It’s a hard job…

…but someone has got to do it šŸ˜‰ With the holidays (and parties) I had a long list of custom videos to shoot. Shot a couple in Swedish, most in English, and even got to play a stepmom and a nurse. If you need me Steven Spielberg, I’m right here!

Didn’t get my last 6 months of 2019 put together today. Instead I’m showing you my ass at the gym yesterday. Andrew said around 10am that he was going to the gym. -“Whaaaat?!?! They’re not open the day after New Years!” Well, Andrew had called and unfortunately for me, they were open! Pulled myself together and off we went. And I did feel amazing after šŸ™‚

This was me looking towards 2020 on a walk on New Years Eve…

Even tried to sparkle a little on New Years…

But couldn’t resist the bed at 11pm. Only heard the fireworks at midnight and that was enough…

I bought some Swedish candy for some friends here in Puerto Rico to taste. I even hid it from myself. Now I think I will have to dig that candy bag out and finish it! They won’t even know I had candy for them hehheeee…

What happened…

…last year? I went through my photos and made a short recap from Jan 2019-June 2019. Hopefully have the other 6 months of the year ready by tomorrow. I love going through pics and getting a throwback of what I’ve been up to. Realized that the best parts have been friends & family visiting us here in PR. Sophie Dee was first. Great time and I hope she comes back this year šŸ™‚

January

In Puerto Rico there’s a big party (there’s always a party for something) in Old San Juan to finish off Christmas and the holiday season. Went with Masha from Russia šŸ™‚

I liked the first pic so included it and in the second pic I make empanadas for the first time! So good! Don’t mind the tits LOL

February

Our friend Emily came visiting from San Francisco. For some reason I think someone being on the toilet is a perfect Kodak moment hahhaaaa…

Participated in my first Chinchorreo. Basically on Sundays people go around Puerto Rico from bar to bar drinking, dancing, and eating empanadas. There are bars everywhere! Our gym had rented a bus and we went around all day, up in the mountains, and sometimes I don’t even know where we were. But there were drinks so who cares!

In the end of February we went to Costa Rica. I hope to go back there and stay longer. Been once before and it seems like there’s a lot more to explore! Amazing beaches and hikes.

March

From Costa Rica we flew straight to Bali. It was like 2 days of traveling! But Bali was worth it!

It was even worth having this monkey pee on my backpack at the monkey Sanctuary in Ubud hahhaaaa…

April

Was supposed to go back to PR from Bali, but flew straight to Los Angeles. Filmed a mini documentary about my life based on my book. Also filmed me participating in Nude Art LA show which was very naked hahahaaa… Just the way I love it! And the funniest shoot was me and Sandy playing superheroes. We had to reshoot bunch of times cause we just cracked up laughing!

Also when in LA I shot with Cherie DeVille for the first time. Wow, what a cool chick! So down to earth and funny as fuck.

And one of her dogs was just as cool!

From LA i continued to Sweden. They’ve realized my greatness in Sweden finally and named a tram station after me. Kind of…

Shot some more in Sweden and partied it up with the girls at Club Prive. Stockholms best strip club that I love to party at!

One of my last days in Stockholm we decided to sneak in to a public swimming pool and shoot some nudes. Even though we were there at 6am, we got caught. Ooops… Luckily they where cool and a smootch can get you far šŸ™‚

May

My friend Diana came to Puerto Rico from Sweden. A lot of adventures and visited Vieques island for the first time. Wow, what a place. Beautiful beaches and horses running around the whole island!

Also did Gilligan’s Island in the south, Ocean Park and always at least one party šŸ™‚

I had my first mammography. A little tricky with big ass implants, but they didn’t inflate them hahhaaaaa…

June

Took a trip to New York. Love NYC and great to see Amy Andersson. You always crack up when hanging with her! Also did some gymnastics, saw Brooklyn, Metropolitan Museum of Art and had dinner and drinks with friends.

Then my sister and friend Linda came to visit PR. Sightseeing, beaches, snorkeling at Icacos – an other great island right outside PR.

Masha had a surgery so I helped her recover by putting a wig on her and obviously dressing the part of a nurse myself!

Was suppose to fly to Florida and connect to Sweden, but…. The plane was delayed so ended up going back to NYC for a night and flying from there the next day šŸ™‚

That was pretty much my first 6 moths of 2019. Like I said, the rest of the year is hopefully coming šŸ™‚

Happy New Year!!!

Or I’m like 4h early saying that from Puerto Rico. But it’s 2020 in Europe among other places so rock out with your ______ out! Or something like that! I’m fighting to stay awake. Got home at 2am yesterday and slept so good on the flight I didn’t feel tired when I got home. My plan is to drink some rum on the rooftop and watch the fireworks. Slight chance I might be a sleep though šŸ™‚

What are you up to or what did you do on NYE? Any goals for 2020? Resolutions? I pretty much only have stuff I want to focus on and one thing I want to improve. Focus on health and mobility. Too much smoking and candy in Sweden and not a single squat or stretch. And what I want to improve is this – I want to strike up more conversations with strangers 2020. I’ve “practiced” or experienced this lately and I love meeting new people. Talked to a couple from Kazakhstan on the train. A cop for severe crimes at a cafe in Stockholm. Chatted with a lady from Brazil before boarding my plane yesterday. All of these where interesting conversations and I think we’d do better if we weren’t so scared in approaching others. A lot can be learned, fun stories shared and new friendships made!

I was also planning on making a summary of 2019, but now I’m drinking wine and feel it could/should wait till tomorrow. Most of you are hopefully out celebrating anyways šŸ™‚

So, Happy New Year to those who already are living up 2020 and to the rest of us, we’ll soon be there!

Cheers!

Not overdoing it…

So tired on Friday, and was pretty happy when my friend Linda said she was too tired to do anything. Somehow she still ends up coming over in an Uber. -“Let’s just order food and chill”. Suuuure. My nephew ends up coming over with his friends and all of a sudden we’re getting ready to just go out ‘for a little bit’…

We actually ended up behaving pretty well for being us. Danced so much to old disco songs I had blisters on my feet the next day. But don’t worry, I relaxed a bit on top of the bar. And stretched my long legs while at it. Then we danced some more hahahaaaa…

Did a little bit of recovery Saturday morning with the cat. She insists on being as close to your face as possible. She probably would lie on top of my face if I let her. Can’t risk her claws and all the Botox trickling out LOL.

Then met up with an old friend Pia, for a ‘fika’. An other great spot in Stockholm for ‘fika’ and food is Ƅlskade Traditioner. A 50’s inspired cafe with amazing sandwiches made with waffles instead of bread. I really recommend a stop there!

Came home and took a nap and then dinner with my sis and our cousins. Came home and watched Pulp Fiction. One of my favorite movies! After I saw it the first time I colored my hair black and cut it shorter. Put on a white shirt and black pants. Just like Uma Thurman when she danced with John Travolta in the movie. No one said I looked like Uma Thurman. Such a fail hahahaaaa…

Today was spent at mom’s. Cooking and helping her with some stuff. Always sad to say good bye šŸ™ Hopefully back early next year though šŸ™‚

Tomorrow flying back to Puerto Rico wohooooo… Not sure what we’ll end up doing for NYE yet. I wouldn’t mind spending it on the beach šŸ™‚ What’s your plans?

Routines

I usually don’t like too much of routines in my life. A little bit of planning and keeping deadlines is good, but I would hate my job to be a routine. I’d quit making movies and shooting content if it felt like I did it out of a routine. After all the feasting during Christmas now, I do feel like I want some of my habits back. Like training and eating healthy to start with! My sister, the paparazzi, snapped me buying ‘lƶsgodis’ yesterday. Been eating candy like my life depended on it hahahaaaa…

Did some shopping too and so good of the city to roll out the red carpet for me!

Got my sister to braid my hair too. I like it like this, but me making a braid is like a guy trying to paint nail polish… (yes, I once asked a guy to paint mine and half my fingers were pink)

And just because I also miss the Puerto Rican sun, here’s some sunny pics from a shoot I did in LA šŸ™‚

Lat weekend in Sweden. Trying to not over do it hhahahaaaa…

Kisses, Puma

Ho ho ho…

How’s your Xmas celebrations going? In Sweden we celebrated yesterday and mom gave us so much food I passed out after dinner! Yes, wearing sweatpants that stretch so I could eat more!

Watched movies, ate some more and that’s about it. This morning coffee in mom’s Finland-mug and a ham sandwich with mustard. Classic!

Today was not much different and I nursed my food-baby hahahaaa…

So tired of Xmas foods now so drank some bubbly stuff and went out for dinner with my sister and nephew…

I’m not much for decorations, but I surprised my sister with this today hahhaaaa… She just rolled her eyes, she’s used to this type of stuff by now šŸ™‚

Merry Xmas…

…God Jul, HyvƤƤ Joulua! How are you spending your Xmas and Holidays? What’s on your wishlist from Santa or you been naughty? Santa gave up on me looong time ago hahahaaaa… Just wanted to wish you all amazing Holidays and here’s some Xmas greetings from me to you šŸ™‚

Getting ready, but as I say in the video – my mom probably expects me to wear a little more than this…

Or maybe I should show up like this?

Well, I’m just waiting for my sister and nephew to wake up from their nap. It’s noon and they’re napping!!! Ain’t nobody got time for that!

Party & “Fika”

It’s busy days here in Sweden. Trying to see and hang with my friends, family, throw in a party (or five), recover and obviously having a “fika”. Fika is in Swedish having a coffee. And maybe some bakery thingy too unless your worrying about 1000 carbs and your beach body 2020 šŸ˜‰

After a mellow dinner with relatives on Friday, I headed out for some wine with my friend Anton. A little wine quickly ended up popping some sparkling stuff and the party was on. Tried making new friends, but this guy was a bit stiff…

Went to a gay bar and then to Backdoor which is an awesome gay club in Stockholm. Sooo much fun and great music. I did an impromptu guest appearance on the bar topless and later arrived home missing my jacket and my Swedish phone – oooops! Shit happens, but a party is a party!

There is a legendary cafe in Stockholm. It was called Lisa’s Cafe for about 30 years. Now Lisa’s son Nicklas has opened it at a new location and it’s called Lisa’s Grabb. As in Lisa’s Son in English. They had some Christmas celebration on Saturday and today I went back for more “fika”. Everything is homemade, no fancy cappuccinos, just simple and so tasty! Don’t miss this spot if you visit Stockholm.

I hope you all will be spending Xmas with loved ones! My family are skipping Xmas gifs cause no one needs anything and it’s like exchanging money. Instead we’ll be at my mom’s eating too much Finnish foods, wearing sweatpants and maybe have a snaps or two! I’ll try to put some of my celebration on my IG stories – @thepumaswede.

While on the…

…subject of surgeries, let me admit to other fixes as well. I have written before that I don’t plan to age gracefully! I love Botox, fillers and treatments. I think it’s also a bit addicting since I’m often in front of the camera. Makes me discover new dents, wrinkles, sun spots etc on my face more often that I wish hahahaaaa… Soooo, when I come to Sweden I go fix this.

On Wednesday I tried threads in my face for the first time. Felt like the corners of my mouth are hanging down. I was so nervous cause a friend of mine has done it and said it hurts like hell. First of all I hate needles and I don’t handle pain very well. Hadde the doctor, said that I don’t have a lot of fat in my face so it will probably hurt more. Well, I finally told him to just fix me up. He went in with 2 loooooong needles by my ear. A thin thread like a fishing line with small knots on it is pulled through. The thread then is pulled through and I could feel the knots go through my face-meat UGH! Pulled through and pulled up. I did survive and it wasn’t that painful after all. Happy with the results and topped it all off with some Botox šŸ™‚

Look closely and you can see the threads coming out under my mouth. And here’s a picture of the needles and thread. If you’re in Sweden, I can recommend Doktor K for these type of treatments. They’re awesome!

Strict orders on not to open my mouth too wide for 3-4 weeks hahhaaaa… Suuuure! Anyways, I’ll try to behave for a couple of weeks!

Anyway, like my new t-shirt?

My shoot on Wednesday was a lot of fun. Will get some pics later and show you. But a couple of selfies though…

Now off to see my cousin and then I think I’ll go have some wine with a couple of cute gayboys. Puma & the twinks we call ourselves LOL…

Let’s talk boobs!

Recently I found out that the type of breast implants I have, have been recalled. They are the textured kind from the company Allergan. Below is some text that I copied about what is happening: https://medtruth.com/articles/legal-developments/allergan-lawsuit-breast-implant-cancer-risk/

“In September, the FDA asked Allergan to issue a sweeping recall of its Biocell Natrelle textured breast implants, warning of an increased ā€œrisk of breast implant-associated anaplastic large cell lymphoma (BIA-ALCL), a cancer of the immune system.ā€

ā€œFor decades, Allergan knew that its recalled implants were six times more likely to cause BIA-ALCL, but it continued to market these products, seemingly with little regard for the well-being of its users,ā€ plaintiffs’ attorney Beth Fegan said.”

It’s fucking scary thinking that the company Allergan has had knowledge about this and kept it hidden! Today I went to my surgeon Charles Randqvist at Victoria Kliniken here in Sweden. I wanted to find out more and get advice on what I should do with my implants.

Dr Randqvist is one of the best and most well-known plastic surgeons in Sweden. He educates other surgeons around the world, and I have had 3 boob-jobs done by him. I have total confidence in Charles and have referred friends to him. After checking my breasts today he said they are fine, but do I want a product in my body that can cause cancer?!? Something to consider is that genetics might be why some people have gotten problems with these implants. Statistically I’m more likely to get cancer or die from another cause than my implants.

What is very annoying in this is that Allergan is not paying or compensating patients to remove or change their implants. As an example: You buy a car and the manufacturer says there’s been a recall on the model you bought since the brakes sometimes fail. But hey, you can keep driving it because not all people have problems with their brakes. But if you do want new brakes, you have to pay full price for the new brakes! Allergan does offer the clinics to give them another type of their implants for free, but I would still have to pay for the surgery. I don’t trust Allergan and don’t want any more of their implants! I guess I’ll have to get another companies implants, and will have to pay full price. I will most likely change my implants in the beginning of next year.

I also spent time talking to Dr Randqvist about how many people today offer very cheap breast and other types of surgeries. Deals to fly to some other country to get a better deal. Influencers promote surgeries and injections, but very seldom talk about the risks. Young people might not have the money and are looking for the cheapest deal. What they forget to consider is – how much does it cost if something goes wrong? What if there are problems and complications? Is there a warranty? Check-ups after surgery? What Charles told me is that there’s been a huge increase in people, not just young people, who come to him and he has to redo their surgeries because they’ve gone horribly wrong. So you got a cheap deal, but now you are paying more money to fix the mistakes and undergoing another surgery. Time off to recover, time off work, etc.

Some people consider Victoria Kliniken and Charles to be expensive. They forget to consider that he offers a warranty on his procedures. Regular check-ups and overnight stays. Last time I stayed 2 night since they thought one of my surgery scars was bleeding a little too much. Charles has also refused more injections in my lips since he thinks it will not look good on me. He did not recommend me 800cc’s and told me about the risks – no running around with no bra, they’re heavy and may sag if I don’t wear support during night too, rippling etc. That is what I consider a professional who also tells me no and tells me about the risks!

I get nothing from Dr Randqvist for writing this (I wish I got free boobs LOL). I get a lot of emails from women who ask about my boobs. They ask about clinics and I always recommend Charles. I tell people to wait a year if they don’t have the money for the reasons I stated earlier!

To finish this long post off I want to tell you about a video Charles showed me. A young girl went abroad for a deal on breast surgery. She came back to Sweden and the complications began. She came to Charles with an open wound as big as a tennis ball under her right breast. Other clinics in Sweden had denied her help. Her friend contacted Charles and begged for help. In the video the implant is pretty much hanging out of her breast. He was able to just grab it and pull it out. It was a horrid video. The clinic abroad did not offer her any type compensations and could not help her they said.

So ladies, please consider your surgeries/fillers etc well if you decide to have them. Research the surgeon and the clinic. Compare them. Ask questions – do they offer warranty, check ups, overnight stay, what are the risks etc. If you have any questions, just write me a comment here and I will happily answer. I love boobs!
