So the week started with my anticipated appointment with the Rheumatologist. I asked the receptionist that this visit was with the actual Dr.? Not a student like last time. It didn’t seem like it was scheduled that way, but I did get to see the actual Dr. I have done my fair share of investigations about my symptoms and what to expect when seeing a rheumatologist. The nurse asked a few question and asked me to bend over and touch my toes. No problems there. She then said she believed me to have something called Ankylosing Spondylitis. The Dr comes in and asks pretty much the same questions, I bend over again and tell her (after I used Gemini AI while waiting for her) that I have none of the symptoms described for the Ankylosing thing. She said she trusts the nurse and ordered me to get X-rays of my spine. I have no pain or problems with my back. I did get some pills thats are against inflammation. I have decided to see another Rheumatologist to get a second opinion… I can’t wait until I write here and don’t have to talk about this! I’m like a broken record on repeat ๐ This was me being hopeful before the Dr came in ๐

Is there anyone here who likes doing their taxes? Or does them in time? My tax guy automatically requests an extension on my filing every year because I submit my stuff last minute! I had to bribe myself with coffee & sugar to be able to sit down and get it done! Even threw in a fake happy face hahhaha…

Much more fun to be in less clothing and do ‘you-know-what’ ๐

Another day, another cafe. Reading and planning some alterations on some clothing… I also practiced drawing on paper, before I attempt it on the clothes… Learned it the hard way ๐

As usual I try to get some outdoor time on the weekends. I love the Red Rocks being so close to me. Brought my Kindle, coffee and a blanket. Found a nice spot and chilled while working on my tan ๐ I feel a bit like after I’ve done mushrooms. Like my mind has reset and I escaped reality for a short time!

Have you decorated for Halloween yet? My neighbors get really into it. My next door neighbor texted me if I wanted him to add some decorations on my lawn too. Hell yeah! Hunter appreciates the gravestones and lies among them every day hahhaaa…

OK, last pics of me and being dressed ๐

Going to try to shoot some Halloween content with Angel this week ๐ Maybe scare the kids on my street while at it ๐ Plan to sew, try a couple of new recipes I found on Instagram and then we’ll see what the week brings along ๐
Wishing you the best,
Puma

Smart move to see a second rheumatologist. Hope it works out. Can be very frustrating getting to the bottom of mysterious ailments.
Love the โyou know whatโ pics. Spectacular!!
Youโre also redefining the definition of hiking apparel in the pics at Red Rocks๐๐๐
It can be very frustrating dealing with doctors and moreso with certain specialists. Sounds like a second opinion might be a good route.
My taxes are generally simple to do although some entities drag their feet on sending paperwork. I can generally get them almost done right after the first of the year and fill in the paperwork holes when other paperwork comes in.
Glad the shoots went well and that you enjoyed your time at Red Rocks.
Hunter definitely looked comfortable amongst the headstones.
Hope you have a good week.
