Total Make Over, Best Hike, EU vs USA

Happy Easter to you all 🙂 How is your Easter business going? I FaceTimed with my nephew and got a bit jelly when he was munching on a giant easter egg filled with Swedish ‘lösgodis’! (swedish pick-and-mix loose candy). I think I pulled off the bunny look and that’s about how Easter-y it got for me 🙂

On Monday it was time for our Pickleball Women’s League again. Me & Stormi start strong, but weren’t quite able to keep it up until the end 🙁 But hey, we got until June to step up and we’re working on it! At least there were cup-cakes after! Of course I declined at first, but 5 seconds later I was stuffing myself with one hahhaaa… It was so good, but dragged myself away before I grabbed a 2nd one!

The biggest happening this week was my ‘fix-it-all’ surgery. Face, boobies, abs & butt. Might as well suffer through it all at once! Here’s some pics a few hours after I got home and a video!

Did I mention I did this on April 1st – April Fools Day 🙂 I must’ve pulled it off pretty good since I had phone calls and texts all day along asking WTF I’ve done and why hahahaa… Sorry, you are still stuck with the same old me 😉

More pickleball practice. Sometimes I feel that I’ve got it, and the next second the ball is in someone else’s court or in the net, ugh!

There’s been 2 Live Shows this week on my ‘spicy’ page and lot’s of shooting. Per usual I’m trying to catch up on the editing. But here’s a video on what I experience as some of the big differences between Europe and USA. I agree with ‘Go Big or Go Home’ at least!

As you know by now, I’m a believer in balancing things. Glam/Sweatpants, War Paint/Natural, Work hard/Nap… Hunter has the same motto pretty much LOL…

Trying to move somehow every day (emphasis on trying). Hit the weights 3x this week, Friday’s are for 2h of Fun & Games Pickleball and did a walk in the neighborhood. Yes, it was a cold day that day.

On Sunday I like to hike, and today it was one of the best hikes ever. Why? I spotted a turtle!!!! So cool…

There was also a lot of flowers, butterflies, lizards and the temperature was perfect. Had to switch to shorts half way through because it got hot…

Last nigh at 9pm I started another 72h fast. You are suppose to prep yourself like 2-3 days ahead with intermediate fasting for example. Me? I downed chips, cinnamon buns and semi healthy protein bars like it was my last meal ever! 18h in now and feel pretty OK. I had a cup of homemade bone broth so I can take my Prednisone pills as they are supposed to be taken with food.

Next week promises much of the same: pickleball, gym, taking the car for a service check up and working. How is the weather where you are at? I’m loving the Vegas weather right now, not too hot! I heard you had snow in some parts of Sweden on April 1st and that wasn’t even an April Fools joke!

Wishing you a great week ahead!

Eye Surgery in Prague

I’m alive and eyes are almost recovered! Which is pretty amazing considering how I looked after. Looked like I went cage fighting with a tiger, or 5 of them!

After arriving here in Prague, shooting for 2 days, me and Angel took he train to Olomouc to go see the surgeon. He wanted to see me before the surgery to see what he was getting into.

His name is Adam and he is an oculoplastic surgeon. He actually works mostly on functional surgeries on patients that needs reconstructive surgery on their eyes after say cancer, accidents etc. But also cosmetic surgeries as mine. I had face-timed with him from Vegas and instantly liked him. Knowledgable and professional!

So, last week me and Angel rented a car and as the first rate friend she is, she drove me to Olomouc for the surgery. About 2,5h from Prague.

Got checked in and Angel translated all the paperwork for me which was in Czech. The anesthesiologist came in and explained how the sedation was going to work. Basically I would be almost out, but be able to communicate with them during the surgery. So not fully asleep.

The surgeon came in too and I wanted to point out how much excess skin there was and tell him not to be afraid to cut that stuff off. He asked if I still wanted to be able to close my eyes? LOL, end of discussion…

That was about it, before they took me away and in to the surgery room. I already had a drip in my arm and they added the sedation to it. All I can say is WOW! All I remember is that the visuals I had was like a great acid trip hahhaaaa…. I don’t remember anything until I wake up in my room and Angel was there. Pretty groggy, hard to open my eyes, but felt good and no pain 🙂

We packed up and back to Prague we went 🙂

Been sleeping with a pregnancy pillow to stay upright. The surgeon said that they had to sedate me extra during surgery cause I was getting restless and that I would probably feel it and be tired. Slept like a bruised up Sleeping Beauty who been punched out by Rocky Balboa!

I got eyedrops with antibiotic that I have to take 4 times a day. Was hard to open the eyes the next morning, but with the drops and some ice packs I managed!

They have amazing food here in Czech and Angels sister is also an amazing cook, so at least I wasn’t starving 🙂

The cotton puffs next to my nose are to support the fat the moved around under my eyes, That goes for the tape too. The ones next to eyes were to collect fluids after the surgery.

2nd day felt pretty much like the first one. It looks painful, but I didn’t experience any pain at all during this whole time and I didn’t take any painkillers.

3rd day. Even ventured outside for bit.

Since I’m smart, and had surgery with a touch of laziness, I hired Angels sisters kid as an assistant. He is the best! He made me coffees, brought water and made this amazing snack platter for me and Angel! He is obviously charging me and he writes everything he does down on a paper and how much it costs. Luckily he is reasonably priced hahahaa…

4th day. I think this one banana is the healthiest thing I’ve eaten during my whole time here hahhaaaa… We hit the mall and I found IKEA and kanel gifflar. Life is good! They might be the 2nd best thing coming from Sweden. You do know what the number one export from Sweden is right?!?

By the time we hit the toy store for the kids I had to recoup for a bit…

Lots of icing…

By the 5th day I felt pretty normal. Just ignore the mess in the background, my morning hair and appreciate my style of fashion!

We were a gang that went to an amazing Argentinian steakhouse in Old Town this past weekend. Also Angels mom took us to town shopping yesterday. We were out for 12h in total and now need an extra suitcase to get all my stuff home LOL…

Now we are sitting on the train back to Olomouc to remove my stitches. Wohooo, very excited about that cause they itch now. I like how they roll here and serve you bubbly on the train 🙂 Cheers from us!

We done so much here and I’ll try to get all the rest down in a post this weekend. Going to take a nap on the train now before we arrive in Olomouc. Wishing you the best for the rest of the week!

Good Morning!

Four days since my surgery and I’m doing great. I’m still sore and been ordered to take it very easy for a few days. Hello painkillers & Netflix 😉

I arrived at 7am at the clinic. My friend Linda changed her implants the same day. Friends who do tits together – stay together! I’ve done my boobs 3 times before at Victoria Kliniken. Always been the last one in for surgery. I thought I had plenty of time to relax, but was told I’ll be the second one in after Linda.

Since you can’t eat or drink from the night before, you get this drip in your arm when you arrive at the clinic. And all you think about is the coffee you going to drink when you wake up…

They rolled Linda in and asked me to go to the bathroom and then they prepared me… The big ‘thing’ in my arm is the stuff that put me asleep. I saw the box were my implants where in. I told them to dubble check that I was really getting the bigger implant! I think my biggest fear was waking up and having small tits hahhaaaa… Yes, very shallow, I know…

And then you wake up and are all confused. I asked if they really did my boobs. -Are you sure they’re bigger? After I recovered a bit more, the kind nurse took my phone and took a picture to show me that they really are bigger! Puh, I could relax a bit after the piture lol…

Probably one of the best sandwiches and cup of coffee I ever had!

Linda and shared a room together for recovery. You stay overnight so they can keep an eye on you. Was treated like a princess and just had to push a button if I wanted anything. Yes, more morphine please:)

Yeah, let’s strike a pose… Just to see if we still got it! No we don’t…

Just been home taking it easy since I got home. My sister been supplying me with candy and Nelly kept me company…

Yesterday I did take the new boobs out for lunch with a friend. Today off to see mom and lunch with a friend tomorrow 🙂

Enjoy your weekend!
