).
That leaves 2,578 single-location, independent restaurants and cafes — the true local spots, fine dining rooms, and neighborhood gems.
Here is exactly how long it would take you to eat at all 2,578 of them, depending on your pace:The Timeline
Pace: 1 New Restaurant a Week (The “Weekend Warrior”)
Time: 49.5 years
The Reality: You would need to start this journey in your twenties to finish before retirement.
Pace: 1 New Restaurant a Day (The “Dedicated Foodie”)
Time: 7 years and 23 days
The Reality: A massive commitment, but physically possible if you treat eating out as your primary hobby.
Pace: 3 New Restaurants a Day (The “Full-Time Job”)
Time: 2 years, 4 months, and 7 days
The Reality: Eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner at a new independent restaurant every single day without a single break.
Doesn’t feel like a goal I need to achieve 🙂
How was your 4th of July? How did you spend it if you’re an American? Like I said, I started with pickleball for about 2h. In the evening I was out on our street watching fireworks that neighbors were firing off. I really have great neighbors. Met a new couple from the street over and they said they’ve seen Hunter and call him the Killer Cat. Almost offended until they explained that their dog, who normally is not scared of anything, gets scared if Hunter is out on the street and won’t pass him unless they cross the street hahahaaa… Made me secretly proud of him.
And the Killer Cat himself in action!
A little bit of work too…
My thrifting day in DTLV is out on OnlyFans TV. Totally safe to view at work 🙂 Here’s the link – https://of.tv/v/mqaWF
Got in a couple of walks this week, some filters I played around with and on a coffee run…
I hope you had a great week and that next week will be just as fabulous or even better!
Been a pretty chill week. Since we need to practice for our pickleball summer league we went for a 3h session of open play at Picklr. It’s a luxury to play indoors without the heat and wind.
Wish I had time for more yoga classes, but got 1 session in this week. My mobility and balance are sketchy, but I still enjoy these classes. Unfortunately I found some candy at home so I fed myself some sugar as a reward for making it to the gym 🙂
This weeks creations. Happy my work mostly requires lingerie and a bit of a filthy mind 😉
Important to keep the energy up while shooting so took a break and took care of ‘business’ knocking out two birds with one stone! That’s how efficient I am!
What sucks about the temperature during summer here in Vegas is that it’s hard to go in nature without a total meltdown. Yesterday it was ‘only’ 37 celsius and windy, so did the Kraft Canyon Loop trail in 2h. It was sweaty, but doable. Had to see if I could fit in this mountain-butt-crack 🙂
What else. Got gifts! These shorts and this hat amongst other things 🙂 I have generous and sweet fans 🙂
Ate some gourme food…
Hunter, my constant side kick…
Watching 2 great shows on TV now – ‘Half Man’ by Richard Gadd who also made ‘Baby Reindeer’ which was great! Loving it so far….
Also watching ‘Rooster’ with Steve Carell which is a comedy-drama and it’s good & funny.
Just started the 2nd season of ‘Sugar’ with Colin Farrell too. The 1st season was really good. Only watched a couple of episodes of second season and hopefully it will be as good as the 1st one.
Finished ‘Widow’s Bay’ which was good and entertaining.
Finished ‘Your Friends & Neighbors’ with John Hamm last week and I really enjoyed that series.
Need to read more. Reading a book now that is ok, but I’m too lazy to quit and find a new one to start. Keep hoping it will pick up. Please share if you have any book, TV series or movie recommendations 🙂
Going to go over to Angel’s in a bit for some pool & BBQ 🙂 I think we have pickleball practice tonight too. Next week I only have the ice cream museum planned and got a couple of live shows on zoom. No plans for the 4th of July yet. If you are a gringo, do you have plans for the Independence Day?
It’s getting very hot out here in Vegas! Had several days with over 40 degrees Celsius this week! Doesn’t stop me from playing pickleball outdoors. But note to self, don’t do it the day after getting a spray tan and wearing white!
I don’t have the patience to lay out and tan, so I get these spray tans that you wash off after an hour. Looks like you rolled in dirt right after hahahhaaa…
Hunter doesn’t move much during the day either and this is my bra after I stood outside talking to my neighbor for 10minutes!!!
I love trying new things. This week me, Amanda and George went to a ‘Coffee & Pottery’ at a place called Common Ground. They serve coffee, donuts, and you do pottery. We had a great time and it’s so much fun. I made a titty vase or whatever I can fit in it 🙂
Need to wait about 2-3 weeks for it to be dried and grilled in their oven before going back to paint it. I want to try their class where you work with the spinning ‘thingy’ too…
Also tried a new cafe by the Lakes here called Baby Birds Cafe. Cute place and most importantly, the coffee was great! Will be going back!
Hit the gym too and did a couple of classes with different types of yoga. I need more mobility. Not easy, but I like a challenge!
Was part of Access Las Vegas again. Lots of interesting topics like masculinity, does the number of sexual partners someone had matter, body types, etc…
I’ve been seeing people posting pics of a custard dipped in Oreo and marshmallow sauce from Love Always. Finally headed to their place at Red Rock Casino and had one of their smash burgers and the custard! Yes, it’s amazing!!!!
Played a bit of dress up and made some content.
My mushroom kits are starting to show shapes of mushrooms now. It’s so exciting to check on them every morning. I hope they will taste good too!
Yesterday I went to a baby shower. Wow, that was a proper set up they had going! The mom to be is a wedding planner, so I guess that explains the attention to details…
Also went to dinner with the couple I met at a restaurant last week. Went to place called Amador Cocina Fina. I totally forgot to take a single picture. The food was amazing and will definitely go there again so you’ll get pics next time 🙂 Very fun couple and we ended up chatting and eating for 4 hours. Admitted that it did cross my mind that they might be swingers. But naaah, they just love to eat, travel, and their cats, so we got along great! Of course we had to share pics of our cats when we got home. This is what I sent them… Hunter looks a bit possessed in the last pic LOL…
I also made a tasty lasagna, saw an upgraded Toyota, hit the spa and me & Hunter got some selfies because we’re good looking 🙂
In one of my chat groups on WhatsApp we started sharing pics of ourselves when young, These are from my book. Pretty normal kid playing with a creepy looking doll, skiing all through my youth as all my Finnish friends were doing, and me & my friend trying homemade modeling LOL….
You guys watching the World Cup? Any predictions? Since Finland didn’t qualify (shocker) I am now a Sweden supporter hahhaaaa…
Got pickleball practice tonight (another shocker), shooting with Tyler tomorrow while she’s in town, cow cuddles at a farm, and then Sandy rolls into town for the weekend. We’re going to go see the Michael Jackson show among other things 🙂
Lets start with the important stuff! Finland winning the World Championships in Hockey 2026!!!! Yes, I know my name is Swede, but I’m really a Finn. Especially when it comes to hockey! My sister and I sat on WhatsApp together cheering them on!
So I congratulated the Finnish Champions on my IG after saying I’m considering changing my name to Puma Finn in their honor. Well, this resulted in an article in the Finnish paper Ilta-Sanomat 🙂
Got these cool AI pics too. Should’ve been with a hockey puck, but since I’m great ball-handler from my profession and pickleball, they came with a soccer ball…
Staying on the sports topic, I didn’t think I could do more pickleball since my last post, but I guess I’m an over-achiever and I knocked out lessons, open play, indoors, outdoors and practices like it was my profession. Would’ve thought that it would result in a huge win in our league game on Monday, but that didn’t happen.
One early morning lesson when someone in the group text asks if everyone will be on time, my response was: “Already here and smoking hot”.
Got professional behind the camera though and knocked out some sets, customs & clips where I ask that from now on, everyone please just address me as Your Highness or Queen…
Couple of more edits from the hotel shoot…
Last weekend we were a group of Euros that went to the Encore pool to see Marshmello. Fun times 🙂
OK, look at the price of a limited edition, autographed gold helmet & a meet and greet in the DJ booth – $50k. I need to up my prices for my next appearance LMAO! And the meet and greet is in the DJ booth so do you actually ‘know’ you getting Marshmello? I mean, if it was in his lounge, they might as well just throw a helmet on anyone and you’d never know…
Last night I went to a pop up restaurant called Lilli. The chef is Tyler Vorce, who was trained at the 3 star Michelin restaurant French Laundry in San Francisco. They had a tasting menu and it was very tasty! I enjoy when you can see into the kitchen when they are prepping.
Next to me was a fun couple. They had 2 cats and they seem as spoiled as Hunter. We exchanged cat stories and showed pictures of our babies. Ended up switching numbers with the wifey and maybe will end up going out for dinner in the future 🙂 When I came home I sent her a pic of me and Hunter and received a pic of their cats. Had to get a couple of selfies too since I was in make up and wearing dress feeling all fancy 🙂
Writing about selfies, here you go, got some more for you; me on a walk, coming out of the closet, spray tan selfie, in bed, in the bathroom, on the couch, mirror selfie, car selfie… Too many or just enough LOL…
I hit Downtown again with Amanda again and filmed an episode about thrifting for OFTV. Great shopping and finished up but finally tried the Viking Bar 🙂 I’ll let you know when the episode is out.
Screenshot
Other than this stuff, there was gym & spa visits…
Hunter hanging out with his girlfriend Princess, in bed with me and one morning I just caught him staring at the bush LOL…
Gotten obsessed with Lions Mane mushrooms so I ordered kits to try and grow them myself at home now 🙂
Puma vs Sugar 0-1. This actually happened twice. When I give in, I loose it royally!
Got to finish this up now because we have pickleball practice tonight that I have to get ready for. Next week looks promising. Report coming next Sunday 🙂
OK, big announcement! Tomorrow it will be 1 week with no vaping! Me, Angel & Amanda decided when we were at the beach that we will stop vaping last Monday. Pinkie promises and all. Damn, didn’t realize how addicted to my vape I was. I pretty much had a relationship with it and now we’re broken up! I keep looking for it forgetting that I don’t use it. It’s been HARD! Need to mention that we’ve been allowed to smoke regular cigarettes though. Not much better, but I think vaping causes more damage and they still don’t have longterm user data on vaping. Goal is to not smoke at all, but happy if I can have a permanent breakup with vaping!
I think I reached some kind of pickleball all-time high this week. Everyone wanted to play, had a lesson, and our league play too. Tried 2 new indoor courts too. The Courts is super modern and has video recaps of your play and buttons you press to keep track of your scores and who’s serving.
Unfortunately I think all that pickleball and me tampering down on Prednisone, led to some serious pain in my left leg. I’ve now gone back to taking Prednisone daily and it’s feeling better. Also been doing a lot of cold plunge, red light sauna, cryo and LED bed so fingers crossed because I want to keep playing 🙂
While on the health topic, I also had visit to the gynecologist for a pap smear (a check to detect potentially precancerous and cancerous processes in the cervix ). Have to make sure the ‘equipment’ stays healthy hahahaaa… Don’t forget to do this or check your balls too! They will also send me referrals for colonoscopy and mammogram. Remember, if you got your health, you can deal with everything else, so take care of it!
Then there was work… I love my shirt Hot Summer & Mamacita!
Took some walks too. I need to calm my mind down sometimes. Or monkey around in trees…
Popped by Downtown. I love it there. Coffee at Iwana first. And last. Bought one to go when I left too. Some thrifting and tried empanadas at Makers & Finders. Had a guava one as a dessert and I could’ve easily downed 5 of them. Have to practice that self control ugh!
Hunter and I started with coffee & food in bed today. I’m also considering packing up my Xmas tree today. But not 100% committed to it, so we’ll see 🙂
Found this when looking for cool spots. Pussy Lake in Canada, who wants to go LOL?
Talked to Amanda this morning and we might pop by Portland in the first week of June 🙂 Planning… Also need to book my tickets to Sweden this summer. Next week is pretty open so let’s see what happens 🙂 Got plans for Memorial Day? I might crash Angel’s pool 🙂
All the best and don’t forget to have your pu$$ies & nut$ checked!
Started this week by smoking up a big batch of meats. Shredding up pulled pork here. Hunter loves the smell and of course he gets to taste everything to approve it. He’s even licking his lips in this picture hahahaaa…
Lots of pickleball! When I don’t get a pic of me playing, I resort to pee-break-selfies 🙂 On Friday’s pickleball game my partner accidentally hit his paddle on my wrist as we both went for the ball. It’s swollen now, but hit the red light sauna & cold plunge after, and did Cryo and LED yesterday so hopefully I’ll be fine 🙂
Got some gym time in too!
Photos and videos were shot…
Got another set from the hotel we shot at too. What do you think? I love these!
After work comes naps. So I am waking up here, (felt cute and snapped a selfie) while Hunter sneaks in through the door. He is walking weird and then he stops, looks at me and just drops this lizard out of his mouth proudly on the floor. I didn’t see what it was at first and zoomed in with my camera. I love these lizards so rescue-lizard-operation got me up pretty damn fast. After a lot of chasing them both, I finally was able to lure Hunter away with food. While he was eating I managed to get the lizard up on a piece of paper and hide him in the bushes. He looked OK and was gone when I checked the spot 5min later. Probably with a severe case of PTSD though 🙁
Belly fed and living up to his name, he calmly went napping in pink after!
Last week I mentioned Hunter kicking my neighbors dog’s ass. Usually Hunter sees the dogs and goes inside. This time I stood talking to my neighbor and telling his son to hold their dog so I can put Hunter inside. Well, when I turn around to pick Hunter up he is all fluffed up and charges their dog Bonnie. Bonnie runs away towards their house and Hunter makes a couple of more charges towards her to show her who’s street this is. Shocked me a little (but also a little proud of him LOL). Luckily everyone is fine and my neighbor is super chill and just announced that it’s the first time his dog has gotten her assed kicked and that was that.
So Amanda is back in town visiting from Colombia again. She suggested a day at Placer Cove. I’m always up to try out new places so we grabbed Angel, packed the car, and took off. On the drive there is a historical landmark called Scenic Natural Towers. Well, what do you think they look like? Or are we the only ones with a filthy mind?
Finally arrived and it was pretty empty out there. Unless you count the trash people unfortunately had left behind! It’s a pretty rough gravel ‘beach’ but we spent most of our time in the water on our floaties. And we met 2 cool chicks who lent us their paddle boards too. They were funny and we ended up taking a titty-pic together after. I love meeting random people who are up to flash their titties with strangers for a selfie! No, can’t post that pic LOL…
Such a fun day and the titty-flashing girls invited us to Willow Beach next week. We’ll see if that happens 🙂
Had pickleball practice last night and played pretty well so this is me being proud of myself when I got home 🙂
Tonight it’s the women’s league. Got some shooting planned and I’m joining the podcast Access Vegas again. Just realized I forgot to tell you that I was a guest there when I got back from Austin. It was a lot of fun as we were reacting to viral videos. Most of the topics we discussed were about men & women and our behavior, differences and relationships.. One of the hosts is Rollo Tomassi, who wrote the book ‘Rational Male’ which I read a while back and I liked it. To me it seems that a lot of men are very confused today about what their role is. Hence all the ‘man-camps’ with chest pounding and grunting! So this week the topic is ‘What Makes a Man’. I think this one will be streamed live like the last one and here is the link to their YouTube Channel – https://www.youtube.com/@access-vegas . It will be on Wednesday, not sure what time yet.
Time for my 2nd coffee. Leave you with my cool heels, face mask & one last selfie!
