  1. Are you named after anyone? No, but I named myself after my car – a Ford Puma, and I added Swede for Sweden even though I’m a Finn. Finne in Swedish means “a zit” and that didn’t sound too hot…
  2. When was the last time you cried? Don’t remember, but probably to a movie or some animal account on Instagram where an animal has been rescued…
  3. Do you have kids? If no, how many do you want? Hell no and never wanted any! I do love most of my friends kids though and they love me because I’m not much more mature than them hahhaaa…

Maybe you aren’t like me, but I can’t help checking out what the person next to me is working on. Everyone here works on their computer at coffee shops, and I can’t resist – I must look! Most often it’s boring stuff, and it’s me who has to hide my nudes, turn down the volume on my videos, and be careful when an email pops open that could be a dick- or tit pic hahhaaaa…

Anyways, I’m doing pretty great here in Bali. Other than my body being sore from the gym pretty much every day, I can’t bitch 🙂 I got the best massage and cupping done at the gym, so I’ll be like a rubber band soon I hope 🙂 Most likely not, but one can always dream…

They say abs are built in the kitchen, but I think mine will (or not) be built at the restaurants here when I don’t give in for the desserts, treats, and sweets which is very hard!!! There’s a gluten-free bakery close by, and my willpower can’t resist not going in and BUY!

Let’s talk about sex!

I received this comment below and I thought it’s a topic many of us can relate to or maybe you know someone who can benefit from the info below 🙂

BUT, then I read ‘Mating in Captivity’ by Esther Perel. Wow, this book is a must read if you are in a relationship and sex starts to be feel routine or mundane!

Esther talks about how we get so familiar with each other that we basically become one person. The basic rule is to keep some mystery, and that we should be two different people. There’s no need to share everything or know each others’ business in detail. 

The book brings in real couple’s problems/issues and Esther analyzes their situation. Most couples in the book are in love, that is not the issue. They just need to reheat the passion in it. She is brilliant, and I think her book is an excellent read even if you’re not in a relationship. Good info to store away for the future 🙂 

One final topic that I thought was very good! It talks about why you would tell someone you cheated. We say it’s because we want to be honest, but really it is because we feel the need to lessen our burden by telling the truth. By admitting cheating we make ourselves feel better, but our partner is most likely heartbroken! They did nothing wrong, but now you’re transferring your burden to them.  It definitely makes a compelling argument to consider whether to withhold cheating if it’s only going to be to your benefit.

I still think you guys can make your personal sex tape. I promise you will at least get a good laugh from it. Try the usual porn storylines – secretary/employee, teacher/student, doctor/patient… I think you get it 🙂 

There are obviously many more roads to try/explore. Even though I consider myself try-sexual, I believe I have more fun things to delve into. Swinging is fun, and I would like to explore tantric practices more for example.

Do you ever get…

…the feeling of being exactly where you belong at a moment in time? That’s the feeling for me here in Bali now. I need nothing, feel great, and I’m happy as fuck! I’m trying to store this feeling and hope that I will always be able to go where ever I need to access it!

Whoa, that was pretty much the deepest few lines you’ll probably get from me hahahaaaa… Soooo aaanyways, Bali is amazing! Jetlag is less of a bitch, and I’ve been going all-in at the gym with 2 classes a day, so now I walk like I have something in my pants that doesn’t belong there! Please observe it’s a green juice bottle and not wine I’m holding 😉

Love the nail spas here. They’re cozy and colorful. Not like the boring stiff ones where they still have some old faded pics from the 90’s, and a girl with big teased blondish hair is showing bright red claws. Even the dogs here enjoy the spas!

Snapped some pics. I don’t think there’s a better working environment than by the pool or in the pool! Suits me perfectly!

The food here is incredible! So many places to choose from and you can have vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, and any other combo/variation/specialty you can think of! Sorry, didn’t have any pics to illustrate the food. Instead you get me in a swing Cirque du Soleil style, and this latte creation was pretty crappy but funny I think! Coffee here is great too!

Some randoms too while walking around. Also rented scooters now, and a new villa for when we got to check out of this one. My shit is on track 🙂

Finally in Bali!

Feels great to be back, and it feels good to switch alcohol/cigarettes for juices and the gym. Well — I actually haven’t been to the gym yet, but it’s enough that I plan to be there tonight and that counts 🙂

Last night I grabbed dinner and strolled around for a bit before jetlag made me its’ bitch and I passed out 🙂

Chilled this morning, and then out for lunch and haggling for motorbikes! Now off to the gym and build this gorgeous body some more!

OK, enough…

…partying, drinking, smoking, and living la vida loca! I plan (one can always plan) to be at my best health and behavior in Bali. Training, eating healthy, and no smoking unless it’s one hell of a party! I have to be honest with myself and admit there is always a chance of a party, and I don’t like to miss out. #fomo

The past weekend was mostly about celebrating my best childhood friend Karina who turned something over 20. What was supposed to be a shopping day on Friday turned into a liquid-lunch, and then we crashed my sisters’ condo for some tacos and strawberry daiquiris! Andrew and the cat gave up. Some people just can’t handle us 😉

On Saturday we celebrated some more, and the true troopers (like me) started at 11 am. Karina and I coordinated some beautiful tandem jumps into the lake for people to enjoy 😉 Sauna, BBQ, games, and celebrations until we were about to pass out and sent home 🙂

Yesterday there was pizza and ice-cream at Mom’s, and that put a perfect ending to the weekend! I’m pretty much packed now and heading out to the airport soon. I think I will catch up on some sleep on the plane and read. I barely had time to open a book while here in Sweden, but I have some great book recommendations coming for you!

Having my final…

…days in Sweden and it feels a bit sad to leave my family & friends on Monday. At the same time I’m very excited to go back to Bali, and luckily friends and family will visit 🙂

As always I save all the boring crap I have to do to until the last minute and then stress about it. Botox is something I like to do in Sweden, and my mane demanded some attention, but everyone is on holiday & places are closed. Luckily I managed to squeeze myself in, with my wrinkles meeting their match against Botox, and my mane was tamed, so I’m good now! I’ve never been a fan of “age gracefully”, and plan to nip, tuck, cut, laser, and whatever else is needed till the day I go out with a blast!

Catched up on gossip while at the hairdressers yesterday and look who I found 🙂

Also had a meeting with some TV people yesterday. Because the last show I did was really fun and well received, I think Swedish TV needs and is ready for more Puma! Going to pitch some ideas and keeping my fingers crossed 🙂

My friend Linda cooked up a moose steak because she wanted Andrew to taste some traditional Swedish food. So good! I feel better eating a wild animal that has been roaming in the woods until its’ final day, instead of animals kept in captivity with no access to outdoors. Linda’s cat Moses seemed to like moose too.

I made a bet with Linda’s son that I could beat him on the monkey bars after dinner. If you don’t know, I have the confidence of Kanye West and always believe I will win. Somehow. Whatever the competition is about and whether or not I have any skills at it. Do I always win? Fuck no… Did I beat Linda’s son? Nope…

I shot some footage for my adult channels as well, and I like to stick with the old classic scenarios such as the maid…

Spent a whole….

…day in Nynäshamn yesterday. It’s a city south of Stockholm by the water that’s very cool to visit during summer. My friend Diana and I went laying out and swimming by Kalkbrottet Stora Vika. I’m not even going to attempt to translate that, but ‘kalksten’ is limestone so I guess the whole area is full of it. I’m not even sure how the water got there, but it’s super clear. Since there’s no real beach, and you have to climb down to the water or jump, it means there are no screaming kids hahhaaaa… Just me talking too loud and filming me, myself, and more of me with my GoPro 🙂

There was a cliff that the cool kids jumped from. Didn’t dare to risk my “airbags”. They might have exploded with the impact hahhahaha… Honestly I’m chicken shit jumping into water from heights! Can’t dive 🙁

When we had enough of swimming we drove to the port of Nynäshamn. They have a bunch of restaurants there, and my favorite (from eating there 3 times) is one that serves smoked shrimps with aioli. I was starving when I got there, and had been fantasizing about the shrimps all day, so I forgot to check the name of the place. Checked out some boats and the best thing before driving home – mjukglass with sprinkles!

I got so excited now writing about the shrimps and ice-cream that I forgot that on the way to the car from the swimming, we found this huge rusty circular thingy. There was a sign that said what it’s been used for, but I was already taking my clothes off and getting ready for some pics so I didn’t bother reading it hahahaa… I don’t know why, but when I see a cool spot I think I can make it cooler (should say hotter) by posing naked. Might be the nudist in me…

Luckily my friends are all cool with this and gladly take pics!

Barely time to…

…sit my ass down here in Sweden! There are lunches, dinners, friends, family, party, work, and training! I’m not complaining, but please give me 8 hours of sleep tonight! I came home at 8am today from Club Prive after a great party! Only pic respectable enough to post hahhaaaa…

My friend Karina has a great house by the lake, so last week we spent a whole day with graceful jumps into the water, chatting, and barbecuing with a beautiful sunset.

I finally got to try the restaurant Två Små Svin and had lunch there. Amazing food and such a cool place. Recommend it to everyone, and they had an awesome selection of Snaps too 🙂

You never have enough bras, and my size 65I, so when you find a store that has it, you buy them all! If you need large sizes, check out the Danish brand Chase and thank me later 🙂

Catching some tan…

I do a lot of stuff in the public because I love to see people’s reaction. My friend Diana and I talked about how important size is. I go by the motto – “the bigger the better” on pretty much anything hahhaaaa… If you wonder about men’s ‘equipment – it’s also important, and if anyone claims differently they probably are trying to be nice 😉 The sausage in the pics is a Swedish Falukorv and of perfect size hahhaaaa…

So you don’t think all I do is have fun, here are some gym pics… It’s fun, but why does it have to take so long to gain an ass???

Wow, either I’m…

…this damn hot/gorgeous/sexy/stunning… or insert your own description here _______________ ….or the photographer is a magician hahahaaa 😉 Last week I shot with @fredrikhedlund_com and we played around with some lights, oil, and black paint. It got messy, but totally worth it!

This weekend I got together with friends and had a BBQ. Perfect weather, great friends, good food, and some Puerto Rican rum 🙂

One interesting topic that came up during the night was what would you do if someone gave you 10 million dollars? I think it’s fascinating that people have trouble coming up with an answer, myself included. I don’t feel that there’s anything that I badly want that I couldn’t have already. I value my health and feel that I can achieve or do anything I want if I’m healthy!

Some of the answers from the discussion with my friends were things like going back to school, which the person could do already if they wanted to. Pay off your siblings’ student loans, quit your day job, invest the $, and I think my final answer was to buy a boat, learn to maneuver it, and sail around wherever I wanted to. After some though, I could actually do that now… but the boat would be a bit smaller though hahahaaaa…

I live a pretty simple life without many possessions. I have gotten rid of everything I owned twice (except some sentimental things and necessary clothing) and travelled around the world. Last time, about 1.5 years ago, I didn’t get any further than Puerto Rico on my world travel, and settled for now. I have collected some things, but hopefully I will never hoard items/clutter ever again. Easier to live and leave that way 🙂

I have a shoot tomorrow with a new photographer, and we’re heading out at 7am to shoot outdoors! Time to shit, shower, shave and go to bed!
