I did a lot of fun things 🙂 Last weekend we went to W Hotel to celebrate Dyana’s birthday. They have drag queen shows on Saturdays and they are super popular. It was really fun, especially when they rocked out with some Abba songs so I could pretend to sing along 🙂
Got inspired by a hairstyle and went to the salon to have them copy it on me 🙂
Lasted for about 4 days of shooting and workouts…
I managed to control my sugar intake for 2 weeks now. I haven’t had any refined sugars and have not eaten bread, pasta or chips. Secretly hoping there would be a huge difference on my body, but can’t say I’ve noticed any 🙁 But one can hope that I’m healthier on the inside at least…
I do get cravings so I tried baking some paleo stuff. Kind of failed by the looks of it, but it tasted really good. The blueberry muffins look black and it was supposed to be cookies, but I ended up scraping it all off the pan and it became like a crumble. I have now ordered a paleo recipe book for baking!
Don’t remember if I shared that I switched up my hair color? I get bored of my hair and the color so trying a bit of orange now 🙂
Photo shoots of the new color. I like it lot! Feels like I’m ready for fall…
I’ve been following this cool Swedish chick Maxinne on Instagram forever. About a month ago she wrote that she’s coming to Mexico City. Wrote her about meeting up. Long story short, we now have done 2 photo shoots with some other awesome chicas for a project she is doing. I love meeting new interesting people.
We also went wig shopping Downtown with her friend Vania. I wanted to buy this pink bowl that I think looked awesome, but they wouldn’t sell it to me 🙁
This past weekend my Finnish superwoman Milla was competing in a Crossfit competition here in town. Obviously put on my Suomi hockey jersey that I got from Milla and went to support. She is awesome and you could hurt yourself on her six pack!
At the drag queen show, I met this talented girl Abee La Sensacion. She sings, but she also has a cool store with shiny clothes. She had an event this weekend and me and Angel went…
And speaking of clothes, I saw some of my Psychonaut Explorer clothes on display in the store here wohoooo…
What else? I’ve been going for some physiotherapy weekly. I usually go when I have pain, but trying to go and prevent that tightness that builds up and then results in pain.
Hunter is doing great 🙂 Our favorite thing to do is napping together. I might be like 10% cat as much as I love napping…
Oh, and since he caught that bird, he’s on constant surveillance mode to catch more… So far, no success!
Then just the random pics of me and a couple of cute pets I’ve spotted when out 🙂
Got a Spanish lesson today and the gym opens late because of the competition so I’m going to work on some clothing I think 🙂 I hope you are superb and have an amazeballs week!
Wow, what a trip. Oaxaca City is truly as amazing as everyone says. I visited Puerto Escondido earlier this year which is part of the Oaxaca state that I also loved. The best part is that it is only about an hour flight from Mexico City.
Arrived and checked in at Pug Seal Hotel that a friend had recommended. Very cool design, artsy and it’s in the middle of everything…
No time to waste and being hungry, I picked a restaurant from a list that another friend of mine had compiled with recommendations for Oaxaca. Went to Casa Oaxaca and yum yum yum, everything was delicious. Especially the lobster 🙂 I also like that they prepare the guacamole and salsa in front of you and ask how picante you want your salsa to be.
Also necessary to get the caffeine fix. Kiyo Cafe was my spot and they also had a little store with locally made stuff…
The town is beautiful and colorful. Little specialty shops, cafes, and lots of bars and restaurants.
I love mezcal and tried some drinks at Sabina Sabe. Muy bueno!
Called it a night after that…
Next day I had breakfast at the hotel. Oh, and since I’m a bit restless at times and can’t just sit and do nothing, I thought – why not swing a little before breakfast arrives…
Next door to the hotel they had this supercool shop called Peyote People. They have art inspired by peyote and made by locals. I have tried a bit of peyote and I will hopefully get to participate in a full ceremony with it soon…
Then picked up a rental car and the destination was the mushroom town San Jose del Pacifico. The town is known for magic mushrooms and I think Vice made a show about this town once…
Checked in at Casa Elba. Supercute place with different style cabanas surrounded by nature.
It was walking distance to town which is very small and charming.
Decided on an early dinner at an Asian restaurant called Tatsu. It was a bit further up from town and the view and sunset from there was beautiful! Spicy and good food too.
Breakfast at the hotel with the company of these 2 pugs that lived there 🙂
Needed more coffee and walked to town. It’s pretty cool because pretty much all of the time you are above the clouds.
The best coffee shop is Oaxacid. People are very friendly here and like to talk about the town, magic mushrooms and anything else you want. Met an interesting guy while drinking coffee. He said he’s been a ‘wanted’ person and came to San Jose del Pacifico and hid here. During Covid he made some controversial video and people with machetes were looking for him in town. Luckily it started raining and that was apparently a sign from the gods that he should not be harmed. Luckily everything had cooled down now and he could roam free. Very interesting conversation…
Decided to check out the next town over called San Mateo Rio Hondo. The road kept getting smaller and narrower until it pretty much was a dirt track. Arrived in town and it was pretty much one lane streets so decided to park, walk, and see what I could find…
I was looking for a bakery, but Google maps was not very accurate here. Saw some smoke coming from a house and though there might be a bakery located there. I was right, but apparently not the bakery I was looking for. But I got to meet this great lady and her husband that baked and sold bread to stores in nearby towns/villages. They had a clay oven with a fire where they baked it all.
Headed back after about an hour and half. Found a restaurant on the way back and since I didn’t find the bakery I decided I might as well fill up with proper food instead of sugar 🙂 This guy had just picked these chanterelles and I love them. Ordered all my food with chanterelles and my favorite was this cheese with the mushrooms on top – wow!
This restaurant was by a hotel called ‘Hotel Boutique y Cabanas Alto La Sierra’. It looked nice and they were just adding more cabanas and of course they were decorated with mushroom art 🙂
When I walked into the town I spotted this sign about magic mushrooms. I decided to hike up the short little path to a small house. There was a lady hanging up laundry and I asked if she was the one selling shrooms. Yes it was and she showed me what she had…
I did a magic mushroom ceremony the next day. I will make a different post about it because it was an amazing and a very insightful trip!
At night I ate at an italian place called La Taberna Los Duendes. Like everywhere, there were designs inspired by mushrooms. The entrance, cheese plate, napkin holder etc. Food was really good and you got huge portions. I ate here after my mushroom trip as well. How cute is my mushroom hat that I bought?
The day after my shroom trip I had a relaxed morning and shopped for some mini knitted mushrooms from this lady to put on a Psychonaut Explorer jacket I’m planning to make 🙂
Then headed back to the city. It’s about an 2.5 hour drive depending on the traffic. Stopped at one of the road side markets as well. They all sell mushroom artifacts. Or actual mushrooms 🙂
One tip, if you decide to head out to San Jose del Pacifico, bring cash! Not all places accept card payments and there are no ATM’s.
Checked in at my airbnb which had a private little pool. Of course I made the most of it while there 🙂
Next up was a food tour to taste some local flavours and mezcal. Very tasty and almost drunk when finishing up hahahaaa….
Next day I met up with a group to go visit Hierve el Agua. It’s about an 1,5h drive away and it is a set of natural travertine rock formation. I thought it was hot springs, but learned it’s not. These are mineral springs and I thing the guide said the only other one exists in Turkey. Very cool!
I had spotted this awesome pottery store the day before and went there after the tour was done. I could’ve bought half the store because the stuff was amazing. It was pretty expensive and I settled for 2 mugs. This one with mushrooms and another one with a mouth and pill on the tongue. I wish it would’ve been an acid tab instead 😉
Also found this guy and he had a screenprint that reminded me of my mushroom trip so I bought it…
Changed up and went to have a semi private tasting experience at Crudo. Wow! It was sushi, but with added Oaxacan flavors. If you have to pick one place in town to eat, eat here! We were only 6 people, but they also have a restaurant where you can eat.
That pretty much concluded my Oaxaca & San Jose del Pacifico trip. I’m pretty sure I will go back as I had the best time. I can really recommend visiting here! I will write about my mushroom journey too 🙂 Here are some left over pics…
Hope you are doing great. Anyone still on vacation? Me? I’m off to ship a pair of heels someone won in an auction and then working out. Also did an interview for the Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet this morning 🙂 Oh, and I’m trying to manage my 3rd day without sugar, bread, pasta and chips. Very hard but I’m determined to make it at least a week!
this week. First time shooting with Fernando and we had so much fun. Here are some behind the scenes pics…
Then the weekly smut got produced…
Shot this amazing set (if I may say so myself) from Psychonaut Explorer and these patched-up jeans…
I went to the gym too, just forgot to take any pics. So busy trying to get those gains 😉
I went to a foot doctor, or whatever they are called, because I have some pain in a joint by the big toe. I don’t even know how to explain what’s going on there, just that he told me to go get custom made soles for my shoes. The soles are going to take the pressure off in the area that’s hurting. Got measured and they made prints of my big-ass feet.
Then I had a couple of phone calls with a psilocybin retreat in Jamaica. I’m going there in the end of May for about a week. I’m so excited as it’s my first time to Jamaica too. Can’t wait to share the experience. And this upcoming week I have a zoom meeting with some people about visiting more retreats. Fingers crossed. I hope that in the future I can host a retreat myself as I love and believe in the power of psychedelics and nature’s medicine 🙂 Any of you guys ever been to something similar?
Here in Mexico City you always run into cute dogs… And pigs 🙂 The pig apparently looks for chewing gum that she loves the owner told me. Sounds yummy 😉
But the cutest of them all is Hunter of course. In the last pic he’s sitting in the shower waiting for me to finish brushing my teeth so we can go to bed 🙂
I guess tomorrow is a holiday almost everywhere. Glad Valborg to Sweden and Hyvää Vappua to Finland. I don’t know what the holidays is called anywhere else. Something Feliz here in Mexico is my guess 🙂 Take care and catch you next Sunday!
I feel like I got a lot of good work done these 2 weeks. I’m still working on this site, but a little stuck right now. Shot some Psychonaut Explorer stuff. Recruited the beautiful Elisa to model too 🙂
Trying to cut out my own text from these rhinestone sheets. Not the smoothest thing, but I like the result…
And then showed off my modeling skills. Hello America’s Next Top model…
And then the stuff that’s been making (most) people happy since 19XX …
I was invited to a party called Bresh on Friday with Dyana. Can’t believe I used to party and after party until the next day. Now I was happy eating tacos at 3am before going to sleep not being totally f*cked up . I think it’s called getting old 🙁
Also feels good to be back at the gym. I didn’t work out while in LA, and then I was kind of sick for a week after. Damn it’s hard to get started again… ugh!
And not to forget Hunter S Thompson. I call him King of the Castle and he pretty much gets whatever he wants 🙂
Since he was living in the woods before I got him, I think he might of hurt his back legs at some point. He kind of just leaves them ‘hanging’ and the just plays with the front legs. Sometimes I also suspect he just might be a little lazy…
I found an awesome doctor here in Mexico City. He treats my shallow spider-veins on the legs with laser and injections. Tiny bit painful, but as we say in Swedish – vill man vara får man lida pin!
Other than this stuff I got a hair treatment, chilled in the park, and enjoyed some morning coffee in bed 🙂
Tonight I’m going to see the new John Wick movie. Also looking to plan a trip to Puerto Escondido. Everyone here says it is beautiful there and I miss the beach! And if anyone here has done overnight and multi day hiking in Switzerland, Slovakia, Norway or Finland, hit me up with recommendations please 🙂
Last night I went to the movies here in Mexico City for the first time. Forgotten how much I enjoy going to the theater. What made it even better is that they have VIP theaters here where you have reclining seats and a huge menu to order snacks, food, and drinks from. I saw the new Avatar in 3D and it was great.
This past week I worked a lot on the Psychonaut clothes with Ximena.
Checked off shooting content too.
Been awhile, but got a mammography done. For some reason I think it’s so funny when a shorter person than me is reaching up and trying to handle my big titties, getting them inside and lined up correctly in this machine, while trying to explain it all in Spanish to me.
I’m very happy to have Angel around the corner so he can style my hair every now and then. It takes forever if I try to do it myself and still resembles more of a birds nest than curls…
Hunter needs his weekly photos too. Almost as much as he need his naps 🙂
And ran into some cute dogs on the street…
Gym has been good and also did some yoga on a rooftop. Dinner with Dyana, reading, and this past week’s dose of selfies…
I think that’s about it. Now I’m gonna look into booking a trip to Patagonia for next month. I crave nature and hiking. If you’ve been and have tips or recommendations, please write 🙂 I’m so excited about this. Now I’m going to Uber to a big Petco and buy some new toys for Hunter 🙂
May your next week be filled with whatever it is you want and crave 🙂
Are you guys prepping for the holidays? What and where are you going to spend it? Doing anything special or no f*cks given? I got a bit homesick thinking of all the special Swedish foods we have for the holidays, the cold, snow and darkness. So what did I find? A Scandinavian holiday ‘something’ celebration in one of the WhatsApp groups. Turns out it was at a church with Christmas songs in Swedish, Finnish, and Danish. And the coolest part, the girls singing them were Mexicans and sang them perfectly. Very impressed! The other best part was that they sold ‘lussebullar’, cinnamon buns and Finnish ‘mustikkapiirakka’ which is blueberry pie. Obviously I bought a bunch and suddenly I wasn’t so homesick after all 🙂
Buuuut then yesterday morning I started craving again and googled where the IKEA store is here in Mexico City. Ordered an Uber and off I went. Bought so much Swedish candy that I had stomach pain the rest of the day. But it was well worth it hahhahaaa…
Pasts weeks work for the ‘spicy’ site 🙂
Also worked on Psychonaut Explorer shooting and created a Sale section on the website.
Found my way to the gym too and feel healthy and strong now 🙂 Also tried a new gym called Commando with my friend Dyana. It was awesome and felt like a morning disco with a workout!
Are you guys following the World Cup? There are a lot of Argentinians here in the City and they all seem to gather at this restaurant around the corner here and cheer the Argentinian team on.
And Hunter is doing great. I feel like I have a kid now. We love to chill on the balcony and take naps together. At night he expects his usual treat which is turkey slices with some Philadelphia cheese that I serve him on a napkin hahahaaa 🙂
A couple of selfies and this cute pig I ran into one night when out walking 🙂
Now going to eat some cured salmon and hit the gym. Going to do some Xmas gift shopping this week, work a lot, and then I have a small Swedish Xmas celebration with friends. I feel excited for this week and hope you will have an amazing week too 🙂
FINALLY! www.psychonautexplorer.com is live. I still have a lot of clothing to add on it, but it’s at least viewable and shop-able 🙂 Giving myself a pat on the shoulder as I’m writing this 😉
Other than working on the website, ‘regular’ work had to be shot and videos to be made.
You know you work hard when a shoe comes apart in the middle of shooting…
I had my friends Laura and George come visit for a few days. I known Laura from when I first got into the adult business. She used to work for Naughty America and we have stayed friends since. Now we’ve been working on a superfun NFT project together. When it becomes more finalized, I’ll share some more with you. But it’s going to be trippy, hilarious, creative and awesome! Just a small little sample…
We ran around Mexico City and I also took them to my favorite spot Boxque Teva. Visited an old monastery up in the woods the next day…
More of us… We met up with Sabrina one day and just look how happy Laura is hahahaaa…. They also had an October Fest celebration here in CDMX. We went and downed beer and stuffed ourselves with various sausages and sauerkraut!
Then I had a 24h food poisoning and could barely move for a day. But now I’m feeling great and been hitting some good workouts!
The other day I microdosed on LSD with a couple of friends. It was great being outdoors and we finished off by getting a sound bath. I only tried it once before, but there also was a gong and I think it interrupted the flow of the sound bath. This session was amazing though. I felt like I was totally lost in it, only flowing with the sounds. Will definitely do this again!
Here are some more pics of when I’m out and about doing who knows what 😉
I’m also waiting for something very eagerly! I hope to get ‘it’ this upcoming week. Hopefully in my next blog I can show you!
Hope you are great and doing your thing, whatever it is 🙂 This sums me up pretty good except that I’m pretty proud of it 🙂
Damn, time went by way too fast in Sweden. I got back to Mexico last night. It felt like I came to Sweden, celebrated Easter by visiting different friends and eating lots of candy, jetlagged, more friends & family time, had surgery, recovered pretty much, and then jumped on a plane back home again.
I was lucky that Sweden for once had pretty decent spring weather. The week before it could be sunny at noon and snowing a couple of hours later. Between all of the Easter meals my sister and I needed a walk. Something that runs in my family is that we can all sleep pretty much anywhere, at any time. This dock with a bench was a perfect nap spot 🙂
Right after Easter I had my consultation for a lower facelift. I probably could’ve waited a couple of more years for more saggy skin to pull up, but I’m not much for waiting when I want to do something. I was recommended a German surgeon whom my friend said he’s all about German precision. I was happy with the consultation and a surgery date was booked. All went great and I’m very happy. I will write a different post about this and show pics. Still have some bruising and swelling so waiting for final results 🙂
Something that’s great about Stockholm is there’s a lot of nature close to the city. I love being out in the woods. With my sister and 2 friends we hiked from Huddinge and checked out Tornberget. It’s a 10 meter high construction in the middle of the woods. It’s the highest spot in Stockholm – 111 meters above sea level, with great views from the top.
I always feel so happy when I’m in the woods and I try to make it a priority to spend more time outdoors hiking or camping. If I had to pick between a week hiking trip or say a beach vacation, I’d pick hiking and being outdoors any day.
After hiking we went to Karina’s summer house where they have a sauna right by a lake. Wow, perfect ending to the day and we actually got in the water too. I was going to write that we swam, but it was more like holding on to the stairs and dipping yourself and then hurrying back into the sauna. Obviously not before someone takes my pic!
Talking about sauna, me being a Finn and obviously loving saunas. But we’re also supposed to be very thirsty people, so my friend brought me 10 liters of vodka. Where and how she got it, probably is better untold hahhaaaa…
Spent a lot of time with my nephew, his girlfriend, and their “baby”. He’s 1 year and 3 months… is that a baby or a kid? First time for me meeting the little one and damn he is adorable. I’m not much for kids unless they are my friends and are cool to play with. One day we visited this incredible waffle place that feels like it’s in the middle of nowhere. It’s called Klockargårdens Våffleri. It’s about a 50 minute drive from Stockholm City in the countryside. It’s most definitely worth the drive if you visit Stockholm. So peaceful and tasty waffles!
It was great to be back in Sweden and seeing friends and family. Maybe I’ll make another trip there this summer. Now I’m very happy being back in Mexico City. Got some recovery to do and look forward to getting back to work 🙂 I leave you with the best thing coming out of Sweden after Puma Swede that is hahahaaa…
I usually blog on Sundays, but I spent most of yesterday gathering back my strength after Saturday’s dinner party. We were 16 people with some Gringos, Mexicans, a Colombian, and get this, another Finn! Debating if I should write it was ‘so much fun’ or ‘too much fun’ 🙂 I am the type of person that feeds off the energy from other people. When I’m surrounded by fun people I tend to get overly excited and go all in! You never know, could be the last party so you better make the most of it! I had a plan to take some pics, but the Mezcal was flowing, and cigarettes had to be smoked. But this pic pretty much sums up yesterday for me LOL…
On Friday last week I shot with a new photographer here in Mexico City. A girl at the gym recommended him. We shot a lot, and I think we got some really cool stuff. Still waiting for the pics so here’s some behind the scenes pics in the meanwhile 🙂
And when you don’t have access to a pro photographer, you do it yourself. I think I do a pretty good job…
I have a great week ahead. Trying another photographer to shoot some clothing on Wednesday. Going to work out hard, get my Spanish lesson, some friends coming into town, and on Friday I hope I get my Residency Visa wohoooo 🙂
Right now I’m sitting at the airport in Guadalajara waiting to connect to Mexico City. The tickets were very expensive when booking them last minute, so had to get one flight with a layover now. One thing that’s always a great experience here in Mexico are the airport lounges. This one is huge and super nice. I love to have a coffee whatever time of day, and at this lounge they even have a Rancilio bean grinder (coffee lovers will know). In Mexico City, before flying to SF, the lounge had a nail salon, cooked meals you could order for free, and even offered shoe polishes.
Very happy I’m almost done with the residency Visa. Took 2 visits to the consulate in San Francisco and on Friday it was finally halfway done. Just have to exchange it to a permanent Visa now in Mexico.
Pics from SF coming soon. Will share a couple though with my favorite Mexican. So great to see Patricia again. We met at a Crossfit gym and it’s been about 4 years since I last saw her. Or since she saw my cleavage hahahaaa…
OK, it’s Monday now. I didn’t manage to finish the blog last night before taking off. I was too busy picking up and eating Oreo cookies and then I got super tired. So happy to be back in Mexico. Just feels like home now 🙂 Got straight into work this morning. Painted my tired face and then shot a bunch of stuff. Ate anything but healthy in SF so it felt good to hit the gym today! My bloated belly bounced pretty good on the floor doing burpees hahaaaa…
And finally some pics from LA. Sandy’s kids are always very creative and surprised me with this tent on my arrival. -“This is your bed” they said proudly! Awesome!
Everyone was having Covid or was having a fear of it and didn’t want to shoot. Instead me and my favorite (I’m writing that in case he reads this lol) photographer Nick hit our secret outdoor location and got creative. Great content and a great day!
Also shot at a location.
Then we took the kids and drove to Big Bear. Can’t believe I lived in LA for years and never went! I loved it and I’m pretty sure I’ll go back there for some hiking some day.
One of my biggest fears is bears! Imagine hiking and all of a sudden a bear would appear. I read and watch so many videos on how to act if you encounter one. I would most likely do just the opposite of what they all say – take off running with a squirt of ‘Nutella’ in my pants! So I saw this building covered in bear paintings and this is the only way I want to experience bears!
That was about it from LA. As always it was great to hang with Sandy and her family. A couple of more random pics before I flew back to Mexico. I always look for new coffee places and found a great one – Ideology Coffee. So good!
Love Snoopy! Relaxes 90% of the time 🙂
2 different selfies, 2 different styles 😉
Oh, almost forgot these 2 videos. One of the reasons Nick is my favorite photographer. He got the same humor as me 🙂
