Pickleball Overload, Social Media and Movies Watched…

My strongest days are Mondays. I enter the new week like a Musk space rocket, full speed ahead! I suprised myself that I was able to do strict pull-ups again! I did start from feet on the ground, but will test from hanging this week! Made me very happy as sometimes I feel like I’m grinding in there and nothing happens!

Another bonus point for me is that I played pickleball first and I was still able to drag myself to a class afterwards! When I was playing pickleball a girl asked me to join a women’s pickleball league with her. Said yes! We met up at 5pm and then played 6 games from 6pm to 8pm. Sooo much fun, except that we weren’t the best. But that is about to change! More about that next, but this is my loser face after our last game hahahaa….

I said it’s about to change and that is because last week I got some practice in smashing the ball over the net amongst other things. Me & Stormi, my new pickleball partner, also got a private lesson together so we can learn to play as a team 🙂 And threw some weights around too after!

I stepped up my game in social media too. I’m now active on Tik Tok (no dance videos yet) and started posting on Reddit too 🙂 Here’s all the info if you want to follow 🙂

My Free OF page – @pumaswedefreepage, TikTok – @pumaswedetiktok, Reddit – @u/officialpumaswede, X – @pumaswede, Instagram – @the pumaswede 🙂 There is one cool thing coming. Still waiting for approval as I had to adjust some things. When I get all of my stuff together, I will get on with my YouTube too! Tell you when it’s all ready 🙂 This all means a lot of time in front of the camera. I like it!

Here is Hunter’s photo sesh from the week. He prioritizes more chill content like naps and recharging himself. Sometimes he inserts himself in my pics too (or in a suitcase) and I think we make a great team!

Claws were sharpened and painted. Look at my 2 cool tiger rings! The bling one I got from Angel, and the other one is from a Swedish friend. I’m bad (and lazy) at accessorizing, so Angel also gave me a pack of different rings that you can mix and match.

Saw a pretty great movie – ‘Rental Family’ with Brendan Fraser. I was never been a big fan of him, but he was good in this one. A company renting out people to play a role like a father, friend and so on. I recommend this movie.

One that didn’t impress me that much was ‘Mercy’ with Chris Pratt. Interesting idea about AI handling a trial, but it wasn’t for me.

Finished reading the book the 3rd book, ‘The Reversal’, in the ‘Lincoln Lawyer’ series. I watched the movie and Bosch series which are based of these books. Not quite the page turner for me, but it was as good as the other two I read before.

I like to start my Sunday’s with a walk. Been too hot to hit the hiking trails. I love it to clear my head and there are always dogs to pet and chat a little with fellow strollers.

I ended with 2 hours of pickleball practice with the ladies group last night. Fun group and tonight it’s the league so hopefully I got my sh*t together this time 🙂

An unfiltered selfie, a filtered-made-up selfie, my tree trimmer and when on face time with Angel and Jennifer, we realized we were all in pink!

OK, let’s get this week started! Wishing you a Happy Easter too. You celebrating it somehow?

Suspension, Crab Claws & Naps…

This morning started with getting an email from Instagram that they’ve suspended my account! Last time this happened it was suspended for 6 months with me appealing pretty much daily. Unfortunately this happens to a lot of girls in the adult industry even if we follow their ‘community standards’. I appealed and luckily my account was back up within 15 min.

Happy with my gym sessions this week: 2 thumbs up and a smile on top of it! Even did a double day with pilates and a regular class after. Feels like I’m getting some of my strength and cardio levels back to what they used to be. And on top of that I tapered down on my prednisone from 10mg to 7,5mg so that’s a win. Well, it’s only been a couple of days so I keep my fingers crossed that I stay pain free. One of the main things that I think helped with me being able to taper down faster than normal is contrast therapy. Still freezing in the cold plunge, but I force my a*s down and try to think of the good it does!

I wake up, or more correctly Hunter wakes me up, around 6am daily. Some (most) days we then take a nap to pull through the rest of the day 🙂

I already told you he is spoiled which I happily support. I went to Costco and got grab claws. Got them last week too and we both LOVE it! Since Hunter is missing so many teeth I chew them up for him while he patiently waits 🙂

Another favorite is when I smoke ribs. He never gets on the counter or table usually. But this week I guess I wasn’t fast enough in giving some meat to sample so he showed up licking his lips hahahaaa… Yes, I still have my Christmas tree up. I love the lights, but I might have to think about taking it down soon 🙁

Here’s a bit more Hunter so I don’t feel guilty throwing in my own pics after 🙂 He likes a bit of cream in the morning and his favorite spot is under my legs with a blanket on top while I watch TV 🙂

OK, now me 🙂 Had a lot of work and it’s even more fun when I get to do it with Angel 🙂

Some other pics while dolled up.

Worked on the clothing too. Need to figure out my schedule so I get more time to do it..

Also finished another great book by Kristin Hannah called ‘Winter Garden’. Was a bit slow in the beginning, but got really good when I got a bit further in. Just downloaded ‘The Nightingale’ by her too.

On my second cup of coffee after sexting and ‘facilitating audio fantasies’ all morning hahahaaa… It’s a pretty refreshing way to start your day. Will head out for a hike in a bit to get some sun and fresh air. Got a pickleball clinic tomorrow and I plan to start my 72 hour fast tonight or tomorrow morning! I’m also going to paint ceramics with a couple of my neighbors. I’m very lucky to have such cool & fun neighbors! Got any plans or goals for February?

Wishing you a great start on February 🙂

Rehab, Sugar Detox, Work…

Jet lag and I have been at it this week and I think I finally beat it! But now I think I’ve got a frozen shoulder 🙁 So painful at times it’s been hard to sleep. Not sure how or why, but been going to Tony and he gave me shock therapy on it – ouch!

Also mixing it up with a hot and cold sleeve which seems to help.

Managed to drag myself to the gym too. Not allowed to work too hard after the eye surgery yet. Been doing light cardio which felt like climbing Kebnekaise all over again. Resorted to the pool area to work on my tan instead hahahaaa…

Jennifer Dark was also in town for a quick trip so hit another pool with her 🙂

Lots of work to catch up on. Got Kayla to help me and we shot this funny Lara Croft scene. A little clip for you when I try to be a bad-ass, but allergies hit…

And some pics…

And some stuff I edited. If you missed who the voluptuous blonde is, it’s Joslyn James!

My sugar detox has been going unexpectedly well. Been cooking a lot and not had any candy, bakery stuff, ice cream or chocolate! Pretty impressed with myself. Still working on my snacking at night time, but hey, one struggle at a time. Went out for sushi one day and just realized I had an Affogato for dessert. Normally I would’ve taken a whole ice cream bowl, so let’s let that one slide…

And Hunter? He is being his phenomenal self. I now have the neighbor’s kids just entering the house asking to pet him. We usually enjoy the cooler mornings outside with my coffee or he somehow parkours the wall to see if the neighbors cat Princess (his gf) is outside.

Here’s also a couple of pics of Kayla’s cats Biggie (I called him T Rex for obvious reasons) and Guru.

Been reading some. I enjoyed Jo Nesbo’s novel ‘Blood Ties’. Exciting suspense novel about two brothers in a small Norwegian town. Bribes, murder, romance etc and it’s pretty fast paced so you don’t get bored. Can recommend it…

Was excited for ‘The Devils’ by Joe Abercrombie since I read ‘The Blade Itself’ series by him before, which I really enjoyed. But I gave this book up after reading 40% of it. Only gets semi-exciting and then it dies out. I expected more violence and blood like the previous books. Don’t recommend.

This was a fun and fast read. ‘The Expat’ by Hansen Shi. A espionage thriller between USA and China. Can recommend.

Planning on having an easy breezy weekend. Got an appointment at the DMV next week for all kinds of renewal stuff, seeing Tony for my shoulder, and shooting before taking off to Texas 🙂 Very exciting and look forward to eating some yummy BBQ!

Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
