LA, PMR & Pink Cowgirl…

On Tuesday I roadtripped down to LA. Checked in with my LA family. Love Sandy and her family and feel right at home in their house.

Wednesday was a full day on set. Sandy was doing production planning & make-up at a huge house and I crashed the shoot πŸ™‚ I know the crew, and since it was such a big house with large surrounding area, I was able to shoot some stuff too. And of course I took advantage of having Sandy do my make-up since when you get access to a pro, utilize it πŸ™‚

My favorite was this barn they had, so had to dress the part. Save a horse, ride a cowgirl -Yeehaw…

Nick is part of the crew and when he has time he snaps pics and video of me. Known him for ages from when I first got into the adult business in LA. We discussed if we we’re getting too old for this? But decided naaah, we’ll probably still be doing the same smut in 10 years hahhaaa…

Didn’t get home until late at night, but a great day all together πŸ™‚

On Thursday I had the appointment with the the rheumatologist. Told him my story and everything I’ve tried. I told him that I’m pretty sure of my diagnosis with the help of AI and Reddit, but wouldn’t tell him when he asked. Said that if he came to the same conclusion, I would just be my own doctor in the future πŸ˜‰ This Dr actually did a proper examination, bending and lifting my arms and legs. After some questions he said he was pretty sure I have ‘Polymyalgia Rheumatica’, PMR as short. Exactly what AI told me. Got prescribed Prednisone. From what I’ve read, people with PMR have gotten pretty fast relief. I have less pain now and I hope it will keep improving πŸ™‚ Feel very relieved to have a diagnosis and going to work on getting back to exercising and boosting my immune systen!

Celebrated by going out eating with Sandy’s kids.

Love waking up and getting morning kisses from Snoopy, even though they are a little bit too sloppy for my taste hahhaaa…

They have an orange cat too named Simba. It’s more the size of a midsized dog! Hunter would look like a kitten next to him. He is a very chill cat!

Thursday morning we had some time to run some errands. When we were driving I saw this store named KΓ€ndi. I saw it on Instagram a couple of weeks ago and got so excited because I thought it was located in Vegas. It’s a candy store with Swedish candy, so Sandy had to make a quick u-turn so I could go in and get my sweet fix! I mostly go for the salty licorice because that’s impossible to find here in the US. Made my morning!

Shopped some make-up and ran into these cool dogs πŸ™‚ Apparently the 2nd one was an influencer dog with his own Instagram account his proud human told me πŸ™‚

Then it was finally time for my appointment with the rheumatologist. I told him that I’ve researched my symptoms and ran my bloodwork through AI and Dr. Puma has a diagnosis. He asked what the previous rheumatologist diagnosed me with, and what AI told me. Said that I won’t tell him since I want to see what he comes up with. This Dr. actually did a proper examination bending and lifting my arms and legs. After questioning me and looking through the bloodwork he said he believes me to have Polymyalgia Rheumatica. PMR for short. Same thing that AI told me. So don’t hesitate to contact Dr Puma in the future hahhaaaa… I got prescribed Prednisone. Now going to work on boosting my immune system and start moving more. The pain is better, but I was told it might take a few days or up to 2 weeks before I feel the full effect of it. Fingers crossed! I feel very happy and relieved that I have a diagnoses now and that my future post will be about me being pain free!

Felt that this needed some celebration, so we went to dinner with Sandy’s kids. I like my food spicy, but I might of overdone it since it required a couple of bathroom visits at night LOL… #tmi

Until next time LA. Hunter was happy I was back per usual.

Went to support some pickleball players from the gym this weekend who played in a tournament close by. Can’t wait until I can play again!

Also went to the Red Rocks again to catch some sun and fresh air. Came across this hole that looks like nature made it’s own flower pot πŸ™‚

And an evening walk… This couple was walking their cool ass cat that walked on a leash like he was a dog. Look at those eyes! Also finally befriended this neighborhood cat that I’ve seen and tried to approach several times without success. He finally caved to my attempts! And a pic of my Hungarian goulash that was delicious!

Are you planning something for Halloween? I think I will just sit outside my place and hand out candy to the kids like last year. Our street was very popular because the neighbor across the street has an awesome display on his garage that everyone came to see.

Now going to edit some Halloween content, then a walk and starting a short yoga routine with some strengthening exercises with a band. Slowly, but surely, I hope to be back in the gym soon!

Happy Halloween!

Sphere, Sleazing and Museum…

The Sunday before yesterday I visited the Sphere for the first time. It was very cool! The movie ‘Wizard Of Oz’ was great in this setting. Projected all around you and onto the roof. There were leaves blowing inside when there was a storm and apples dropping from who knows where. Can’t wait to go and see a concert there!

On Labor Day I did nada! I think I was mostly reading… Did you do something fun?

A lot of my joints are hurting now and I wake up feeling like I would imagine a 98 year old feels like. Stiff and achy. Been using Gemini AI and decided it was time to go and get blood samples to see if I have an infection in my body. Got suggestions on what infections I should test for and made an appointment for Tuesday at 11am. Worth to note here is that you have to fast before which also means no coffee! I was pretty cranky and even crankier when they told me I actually need a doctors referal to get my blood drawn! I was pretty miserable when I walked out and my first priority was obviously to get caffeine! Been wanting to try a new place, The Coffee Class, and luckily it was just around the corner. I can say the place fixed my mood pretty instantly after the first sips of coffee and freshly baked goods – sugar that is!

I even took Angel there this week and it’s a new fav spot!

I’ve been going for walks to at least try to be a little bit active. Got these awesome barefoot shoes from a very sweet fan, and they are sooo comfy! It’s like walking with soft slippers on! Thank you very much πŸ™‚

Had to put some more Botox in my face too. I loved waiting for my turn in one of their massage chairs. Could’ve easily napped there!

Did my fair share of sleazing too…

Not sure why the sound cuts off in the middle, but hopefully you can enjoy this video anyways πŸ™‚ You prefer the “Morning Puma” or the “Done Up Puma”?

I finally got the referral for the blood tests too and the doctor added a few tests to it. I guess hobby doctor-ing and AI didn’t make me a fully qualified doctor LOL…

I have missed being creative with some art and crafts, so popped by Michael’s and shopped around a bit πŸ™‚

Yesterday Angel & I went to the Infinity Museum. Very impressive and fun! The videos haven’t uploaded yet so I’ll put them here next week πŸ™‚

The experience made us hungry so off to Settebello Pizza we went! The Nutella pizza was all Angel’s idea, but I still ate half hahhaaaa…

After I got home, I went straight into a food coma and passed out with Hunter!

I’ll leave you with some shameless selfies, Hunter attempting some play time and some silent lightning…

This is my birthday week wohoooo!!! My actual birthday is on Saturday and on Thursday I’m taking off to Montana! First time visiting there! Got any tips? Plan to hike and avoid being eaten by a bear!

That’s it! Catch ya later!

Doctors, More Doctors, and Everything Else…

I feel that all I did last week was running to different doctors appointments. Unfortunately my shoulders are hurting pretty bad again. Wake up several times at night from pain, but get some relief from getting my cold sleeves from the refrigerator usually at around 4am, sliding them on and I can then get a couple more hours of sleep. Been Googling, ChatGPT’ing and getting advice from people who had rotator cuffs issues on what to do.

First off I was going to a rheumatologist. Never even heard about that. I was specific when booking it that I wanted cortisone shots in the front of my shoulders if they didn’t find any other issues with me. Long story short, I was seen by a student who after a few questions just said, yeah, probably a tear in your rotator cuffs. Asked if I wanted to do bloodwork for auto immune diseases. I said I emailed them my bloodwork from a month ago and maybe she can check if there were answers in there. “Naaah, there probably won’t be” she said and asked again if I wanted to bloodwork. I asked where the Dr is since I wanted to see if I can get cortisone shots. Turns out the Dr was not even there. At this point I just said thanks and left. I wrote them later about my experience, they apologized and I received a full refund.

Managed to find another orthopedic Doctor. The first place I went to before didn’t have any appointments until end of August. After examining me he didn’t want to give me Cortisone since the first shots should’ve taken care of the area where I have pain now. But I got stronger painkillers and muscle relaxers. Which he forgot to send to the pharmacy so I’m still waiting for them. Going to book an MRI for when I’m back from Sweden.

You woud think 2 appointments would be enough. Nope, got a UTI too so popped by an urgent care and popping antibiotics now. Does it sound like I’m feeling a bit sorry for myself? Yup, you’re correct! But came across this great quote – ‘pain is inevitable, suffering is optional’, so I try to keep that in mind and remind myself that it will get better! Makes me also think of people who have way worse conditions, pain, etc, so I’m going to cut my bitching right here!

Can’t just deal with pain. Had to be a bit vain too and get some Botox. Was recommended this great place from a friend and wrinkles are smoothing out as I write here πŸ™‚

When not being at the doctors or being vain, work had to be taken care of πŸ™‚

I’ve gone for walks which always makes the pain better and have done exercises at home. The other day when I got on the walking path around 2pm, I see a man standing in the grass watching his dog run around. Because it’s so hot at that time not many people walk the trail. I pretty soon realized that he is naked. I’m pretty close when he sees me and hastily bends down to pull on his shorts. I walk past and he greets me. I say hello back and continue walking hahahaaa… Not totally kosher I guess, but I didn’t get too nervous since he had a dog and just seemed to be a nudist!

Yesterday Hunter was lying on the sidewalk right outside the house. I hear yelling and I run outside. He is all puffed up and in staring contest with a woman and her dog on a leash. All of a sudden he bluff charges them. I yell at him and he luckily comes to me and lets out a little growl while not breaking eye contact with the intruders on our street. I asked the woman if they were OK? Luckily she was chill and nothing happened. I apologized for my ‘sons’ behavior and I think he was guarding our house as their car was parked right by my drive way. When we were inside I gave him a treat and said he was a good boy protecting our street and house LOL… He was not too upset though and lied down outside on my broken umbrella that fell over. Yeah, it will be trashed later than sooner…

Also went by REI yesterday to look at some hiking gear for my trip to Sweden. My shoulders will somehow have to survive the hiking trip, because I’m too excited about it! I’m thinking of getting this backpack since the one I have is for men, and not a perfect fit.

Other than that, I observed and helped Greg when he was shooting Angel this week. He is so good and creative and he lets me experiment too under his watchful eye πŸ™‚ Got a hair appointment tomorrow, seeing Angel, and then DMV on Tuesday. Got to pack too and as European weather is very moody, better bring something for every possible season! This is how I feel when I think about packing… I ‘d rather nap!

Hope you are in good health and if you got leftovers of it, send it my way πŸ˜‰ Will write to you from Sweden next week!

Hugs, Puma

Girlfriends, Playtime, Being Creepy…

One of the best things this week was having my wifey Sandy visit. Even though it was way too short of a visit, it’s still better than not seeing her!

We had a full day shooting, laughing, and catching up with Angel and Kayla.

A little video clip… I can only keep it together for so long πŸ™‚

Had a little break, so I used Freya’s booty as a pillow.

I can’t help it to be a bit of a creep. Tyler was napping and if you fall asleep around me, you just have to suit yourself…

After a day of hard work, you deserve Settebello Pizza! Freya and Jersey waiting for their share…

Had so much to talk about, but since the next day required us to make more smut, and we’re not 20 anymore, off to bed we went!

I have an awesome fan who sends me great outfits to shoot in and wear, I put some of them to good use…

There was a soft opening of a new place in downtown Vegas this week called Electric Mushroom. We went to check it out and it was a pretty cool spot! I think my self-made mushroom shirt was a spot on outfit for the place!

Then we had a ‘group activity’ with Kayla, Angel, Tyler, Kyla and Sofie Marie. A very funny shoot and I love when you’re being productive and at the same time, having the best time amongst like minded friends! Kayla managed to get us sponsored with food from Dave’s Hot Chicken that we devoured after our activities. So good!

I was pretty exhausted after all the action, but made sure I handled my gym business, shoulder work with Ron and a relaxing walk…

Hunter is out and about or sleeping in the guest bedroom that looks something out of Fifty Shades of Grey πŸ™‚ Kayla was also over and he basked in the extra attention…

Sometimes we manage to time our toilet breaks at the same time hahahaa…

This upcoming week I have appointments with Ron, Botox injections, and a hair appointment. Got to pimp myself up for Sweden πŸ™‚ Need to shoot and pop by REI to look at some hiking gear too. Now I’m going to do Ron’s homework exercises and make some food.

You got anything to share?

Rehab, Sugar Detox, Work…

Jet lag and I have been at it this week and I think I finally beat it! But now I think I’ve got a frozen shoulder πŸ™ So painful at times it’s been hard to sleep. Not sure how or why, but been going to Tony and he gave me shock therapy on it – ouch!

Also mixing it up with a hot and cold sleeve which seems to help.

Managed to drag myself to the gym too. Not allowed to work too hard after the eye surgery yet. Been doing light cardio which felt like climbing Kebnekaise all over again. Resorted to the pool area to work on my tan instead hahahaaa…

Jennifer Dark was also in town for a quick trip so hit another pool with her πŸ™‚

Lots of work to catch up on. Got Kayla to help me and we shot this funny Lara Croft scene. A little clip for you when I try to be a bad-ass, but allergies hit…

And some pics…

And some stuff I edited. If you missed who the voluptuous blonde is, it’s Joslyn James!

My sugar detox has been going unexpectedly well. Been cooking a lot and not had any candy, bakery stuff, ice cream or chocolate! Pretty impressed with myself. Still working on my snacking at night time, but hey, one struggle at a time. Went out for sushi one day and just realized I had an Affogato for dessert. Normally I would’ve taken a whole ice cream bowl, so let’s let that one slide…

And Hunter? He is being his phenomenal self. I now have the neighbor’s kids just entering the house asking to pet him. We usually enjoy the cooler mornings outside with my coffee or he somehow parkours the wall to see if the neighbors cat Princess (his gf) is outside.

Here’s also a couple of pics of Kayla’s cats Biggie (I called him T Rex for obvious reasons) and Guru.

Been reading some. I enjoyed Jo Nesbo’s novel ‘Blood Ties’. Exciting suspense novel about two brothers in a small Norwegian town. Bribes, murder, romance etc and it’s pretty fast paced so you don’t get bored. Can recommend it…

Was excited for ‘The Devils’ by Joe Abercrombie since I read ‘The Blade Itself’ series by him before, which I really enjoyed. But I gave this book up after reading 40% of it. Only gets semi-exciting and then it dies out. I expected more violence and blood like the previous books. Don’t recommend.

This was a fun and fast read. ‘The Expat’ by Hansen Shi. A espionage thriller between USA and China. Can recommend.

Planning on having an easy breezy weekend. Got an appointment at the DMV next week for all kinds of renewal stuff, seeing Tony for my shoulder, and shooting before taking off to Texas πŸ™‚ Very exciting and look forward to eating some yummy BBQ!

Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

Productive Week!

I like when at the end of the week I feel that I’ve been productive and gotten stuff done. Not just work, but gym, hanging with friends, and spending some time outdoors… I regularly assess what makes me happy and content outside of work, and usually topping my list is being outdoors. What’s topping your list?

Yesterday I tried a new hike. Even though there were pics of a creek on google maps, it was dried up out there. But sitting on a rock and enjoying the stillness, fresh air and quietness resets me πŸ™‚

Obviously spending time with Hunter makes me happy and here’s our weekly shenanigans which mostly consist of napping. I built him this fabulous ‘tent’ too where he likes to hide and sometime sneak attack from…

Oh, and I think Hunter has a girlfriend now. This is a pic from my neighbor with his cat Princess πŸ™‚ Love is in the air….

Had some fun with Joslyn James this week too. Only a couple of BTS pics of me so far πŸ™‚

And some pics I shot last week. There seems to be a theme, me cleaning which I really don’t like doing! But I’m good at pretending πŸ™‚

And since this is a blog about me, more me….

I rocked at pickleball this week! So much fun and just booked a lesson for this upcoming week too so hopefully I keep it up πŸ™‚ Maybe it’s my new pickleball hat?

Today I was invited to King von Nuggets 10-year birthday party πŸ™‚ It was a brunch and it was great. Didn’t get a great pic of the birthday boy but he is a lively doggo for being 10 years!

Got my blood drawn and survived. Had to get extra coffee to get the energy going, but still crashed after πŸ™‚ But good volume on the hair though hahhaaa…

This week is going to be busy. Leaving for Prague on Friday and before that I have to get tested since I’m shooting there. Shooting the last of my custom orders before leaving, getting my hair and nails done, squeezing in pickleball and then packing. Knowing European weather, you need to pack for cold, wind, rain and possibly summer clothes πŸ™‚

Now some homemade tacos for dinner πŸ™‚

Cloning Privates, Pool, Food & Drinks…

Monday mornings are usually reserved for pickleball and I showed up pretty pink πŸ™‚

Had friends in town and we tried out Casa Playa at the Wynn. Very cozy restaurant and the food was great too. They have a small dog named Lucy that eeeeverybody adored! I wish I could bring Hunter with me everywhere, but I think he enjoys peace and quiet more…

Last week we had some hot days here in Vegas so I did a pool day with Angel and Kayla. Not to forget Angels dogs who love the sun as much as we do! This one is Henney πŸ™‚

Hunter loves the sun too in moderation and prefers to enjoy it from my neighbours backyard. It’s so funny. When I can’t see him, I look out from my bathroom window and find him chilling at the neighbours hahahaa…

He loves his morning cuddles and I think he sees me as his personal assistant (aka slave) at times! Here holding his head up so he can be comfortable πŸ™‚

There was a small mishap with my last delivery from the Amish farm. Somehow my delivery was scheduled to LA. Luckily a fellow customer was nice and offered to drive it halfway to Vegas for me to pick it up. Still a 4h drive back and forth! Anywaaaays, I got my pork shoulder and I made amazing pulled pork. Yes, I’m definitely bragging! Used it for tacos and it was sooo goood! More bragging… And Hunter loved it too as he has to sample everything!

Jennifer Dark was in town so me &. Angel took her to Body20 to try it out.

Invited them them over for some pulled pork after. But first Hunter!

Shoots this week too…

Then we got creative and cloned our ‘special parts’ hahahaaa… I have to say they turned out amazing and it was so much fun! And messy LOL… Since I’m trying to keep this blog pg safe, the messy pics and video of this will be up shortly on my OF page πŸ™‚

While on the shooting topic, me, Kayla and Angel also shot for Ken Marcus yesterday. As the legend he is, he knew exactly what he wanted and we worked hard! My legs are sore today from getting into and holding some of the poses. Just have a couple of BTS pics for now…

Got to let your hair down at times too. Finally got to visit the famous Golden Tiki Bar with my Swedish friend Cathrine. It is supercool! Fun cocktails, the decor is right up my alley and my favorite is the wallpaper in the bathroom!

Leftovers and some wisdom at the end πŸ™‚

Got a session at Body20 today and just might top it off with some pickleball. Took out a whole beef tenderloin from the freezer that I have to Google on how to cook. Otherwise I don’t have so much planned for this week… Just realized it’s April Fools Day today! Did you fool anyone yet? I’ll let you know next week if I pull any jokes on anyone today hehehheee…

Wishing you a great week!

Chinatown, Ladies, Hiking…

It was a busy and fun week! Last Sunday’s pickleball was fun. Great to be playing outdoors in the sun, but it wears you out pretty fast.

Made it home, a shower and a bit of face paint and it was time for the birthday celebration of two fellow Swedes. Annelie is an amazing photographer and Big Swede (he really is big) is in music. There was some other Swedish and creative people, and I love making new acquaintances πŸ™‚

First up was a shoot that my friend helped to shoot…

Next up was some more creativity with Joslyn James… Please note what my top says! I felt that was a necessary statement next to Joslyn’s big booty hahahaaa…

I think Hunter took a sneak peak too LOL…

After that it was a day with Brittany Andrews, Veronica Avluv and Sofie Marie. And what a day it was in all the best ways! A little sneak peak and more coming at the VIP option on www.myslink.app/pumaswede πŸ™‚

While in make up I thought I’d take a nice pic of me and Hunter together, but I think he likes the spotlight to himself and didn’t participate too well πŸ™

But one thing we do well together is napping/sleeping!

My friend George who lives in Colombia was in town. He suggested Korean BBQ for dinner in Chinatown. I’d never been to Chinatown here and from the little I saw, I know I have another trip coming up. There seems to be a lot of cool stuff and I found these shiny animal ‘containers’ that I think I will have to get a few off πŸ™‚ And the 888 Korean BBQ place was great too!

At the Swedes birthday party I met Rae. She is a scientist and makes all natural skincare and looks flawless herself. For example, her products only last for about 3 months since she doesn’t use preservatives in them. She invited me to her lab and I bought some stuff to try out. Will also get a microneedling pen and some other stuff she recommended. Puma Junior might just be my new name if this stuff works hahhaaaa…

On Friday Angel and I went to try a Body20 workout. First we got to measure our weight, fat, muscle mass etc. Then they strap you in these electro-muscle stimulation suits you wear while doing a 20 min workout session with a personal trainer. We only did 12 min since it was our first try.

It seems pretty good and I am still sore. It’s a pretty convenient form of training. I still need a regular workout to get rid of all my energy, but might try this once a week for a month. Anyone here tried it? Oh, this is me resting up after I got home. My exhaustion must’ve been contagious on Hunter πŸ™‚

Finally got out hiking yesterday. I need nature and it always makes me feel so good after being outdoors! Tried White Rock Mountain Loop in the Red Rocks. It’s an easy 10km loop. Beautiful day!

Hunter has found a new favorite spot at my neighbour’s house. It’s like his throne from where he surveys his domains and keeps an eye out for lizards… Or naps…

Which reminds me that before going to dinner with George, I was sitting working on the couch. The front door was open since Hunter was out. All of a sudden a black cat comes charging in with Hunter chasing him. I flew up from the couch and ran after them upstairs. The black cat runs back downstairs, but since Hunter was chasing it, he ran back upstairs. I went after them and finally managed to hold back a growling Hunter. I think the black cat was too scared to move and he is curled up on the stairs and refused to move. I finally managed to get my hoodie around the black cat and lifted him safely outside. I was so stressed out after, but I think the other cat was OK and Hunter was unharmed too!

OK, that was my week. Me and Angel are heading to LA to shoot next week. My tooth removal procedure has healed up good, so I plan to work and pickleball some. Other than that I don’t have anything else planned yet πŸ™‚

Wishing you a fabulous upcoming week!

Kisses, Puma
