Ball-less cat, news, football…

Hope all of my American readers had a fabulous Thanksgiving. I think we were 5 gringos (I count myself since I’m a US citizen) and the rest being Mexicans, British, Colombians, Ecuadorian and Argentinians. Fun night and I managed not to party too hardy 🙂

Also had my vajayjay checked for cancer. The correct term actually being having a pap smear. I’m very comfortable going to the gynecologist and this lady was superchill. I even asked if it was OK for me to film and take pics and she happily posed along while digging in hahhaaaa… And she also did an ultrasound to check the ‘interior’ and luckily there was no baby found 😉

Hunter also had to go to the veterinarian for his private parts. I felt so bad to take him in knowing they were going to take his balls 🙁 But everyone recommended me to do the procedure. He also has had some ‘episodes’ that to me felt like anxiety. Hoping it was all hormones and testosterone. I have now also put a collar with some calming scent on him and he has been chill and relaxed.

OK, while I’m at it, a couple more pics of Hunter. Poor guy wasn’t too impressed with me trying to dress him in a mini sombrero. Tried to tell him it was all for Mexico and to support them against Argentina in yesterday’s football match. Our support obviously didn’t matter since MEX lost 0-2.

Work has been good and fun 🙂

Did an interview for Shoutout Colorado a while back and it’s out now. Wanna read it, check out https://shoutoutcolorado.com/meet-puma-swede-psychonaut/

Working on some new pieces for Psychonaut Explorer and Hunter is my sidekick when updating the website…

It was time to boost the color of my hair too…

I have a new favorite spot in town – Marne Panaderia. I’m actually sitting there now writing this. They have amazing French Toast and superb coffee!

l have read a lot and will try to put together a post of some recommendations. When not reading I watch White Lotus season 2, very good. The Industry season 2 is also great. Last one – The Peripheral, very interesting as I think we’ll see and start experiencing more virtual reality in the near future. And then I microdosed on some acid to reset for a new week 🙂

OK, done now. Going to order another coffee and get some more work done 🙂 Stay amazing!

Fun Times

Sooo, other than doing the Changa ceremony a couple of weeks ago, I was invited to a Mexican ‘Día de Muertos’ celebration in Xochimilco. Like Halloween, but more about celebrating the dead than costumes and candy 🙂 We started by having some food and drinks in this tent in the middle of the farm fields.

There was an ofrenda and you could place photos of people or pets that have passed. An ofrenda is like an altar that you place the photos there so the dead can pass through from the other side and visit. You also place things they liked there too like chocolate, drinks, etc. People sang songs and we could then talk or send greetings to our dead. Very beautiful…

We also got these carved pumpkins to light up. Then we went to their field for flowers and got to pick some to places on graves.

After, we took very shallow boats through canals to the cemetery. I think they usually transport their crops on these boats. These pics are in color, but they look like black & white photos. Such eerie light. Very Halloweenie like 🙂

After like 20 min on the water we docked and walked to the cemetery. Wow, one of the coolest and most beautiful sights I’ve seen. So many flowers and lights. People sitting by the graves eating and playing songs the dead used to like. It wasn’t sad, more like a celebration of the ones that passed to the other side. Some graves didn’t have anything on them so we placed our flowers on them…

Very happy I got to see this and I think I will go visit a graveyard here each Halloween… And speaking about ofrendas. Someone had made this one for their dogs, fish & turtles on the side of a walkway. Love it!

Had to put in some work too. Don’t mind me, I’m just being sleazy over here…

Working on the gains too. They’re just not happening fast enough… Or at all?

Some work on Psychonaut Explorer too. And these t-shirts are hopefully ready this month. My favorite ingredients for some enlightenment LOL…

Then I got invited to an event for Guess and Marciano. Dyana who owns the hair salon where I do pretty much all my beautifications like hair, nails and lashes. She was sponsoring the event so I got to go and tag along. Luxury to get pimped out at the salon first. And to have Champagne before 8am. Suits me just fine…

Some beautifications require stronger means and went to get Botox with a friend. Friends that do Botox together, stay together 😉

I went to a private house concert. If I could add another talent to my already vast library of talents (maybe a joke), it would be to sing or play drums.

They have a lot of meet-ups here in the city. Everything from partying, ladies groups, hiking, selling things etc. Yesterday one of them invited who-ever-wants-to-come to a picnic in one of the parks. Decided to go and check it out and it was great. Met some really nice people. Some of us also went and checked out an art exhibition close by…

My favorite thing to do now is to cuddle with Hunter. He is just so sweet and has settled in just fine. He talks, eats and sleeps a lot 🙂 Even able to have the balcony door open and we like to relax out there together 🙂

That’s about it. I leave you with some giant blueberries and a Hulk-like me 🙂 Enjoy your Sunday and grab next week by the nuts & lips 😉

Psychedelics

I often take lsd or mushrooms in various dosages. I personally believe in the benefits of these substances and expanding the mind. I also think there is huge difference betweens psychedelic ‘medicine’, and drugs like cocaine that doesn’t offer you anything beneficial other than sobering up or feeling great at the moment. Same thing with alcohol really. It’s widely accepted for people to get drunk, and consider how many lives are affected and ruined by it. I research, read a lot, and have great respect for psychedelics. I don’t write this as an encouragement, just sharing my opinions and experiences.

I know a native Mexican guy here who has a lot of experience in this field and has published studies about different medicines and psychedelics. I have been curious for a long time about DMT and he facilitated a Changa ceremony for me and a friend.

https://psychedelicspotlight.com/ says this about the Changa – ‘Changa is a smokeable mixture containing the psychoactive substance dimethyltryptamine (DMT).’

I felt relaxed the morning of the ceremony. Only drank water and didn’t eat anything. We met at 10am and talked about the ceremony. We first got some rapé that had a very calming effect. It is blown through a pipe up in your nose.

Image and text by https://vse-o-tattoo.ru/

Rape is a “sacred tobacco” used by shamans in the Amazon region. It is also known as Hapay or Hapi. The ancient Mayan and Inca cultures used rapé in their rituals. For what purpose? It was believed that in this way they could connect with the Great Spirit and draw energy from it, called Yushibu (the power of creativity and creation).

Then we lied down and got some eye drops from a plant that grows by a river in the Amazons. That was the hardest part. It stings so bad and you were not allowed to rub your eyes. It got better and passed in about 2-3min. I believe this part of the ceremony has something to do with the river water somehow transporting the spirits inside your body. Not 100% sure since it was a lot to take in…

Then there was the protection of tobacco blown over our bodies. Also rubbing our arms and belly with some powder. Then holding hands and asking for the spirits to guide the way. Then it was time to smoke the Changa he had prepared for us. He blows the smoke through a glass pipe and you inhale, hold it down and breathe it out. On my 3rd inhale everything in the room started to morph heavily. After the 4th inhale I immediately felt like I had to close my eyes and lie down. He then placed a cloth over our eyes. It’s hard to describe it to make sense. I saw a native Indian chief at first. Then moving mandalas. Then came the spirits that felt ancient and mixed with different animals. They surrounded me and it was so very beautiful. I wasn’t scared, but it felt intense. Then it started to lose its’ strength and the visuals became less and less. I started crying. Not out of sadness, more like a relief. I think it all lasted for about 5 minutes. It was such a powerful experience and I spent the rest of the day just relaxing and thinking about what was shown to me… I am convinced I will do it again.

I will make another blog post about other stuff I did last week too 🙂 Just feel that this one deserved it’s own post.

Happy Halloween :)

Do you have plans for today? Or did you celebrate your butt off this past weekend? Tomorrow I’m celebrating it in Xochimilco. I think we’re going on river boats first. Then there is a dinner with a local family, and later we go to the graveyard. Or at least I think that’s the plan 🙂 I did do a shoot in my costume. I think I’m supposed to be a voodoo doll…

We celebrated on Saturday too with some chicas…

I also went to an event with Sabrina and her husband. Some TV show over here celebrated 15 years on TV and there was a red carpet, drinks, performances and Lucha Libre of course.

No escape from work though…

And work out. I think I have the best water bottle at the gym though. Or what you think?

https://videopress.com/v/yh0CzSTu?resizeToParent=true&cover=true&preloadContent=metadata&useAverageColor=true

But now the big news! You have no idea how long I’ve been waiting. Worse than a kid before Christmas. And then finally yesterday I got the text. I’m going to be a cat mom 🙂 When we were at Boxque Teva like 3 weeks ago there was this super cuddly homeless cat. They asked if I wanted it since he needs a home and love. I considered it for a week and then said yes. But since he was homeless he showed up at random times and he needed to go to the vet to be checked up too. Sooooo, yesterday it was finally time to go pick him up at the vet. He is so chill and didn’t mind the vet at all… they said he’s about 5 years old.

He still needs to get vaccinated and most likely have his balls removed 🙁 They said it’s usually best since they can start spraying and marking their territory otherwise. I’ll give him some time first to see how he behaves. He hid under the couch for an hour first. Then he came out and was ready to get cuddled 🙂 I’ve decided to name him Hunter S Thompson. If you don’t know him, Google him. Pretty funny dude 🙂

It’s amazing how chill he is. Still I’ve said it’s a trial period since I want to make sure he adapts to being indoors and be happy about it. I do plan to try to take him outdoors later if he seems to enjoy it. Maybe even get a cat stroller hahahaaa… I do hope he’s going to adjust well and be a happy cat 🙂 If you have a similar experiences and any tips for me, please share 🙂

Going to the gym soon and then plan to work from home so I can keep an eye on Hunter 🙂 I leave you with this selfie where I look my best. That’s why we do take selfies, right 😉

Happy Halloween and sending some extra love & thoughts to my family, relatives, friends & pets that have crossed over to the other side. #RIP

Website, visitors, excitement!

FINALLY! www.psychonautexplorer.com is live. I still have a lot of clothing to add on it, but it’s at least viewable and shop-able 🙂 Giving myself a pat on the shoulder as I’m writing this 😉

Other than working on the website, ‘regular’ work had to be shot and videos to be made.

You know you work hard when a shoe comes apart in the middle of shooting…

I had my friends Laura and George come visit for a few days. I known Laura from when I first got into the adult business. She used to work for Naughty America and we have stayed friends since. Now we’ve been working on a superfun NFT project together. When it becomes more finalized, I’ll share some more with you. But it’s going to be trippy, hilarious, creative and awesome! Just a small little sample…

https://videopress.com/v/kqAseYUq?resizeToParent=true&cover=true&preloadContent=metadata&useAverageColor=true

We ran around Mexico City and I also took them to my favorite spot Boxque Teva. Visited an old monastery up in the woods the next day…

More of us… We met up with Sabrina one day and just look how happy Laura is hahahaaa…. They also had an October Fest celebration here in CDMX. We went and downed beer and stuffed ourselves with various sausages and sauerkraut!

Then I had a 24h food poisoning and could barely move for a day. But now I’m feeling great and been hitting some good workouts!

The other day I microdosed on LSD with a couple of friends. It was great being outdoors and we finished off by getting a sound bath. I only tried it once before, but there also was a gong and I think it interrupted the flow of the sound bath. This session was amazing though. I felt like I was totally lost in it, only flowing with the sounds. Will definitely do this again!

Here are some more pics of when I’m out and about doing who knows what 😉

I’m also waiting for something very eagerly! I hope to get ‘it’ this upcoming week. Hopefully in my next blog I can show you!

Hope you are great and doing your thing, whatever it is 🙂 This sums me up pretty good except that I’m pretty proud of it 🙂

Popping by Sweden

I popped by Sweden again for 10 days. Intense to say the least. I arrived a few days after my birthday so my sister welcomed me with this 🙂 Arrived late so we popped a bottle and went to bed.

Then it was time to celebrate my friend Katrin’s birthday. She doesn’t do mellow or believe in ‘less-is-more’, so the party was wild!

Barely had time to recover before it was time to head up north hiking with my sister again. Took the night train up so we could sleep and arrive fresh. I love the bunk beds!

Arrived in the morning and downed some breakfast, coffee, and off we went. Beautiful fall colors and the weather was a mix of cloudy, sunny, hot and cold. Clothes came off and clothes were put back on… Distance hiked 16km.

We stayed at Sylarna Fjällstation the first night. We have stayed there before and had pre-booked their dinner buffet. Pretty great views out of the cabin when eating and relaxing. Oh, and they have a sauna too so we hit that before passing out.

Next morning we had their breakfast buffet and the waffles were soooo good!

Then off hiking to Norway. We were told that we should’ve collected a key to the cabin in Norway since there would be no staff there at this time of the year. The cabins on the Swedish side should have them too, but this one was out. We emailed the support where we made our reservation and hoped there would be other people booked at the location that could let us in. One key works at all the cabins in all of Norway. Fingers crossed and off we went… Ice on the water in the morning, but the sun was warm…

Wohooo, finally reached the border to Norway. There was only this fence and a gate that you opened and tied closed. Hello Norway!

There was this tiny hut and we decided to take a coffee & snack break. After all, we reached Norway. Pretty cool…

While taking a break, we also had phone reception so we decided it was best to call about our reservation. Didn’t tempt us too much to hike another 10km and then be locked outside with no proper gear. The lady said there were no other reservations made, so there was a pretty big chance we’d not be able to get in. We decided it was best to turn around and alter our planned route. And back to Sweden we hiked…

A bit of a #fail, but who cares when you got beautiful landscapes, sun, champagne and coffee. My whole family has always been able to nap whenever and wherever. My sister proving it by falling asleep on a pile of rocks hahahaaa…. Distance hiked 16km.

We spent another night at Sylarna Fjällstation. Next morning there was a bunch of reindeers right outside the window while we were eating breakfast. Spotting a white reindeer is supposed to mean luck 🙂

We then took off towards Blåhammaren Fjällstation.

It’s a 19km hike and the last part is all uphill. It feels pretty good when you finally reach the cabin. And to know you have a 3-course dinner booked 🙂 But first some beer and a sauna.

The dinner was super good and the main course was reindeer. I was so hungry I didn’t even have time to take a pic of the food hahahaa…

Pretty much put my head on the pillow and slept like 5 seconds later. The last day we hiked back to Storulvåns Fjällstation (12km) where you take the bus to the train station. We had booked the night train again. Arrived back in Stockholm at 5am the next morning.

Didn’t have time for much more than eating some meatballs and hanging out with friends and family before it was time to head back to Mexico. Until next time Sweden!

Been working my ass off since I got back to Mexico. Got a couple of friends over from the US now too and we’re shooting a lot of stuff for an upcoming NFT project. All that for the next post. Considering hitting the gym now after a couple of night of debauchery 🙂 Then more shooting and dinner later. What are you up to this weekend? Oh, if you need a great series to watch, check out Taboo with Tom Hardy. Pretty dark & gory…

Catch you later 🙂

Little Bit of This & That…

Last weekend I walked to Polanco and strolled around. This month they’re celebrating Independence Day in Mexico. What I love about Mexico and Mexicans is that they take celebrations seriously. There are flags and decorations everywhere here now. They had a huge parade with cars that people had tuned up or modified. Most of the cars were carrying flags or sombreros. They were revving their engines and people were lining the streets to watch. I was too impressed and forgot to snap more pics 🙁

Even after having lived here for a year I still discover new places. Walked by this bird sanctuary and went inside. One of my biggest dreams would be to be able to talk to animals. I have tried, believe me. Especially when tripping in nature thinking I have more brain capacity and that I should be able to attract animals. So far no luck. I tried with the parrot on the bench, but he didn’t give a shit about me hahahaaa…

I was also prepping for my birthday coming up next week…

https://videopress.com/v/BujDgwNX?resizeToParent=true&cover=true&preloadContent=metadata&useAverageColor=true

Finally got a table at Masala & Maiz. It’s a Mexican/Indian fusion restaurant and super popular. Someone told me that they been asked to be featured in a book about the 50 best restaurants in Mexico and they declined. They just didn’t want the attention and they’re already fully booked. AND the food was supergood. Also drank some organic wine that’s been processed naturally and tasted more like cider without the carbonation.

Sabrina came over and we had some fun 🙂 Took her and her husband to my favorite taco stand around the corner for some fancy dining 🙂 There was a constant stream of people coming and asking for a photo with her.

Went to a birthday party…

Got new flashy claws…

Not sure what I’ll do for my birthday yet, but I have some ideas. The next day I’m flying to Sweden to celebrate some more. My nephew has his birthday the same day as me and a friend is having a huge birthday party as well.

That is all 🙂 Gonna head out for some coffee now and read. Almost done with the 3rd book of ‘Dungeon Crawler Carl’… If you have good reading recommendations, please write a comment. Always looking for good new reads!

I’ll leave you with this video which I think is pretty funny…

Bustling week…

I sometimes have trouble planning my time and where to put my efforts. I want to do everything at the same time with no complications or hassles. I’m trying to build a Shopify site and obviously get stuck having to read manuals and tutorials. I tried to book a flight with some points and the site kept crashing. Spent about 3h total this week on the phone with support and getting transferred to different people. Finally I wrote them on Instagram and Twitter and got a call back on Friday. Worked on setting up an Instagram for Psychonaut Explorer and got every account (created 6) banned without even having the time to post anything on it. After asking around, I figured that I can’t use the word ‘Psychonaut’ because I guess it’s a forbidden word on IG. Finally have an account and I will share it as soon as I have some more stuff on it 🙂

Aaaaanyways, this week is almost done and got a bunch of stuff accomplished after all!

Shot a bunch because there can never be enough smut 🙂

Also got some touched up pics of me and Swedish Bella who I shot with in LA. Hope I run into her soon again! So damn tasty!

Worked on my Psychonaut stuff. Building the website is the hard part, but I like getting creative with the rest of the stuff…

Back at the gym. I feel weak and mobile as a shipping container. But I’m still pretty strong if you watch the video!

https://videopress.com/v/nLcxcd8Y?resizeToParent=true&cover=true&preloadContent=metadata&useAverageColor=true

I was really motivated to train after watching my friends Ari & Mila compete last weekend. So much fun watching & cheering everyone on while stuffing myself with a croissant on the sidelines 🙂

Had to do something about my hair too. Got recommended a new salon 5 minutes walking from my place. This will be my spot from now on. Already booked appointments for my nails and lashes too. Everyone was so nice and the owners husband is Swedish too. She called him up while I was there and we chatted in Swedish. AND they served me beer!

I have been looking for a new Spanish teacher. Tried a guy out, but not sure he’s the one. I did get this great book after his recommendation. Muchas gracias!

I’m also reading the series of ‘Dungeon Crawler Carl’ by Matt Dinniman. Finished book 1 & 2 and now on the 3rd one. I like them a lot as they have some humor in them.

“A man. His ex-girlfriend’s cat. A sadistic game show unlike anything in the universe: a dungeon crawl where survival depends on killing your prey in the most entertaining way possible.” From Amazon.

That was pretty much my week. More training, shooting and working on the website next week.

Nos vemos, Pumacita 🙂

Italy & Left-Overs

Soooo, I’ve been back from Italy for almost a week. Italy was an overindulgence of all the great & tasty things in life – pasta, wine, truffles, champagne, antipasto, pizza and lotttts of espressos. Not to forget, great friends who rent castles and invite you 🙂 Thank you Andrea & Dasha!

Flew in to Rome and rented a car and drove towards Umbria. I love how people drive in Italy: fast and knowing not to idle in the left lane! Finally arrived and all I can say is just WOW! 2 houses and one of them had a church and an old jail cell underground! Like WTF, I want that in my future house! Not for religious purposes, but I could throw some awesome parties and troublemakers would be thrown in jail LOL…

I thought it was going to be a few days lying by the pool, but nope. Every day there were excursions. Among the things we checked out were the National Art Gallery of Umbria. A lot of historical religious art and what hit me is that it seemed pretty cruel back in the day. You look at a painting and then you realize the person is stepping on some people. Or someone with a knife in the head!

Obviously have to taste some wine when in Italy. They had made a reservation at the Tenuta Castelbuono. Not very familiar with architects or architecture, but this one is designed by Arnaldo Pomodoro who apparently is very famous in Italy. Very cool and Dasha and I even tried to sneak some wine straight from the barrels 😉

I’ve said it before, I like visiting churches. We went to see the great St Francis of Assisi in Umbria. I’m not great at history either, but it’s impressive in its’ size and I don’t think anyone would build anything like this today.

Had dinner at Il Frantoio which is a Michelin star restaurant. I tried a few Michelin star restaurants and unfortunately this one didn’t impress too much. The service was so so and everyone was sweating because the AC was off. But great views and I did tried pigeon for the first time 🙂 I had the best company though!

A couple of nights we had dinner at the house and it was a pretty awesome setting to dine at sunset!

Some more pics checking out Umbria, Perugia and Assisi. Also some old men in windows and cats.

Checked out on Saturday morning and drove back to Rome. Never been there before so it was fun to check it out. I liked it, but don’t think I’ll be going to Rome again. I prefer all the little towns and was also recommended to go to Sardinia. Added to bucket-list 🙂

My favorite place in Rome was the beach area. Only about 30 min drive from the city.

Saw the Spanish Steps and the famous Trevi fountain where Anita Ekberg took a dip.

Had yummy gelato, found a IKEA pop up store, cat instead of old men in a window, and skipped around in a bikini. You know, the usual stuff 😉

That concludes my Italy trip. I hope to visit more places in Italy! And eat more truffles and carbonara pasta!

Here are a few more pics from Sweden too. Seeing friends, partying a bit, hanging out, and lots of animals 🙂

Oh, and I did shoot some too. Have more pics coming, but this girl – altogether awesome. HoneyBabe, I think I love you 🙂

This week I’ve tried to catch up on work and battle jetlag. Yesterday I watched my friends compete in a crossfit competition here in town and going there to cheer them on today again. Before I go I’m going to tell you to see this movie –> RRR. It’s so damn good and you can thank me later!

OK, some breakfast, more coffee and then heading out. Enjoy your Sunday!

Sweden :)

As soon as I had jet lag somewhat in control, me and my sister packed our backpacks and took a train up to the northern parts of Sweden – Vålådalen, for some hiking. We arrived in the afternoon, so we spent the night and had a sauna, hot tubbing and dinner.

We grabbed some breakfast to go the next morning and headed out on the trail. Beautiful morning and we decided we wanted to enjoy breakfast out in the nature instead of indoors. Felt pretty good to get the 11 kg backpack off my back for a bit too 🙂

The first day was supposed to be a 13 km hike. We decided to take a little detour which added 5 km. This was to check out the ‘pyramids’ that are like sandhills and supposedly dates back from the ice age. Not sure I was that impressed. But it was also a perfect nap, coffee break and eat a snack spot there.

Reloaded on energy we hiked the last kilometers and finally spotted the cabin where we spent our first night. No running water, electricity or wifi. BUT, they had a sauna and after you ‘showered’ by hanging up a bucket of water and turning a tap on it. Perfect!

The second day of hiking was about 16 km. Beautiful day out and only caught some rain the last 20 min of hiking. The cabins have a rooms to dry stuff in, but we fired up our fireplace in our room and dried up.

Third day was mostly hiking on plains between mountains with great views.

My sis and I obviously hike in style, so when we found a nice spot, we popped a mini bottle of Champagne 🙂

We been told that, in the end of our 3rd day hike, we would have to wade over a strong river to get to the other side. If the river had high water levels, it could be dangerous. They showed us at the cabin how to cross it safely. Holding on and facing each other and only moving one foot at the time. We got a bit nervous, but luckily when we showed up, the water was low. There was a strong current, but we crossed safely. Obviously we popped a bottle after that 🙂

The last cabin was the nicest one. It was also the newest one cause the old one had burned down. They also had a sauna right by a river. Perfect ending to sweat in the sauna and swim in the cold water. The waters up there are so fresh that you can drink them. Perfect so you don’t have to carry too much drinking water.

Slept like babies and up at 5.30 am. We both like waking up early and you can see it wasn’t too crowded at the breakfast tables hahahaaa… The only other ones that were up were the reindeers that walked right outside the window.

Last day of hiking was about 14 km. It was so amazing to be outdoors like this and we had such a great time. But as soon as we hit the bus and the train, we passed out hahhaaaa…

A couple of more pics from somewhere up there among the mountains…

I can really recommend hiking in Sweden if you like the outdoors. If you want to find trails, info and cabins, check out https://www.svenskaturistforeningen.se/. They make it really easy to find options and to book. We’re planning on maybe do an other hike in September.

Time flies in Sweden and I’m squeezing as much as possible when I’m here. I will show some pics of what I’ve been up to in the next post. Now getting ready to head out to lunch with a friend. On Tuesday next week I fly to Italy. Very excited about that too 🙂

All the best to you where ever in the world you are!
