I celebrated a little yesterday that I’ve made it one more year 🙂 It was my nephews’ birthday yesterday as well. Usually I’m abroad at this time of year, so yesterday was the first time in a long time that we could spend our birthday together. Hip hip hooray to us 🙂
The past week has mostly been about organizing things for moms’ funeral. Going through her papers and taking care of practical things. A lot of times we get stuck looking at old photographs or remembering a story about something she has at home. I love wearing her old sweater that still smells of her…
I guess this is life. Celebrating a birthday and ‘making it’ another year, as well as having to say goodbye and letting go of someone else. Happiness, sadness, laughter and crying… I’m trying to be better at letting the people in my life that I care about, know that. To celebrate even smaller things more often. You never know what the future brings…
Here comes some pics. First up is this funny horse. Went to the stable with my friend Karina. I used to ride when I was younger and still love horses. This horse seemed to have some love(?) for me too LOL…
Had a night with tapas, wine & girlfriends… Why Linda is on the floor on her knees, I don’t know…
Like America’s Next Top Model, but more sleezy LOL…
Pretending to do laundry in a skimpy outfit. Yeah right.
One of my favorite places, outdoors. Supposedly there’s mushrooms out there now. I found 6 chanterelles. Hello, where did they all go? But we had coffee and ‘fika’ so we were happy anyways!
I had a 6 month check up on my boobs. Looked like they should the doctor said. Nipples pointing in the same direction LOL… Just me wishing they were bigger, but apparently I’m supposed to be content now. Enough is enough the doctor always says to my deaf ears…
I’m getting ready for the gym, getting some new lashes, and hopefully a spray tan. Typical productive Monday for me.
Four days since my surgery and I’m doing great. I’m still sore and been ordered to take it very easy for a few days. Hello painkillers & Netflix 😉
I arrived at 7am at the clinic. My friend Linda changed her implants the same day. Friends who do tits together – stay together! I’ve done my boobs 3 times before at Victoria Kliniken. Always been the last one in for surgery. I thought I had plenty of time to relax, but was told I’ll be the second one in after Linda.
Since you can’t eat or drink from the night before, you get this drip in your arm when you arrive at the clinic. And all you think about is the coffee you going to drink when you wake up…
They rolled Linda in and asked me to go to the bathroom and then they prepared me… The big ‘thing’ in my arm is the stuff that put me asleep. I saw the box were my implants where in. I told them to dubble check that I was really getting the bigger implant! I think my biggest fear was waking up and having small tits hahhaaaa… Yes, very shallow, I know…
And then you wake up and are all confused. I asked if they really did my boobs. -Are you sure they’re bigger? After I recovered a bit more, the kind nurse took my phone and took a picture to show me that they really are bigger! Puh, I could relax a bit after the piture lol…
Probably one of the best sandwiches and cup of coffee I ever had!
Linda and shared a room together for recovery. You stay overnight so they can keep an eye on you. Was treated like a princess and just had to push a button if I wanted anything. Yes, more morphine please:)
Yeah, let’s strike a pose… Just to see if we still got it! No we don’t…
Just been home taking it easy since I got home. My sister been supplying me with candy and Nelly kept me company…
Yesterday I did take the new boobs out for lunch with a friend. Today off to see mom and lunch with a friend tomorrow 🙂
Getting a little bit of everything done here. Went hiking with my cousin and got some great views over Stockholm.
Good thing this bear was a fake one. I have a bit of phobia for bears. I really want to go to Alaska, but I was reading about all the bears there. Read all about how to react if you come across a bear, but I think I might just scream and run hahhaaaa… Or do this! Puma vs Bear…
During a fika this weekend a guy told me about an art exhibition happening. The cool thing about it was that the artist is a guy from where I grew up. He’s also a famous music artist from the group Latin Kings and his name is Dogge Doggelito.
He is also going to Puerto Rico this weekend to work on his music. Oh, and I compared my boob-size to this mannequin doll to boost my confidence 🙂
And how cute was this dog?
Went by Linda’s house yesterday. After dinner it was game time. We played this weird ass game where you put this plastic device in your mouth to prevent you from closing it. Then you pic a card and try to say what it says. You look like an idiot, drool and make no sense, since it’s impossible to pronounce the words with your mouth stretched open. I loved it!
Then just me being me. With more or less clothing…
When there’s sun in Sweden, you better soak it in. Don’t know when it will show up next 😉
And love my new custom bracelet that I wanted to say Villipeto. It kind of means ‘wild beast’ in Finnish. Fitting I thought hahahaaaaa… From www.mittord.com.
…from Florida 🙂 Long ass layover here before my connecting flight to Stockholm. Luckily there’s coffee, wifi, magazines and books!
A funny note about Valentine’s Day. We went to the to the beach around lunch time. After about 1,5h I saw the sky was turning pretty dark. Decided to pack up and head home. Well, it took about 2 minutes and it was pouring! Felt like a minor storm. No shelter and after we came home like 20 min later we were drenched! It was actually pretty funny. It stopped raining pretty much as soon as we came home. Dinner, wine & tequila to the rescue 🙂
And fed a couple of homeless cats on our street too.
My plan was to travel to Thailand on the 21st of this month for a few days before the surgery. Asked the Doctor what he thought of me going to Bangkok since the ongoing Corona virus. He said a pretty firm no on the topic so I’ll listen to him. Don’t want to take any chances with my new boobs!
Excites as always to go home and see family and friends! Hit you up from Sweden!
…if I wrote here that I’m going to Sweden in mid February. My plan is a quick trip to Bangkok with my sister, and then having surgery on March 3rd. I decided to change my breast implants after I talked to my doctor in December. Feels good to get it done and get possibly harmful implants out. Because I will be pretty immobile after surgery, I’m shooting a lot now so I can rest up after. Not sure if there is a fetish for boobs in bandage???
Here is me doing what I do pretty good – sleazing & teasing hahahaaa..
Since I liked my hair braided I went back and asked for a different version. Like 2.0. She is awesome! Before, during, and after.
Last night in the middle of cooking the power went off in the whole neighborhood. Got some reading done at least with my flashlight 🙂
Luckily power came back after like 40 minutes, and since I didn’t feel like making my steak anymore I ate pancakes. I tried the Russian pinecone jam and it was delicious! I’m guessing it’s 50% pinecones, 40% sugar, and 10% who knows, but anything with enough sugar is tasty!!!
Yesterday I hit the gym in the morning. Mostly body-weight work and some kettlebell stuff.
Masha came over and we took Nina for a walk on the beach. So relaxing!
Shot today, more than just my fabulous mirror selfies, and got my lashes done.
And here’s a couple of more pics from Vieques I missed. Check out the caterpillars on the tree. They turn into butterflies they told me. I was mostly fascinated, but a little bit grossed out because they were huge!
“In September, the FDA asked Allergan to issue a sweeping recall of its Biocell Natrelle textured breast implants, warning of an increased “risk of breast implant-associated anaplastic large cell lymphoma (BIA-ALCL), a cancer of the immune system.”
“For decades, Allergan knew that its recalled implants were six times more likely to cause BIA-ALCL, but it continued to market these products, seemingly with little regard for the well-being of its users,” plaintiffs’ attorney Beth Fegan said.”
It’s fucking scary thinking that the company Allergan has had knowledge about this and kept it hidden! Today I went to my surgeon Charles Randqvist at Victoria Kliniken here in Sweden. I wanted to find out more and get advice on what I should do with my implants.
Dr Randqvist is one of the best and most well-known plastic surgeons in Sweden. He educates other surgeons around the world, and I have had 3 boob-jobs done by him. I have total confidence in Charles and have referred friends to him. After checking my breasts today he said they are fine, but do I want a product in my body that can cause cancer?!? Something to consider is that genetics might be why some people have gotten problems with these implants. Statistically I’m more likely to get cancer or die from another cause than my implants.
What is very annoying in this is that Allergan is not paying or compensating patients to remove or change their implants. As an example: You buy a car and the manufacturer says there’s been a recall on the model you bought since the brakes sometimes fail. But hey, you can keep driving it because not all people have problems with their brakes. But if you do want new brakes, you have to pay full price for the new brakes! Allergan does offer the clinics to give them another type of their implants for free, but I would still have to pay for the surgery. I don’t trust Allergan and don’t want any more of their implants! I guess I’ll have to get another companies implants, and will have to pay full price. I will most likely change my implants in the beginning of next year.
I also spent time talking to Dr Randqvist about how many people today offer very cheap breast and other types of surgeries. Deals to fly to some other country to get a better deal. Influencers promote surgeries and injections, but very seldom talk about the risks. Young people might not have the money and are looking for the cheapest deal. What they forget to consider is – how much does it cost if something goes wrong? What if there are problems and complications? Is there a warranty? Check-ups after surgery? What Charles told me is that there’s been a huge increase in people, not just young people, who come to him and he has to redo their surgeries because they’ve gone horribly wrong. So you got a cheap deal, but now you are paying more money to fix the mistakes and undergoing another surgery. Time off to recover, time off work, etc.
Some people consider Victoria Kliniken and Charles to be expensive. They forget to consider that he offers a warranty on his procedures. Regular check-ups and overnight stays. Last time I stayed 2 night since they thought one of my surgery scars was bleeding a little too much. Charles has also refused more injections in my lips since he thinks it will not look good on me. He did not recommend me 800cc’s and told me about the risks – no running around with no bra, they’re heavy and may sag if I don’t wear support during night too, rippling etc. That is what I consider a professional who also tells me no and tells me about the risks!
I get nothing from Dr Randqvist for writing this (I wish I got free boobs LOL). I get a lot of emails from women who ask about my boobs. They ask about clinics and I always recommend Charles. I tell people to wait a year if they don’t have the money for the reasons I stated earlier!
To finish this long post off I want to tell you about a video Charles showed me. A young girl went abroad for a deal on breast surgery. She came back to Sweden and the complications began. She came to Charles with an open wound as big as a tennis ball under her right breast. Other clinics in Sweden had denied her help. Her friend contacted Charles and begged for help. In the video the implant is pretty much hanging out of her breast. He was able to just grab it and pull it out. It was a horrid video. The clinic abroad did not offer her any type compensations and could not help her they said.
So ladies, please consider your surgeries/fillers etc well if you decide to have them. Research the surgeon and the clinic. Compare them. Ask questions – do they offer warranty, check ups, overnight stay, what are the risks etc. If you have any questions, just write me a comment here and I will happily answer. I love boobs!
