Ja Mon…

OK, I’m going to attempt to talk about my week in Jamaica. A short summary would be – amazing, magical, fun, and when can I go back?

But here’s the longer version in case someone else is interested in trying a psilocybin retreat.

Before going I filled out an intake form. Questions like: ‘Are you on any medication? Any trauma in my life? Expectations?’ Etc… I personally haven’t experienced any big trauma in my life. I always trust the medicine (in this case psilocybin) to take my awareness to where it needs to go… I had a Zoom call with the facilitator Evelyn, where I could ask questions and talk about any concerns I might have.

On Friday the 26th it was finally time to fly to Jamaica. Uber picked me up at 3am. Flight to Miami and then connecting to Montego Bay landing around 1.30pm. Long line in customs. I got picked up by Troy who runs Mycelia Retreat and Chuck, another guy participating.

We stopped and ate some jerk pork on the way. Soo tasty!

It was about a 2 hour ride from the airport to Osho Rios. We checked in at Sago Palm. We then went to the hotel Sand & Tan, what they called the ‘Sister Retreat’. Justin, another participant, joined us there. We watched the sunset and had dinner before going back and catching some sleep.

Saturday 27th

Had breakfast on my own at the hotel. Since the rest of the participants were arriving later, I walked to the beach after breakfast. On the way there I was offered free lunch, getting my hair braided, and weed hahahaa… People were really friendly and a lady I talked to walked me to the beach. For $10 you got a beach chair and umbrella… A guy on the beach offered fishing tours and snorkeling on his boat and when I kindly declined, -”But how about some weed”. I learned that everyone’s last offer was always weed LOL…

At 1.30 we got picked up at the hotel and went to the main villa where you stay during the retreat. Wow, what a place….

A massage was included and Keela massaged so well I fell asleep.

By the time I woke up, the four other participants had arrived. Seemed like very nice people. Troy picked us up Indian food for dinner and everyone sat talking and getting to know each other. Slept like a baby in my big room 🙂

Sunday 28th.

Coffee was at 8am. At 9am, Marcel, our fabulous chef, served fresh fruit and a porridge made of ground plantain and peanuts with local honey. At 10am we were introduced to Mama Orah, our yoga teacher. I had expected a strenuous class, but it was the best yoga in my life. I think she said her practice was more African style. Very relaxed, slow movements, breathing while she shared a lot of wisdom. We were all blown away after. The last picture of Mama Orah just captures how cool and fun she is!

Marcel served us a delicious lunch after and we had some free time. Other people got their massages and most of us lounged by the pool.

Around 1.30 there was a group meeting with Evelyn, our facilitator. Some people didn’t have much experience with psilocybin so questions and concerns were answered. I never did psychedelics in a group setting and was curious how other people’s energies and experiences on shrooms were going to affect my trip.

Around 3pm we were driven to the nearby beach, Sugar Pot. Not a lot of people there and we picked a spot under some trees. We were given 2 gummies that had about 1,5gr of psilocybin in total. This was an introductory dose so that everyone was eased into it.

Everyone eventually wanted to be on the beach so we moved the chairs there. We were swimming, listening to music, talking and laughing. It was very relaxed and I felt the group coming together more and more.

Very light trip and I only had light visuals when closing my eyes. I think it was a great idea to start with a lighter trip to see how everyone was handling it and bonding people together. We left after about 4 hours and were cracking up with laughter in the car riding back. At the villa Marcel had cooked us a delicious dinner with jerk chicken, bone in chicken, vegetables and rice with beans. Then everyone sat around talking about their observations while tripping. Such a great and fun day!

Monday 29th

I was having coffee around 8 and people dropped in after they woke up. At 10am we had another great yoga session with Mama Orah. Slow moving, breathing and feeling your body. Mama Orah told us she would be joining us at the jungle ceremony too wohooo… We all loved her presence! After lunch we settled for another group talk. Evelyn told us what was planned for the jungle ceremony. We talked about our intentions for the ceremony. I shared that I want to give myself acceptance. I don’t have to be busy or creating something for my time to be considered valuable. I’m not wasting my life or time by reading, napping, or doing something that is not work.

It was very interesting to hear people share. We were also introduced to Jordan who is a psychedelic guide. He also has been cross breeding strains to create what he believes is a great mushroom strain to take in the jungle setting. The sweetest and most humble guy. His family owns the property in the jungle where we were going.

I watched the mushrooms being prepared for tea.

I packed a bag with bug spray, head lamp, a sweater, pants and a scarf, and around 3pm we were all packed up and ready to head out. About an hour ride into the jungle and in the end it was just 2 tracks for the car tires. We parked and were given 3 mushroom chocolates that were about 2gr of psilocybin in total. It was about a 20min walk down to ‘our’ spot.

I’ve heard how amazing it was supposed to be down there, but I was blown away. First we went to a place by the river where we could get into the water. It was crystal clear and cold.

I was already feeling the mushrooms and felt so at peace in the surrounding nature. Hearing birds and crickets. Then we moved out to another spot they had set up with lounge chairs. We were in a circle and we got served the mushroom tea. Everyone passing a cup to the next person after giving it a blessing or whatever you felt like passing on in silence. The jungle became 3D for me. I was feeling so good. I tend to get very relaxed and prefer to lay down. I asked for a yoga mat and laid down. I put my scarf over me and cocooned up. I had such beautiful visuals. Not seeing them, but being part of them. Sometimes I was brought back by hearing the group around me. Mama Orah sometimes played a drum or sound bowls. Then it was all dark and and the fireflies came out and surrounded us. I thought they would be small flies lit up, but they looked more like birds on fire. It was so beautiful watching them. I wish I could’ve filmed it, but I wanted to stay in the moment. I remembered thinking that I never want to leave this spot…

After the effect of the mushrooms subsided, we moved up under the ‘dome’ made up from bamboo trees and watched the fire. I felt so happy. People were talking and processing their experience. It started to rain and Troy handed out umbrellas.

I think we were down there for about 5h before heading back to the villa. Marcel had prepared us soup and one by one we dropped back into our rooms. I felt drained and fell asleep without even a shower…

Tuesday 29th

Everyone talked about their journeys in the jungle during breakfast. Mama Orah came and gave us our last yoga class. I consider her to be one of the best things I experienced here. At the end of class we all just laid down and Mama Orah covered us with blankets. It was pouring rain and we all just took it in.

This being the 3rd day, it was optional if you wanted to have another journey. In the morning I felt that I probably wasn’t going to because the jungle ceremony had been so great. But then I decided I wanted to. I drank a cup of mushroom tea around 7pm. I felt it kick  in so fast and chose a secluded spot by the pool on my own. Again I had such beautiful visuals and I was listening to music in my ear buds. At one point I tried to join people by the table, but my body and head told me I wasn’t done. I laid down again and let go… Lot of thoughts of my family, friends and people in my life that I care about and love. When I emerged from my trip, I saw that I was alone. I felt like everyone had abandoned me at first.. But then I realized that everything was good. I put my earbuds in again and started moving slowly to the music. First came tears. Not feeling sad, but it felt like I was releasing something from my body. I then put on disco music and started really dancing. I felt like I had so much energy. I danced until I was soaked in sweat. I probably went at it for an hour.

Then I sat down and just felt at peace… another guest named John came out for snacks and we sat talking for a bit before going to bed. My favorite part of this trip was the dancing at the end…

Wednesday 30th

The retreat was officially over, but most of us had decided to stay a couple of more days. We checked in at Sand & Tan and I’m so happy I got to spend more time with the group.

A diverse group of people with different backgrounds, life experiences, and reasons why they had come here, but we all bonded together. We were lounging by the water, swimming, eating and paddleboarding.

We had dinner with Troy, Evelyn, and John at night on the dock. Talking about all the cool stuff we will remember. There was even talk about a reunion and I really hope that would happen since I would totally go back!

On Thursday John and I went floating down a river. Pretty relaxing except for when our ‘guide’ decided to sing very loud hahahaa…

Of course there was someone selling weed in the middle of it all too.

Also had time to hit the market in Osho Rios.

I styled up in Jamaican colors that night with my new outfit 🙂

And look at this superb cup I got from Roby, one of the participants. I think I had mentioned something about ‘size matters’ and possibly #tittytuesday hahahaaa…

Had time to catch a last breakfast with the group before a driver took me to the airport. Flights were smooth and landed back in Mexico around 8pm.

It truly was one of the best experiences ever! The location, people, jungle, the trips… I wouldn’t change a thing and I believe I will go back. Reunion or not 🙂 And if any of you are looking for a retreat, I highly recommend Mycelia Retreat! <—– If curios, click the link and register and you can win a 4-day retreat 🙂 Here are some more pics…

And the best thing about coming home? Cuddles with Hunter 🙂

Remember, one love!

Back to work…

After a vacation I always feel motivated to work. And work out 🙂 It’s crazy how fast your (or at least mine) stamina and endurance declines from taking a week off. But I’m back at it!

Shooting and I love my Mexican flag bikini 🙂 But apparently it’s not OK to use the flag on a bikini. Or it might of been wearing a bikini in public… I’m not sure, but I think I’ll only wear it on the beach in the future 🙂

Working on the Psychonaut Explorer clothes too. I spread it all out in the living room trying patches here, painting a little bit there, and it’s all done under Hunter’s supervision hahhaaaa…

A lot of working in cafes. Perfect to fill up on caffeine while checking off the ‘to-do’ list…

On Friday there was gin tasting at the hair salon. This gin is called Fresco and is produced here in Mexico City. It’s super tasty with a fruity flavor. The night ended singing Spanish songs and I obviously sucked at it, but it was a great night 🙂

And Hunter is doing well 🙂 I get now when people are obsessing over their babies and kids! I love Hunter so much!!!

That was about it for this past week. I think this upcoming week will be about the same. Got a shoot with a great photographer planned, an interview for a documentary on Swedish radio, and then just working and busting my ass at the gym 🙂

How’s the weather where you’re at? A girl told me that it’s so funny that the Scandinavians are so obsessed with the weather and go nuts when the sun comes out. Yup, I remember living in Sweden. The stress to be outdoors when the sun was out. You don’t know when you’ll get it next. Plus after like 4-5 months of cold & darkness you get a bit crazy for the sun 🙂 Here in Mexico it’s pretty much sunny and warm all the time so I forget about it…

Puerto Escondido

Puerto Escondido was way better than I had expected. Such a chill and relaxed place. I guess it wasn’t always as people used to party there a lot, being loud, and staying up late. But they have changed the rules and most places now close at 11. Suited me just fine 🙂

It was also a lot hotter than I expected. First thing after checking in was jumping in my private plunge pool and cooling off 🙂

I stayed at Villa Lunaya by Zicatela beach. Someone had written in the reviews that they spent most of the time in the plunge pool. I did the same. It was the best part of staying there 🙂 But the place is really great and I’d stay there on my next trip as well. Only 4 rooms and nice design. Oh, and they have AC!!!

The location is great too. It’s on a quiet side street, but the beach is around the corner. Literally 2 mins away 🙂 So after cooling off in the pool I headed to the beach and watched the surfers in the sunset.

Decided to get sushi for dinner at Sommo. Charming place, but unfortunately the sashimi was expensive with not a lot of flavor. The seaweed salad and some special with truffle and foie gras was great though.

I was still hungry after and found these two guys flipping burgers on the street. My type of dinner and the burger was delicious.

Sometimes (a lot of times) I’m a bit restless. Or if I don’t burn off some of my energy I get antsy… What’s better than a barefoot walk on the beach?

And after that, guess what? COFFEE! As if the location couldn’t get any better, there is an awesome coffee/breakfast place just around the corner as well – Ojitos Abiertos. I was there every morning 🙂

Checked out the town after. Mostly one main street with shops, restaurants, and cafes.

There was a lot to choose from when it came to eating. There is this popular and tasty fish shack tucked away in an alley. You sweated your ass off, but the food was worth it!

Another great spot was a place right next to the cafe – La casa del surfer. Freshly caught fish for the huge fish tacos! Go early because they sell out of the fish later…

Everyone recommended the Thai restaurant called Lychee. I love Thai food and the food here tasted pretty authentic. And I spotted this beautiful red cat there that reminded me of Hunter. He was not so interested in me though 🙁

No trip is complete without some work! I found a local photographer on Instagram and we booked a shoot. Even though we were out at 8am, my makeup was melting off faster than you can say caliente! I’m waiting for the final pictures. Touched up so I look non-sweaty and flawless like a true IG model 😉 Here’s some BTS pics though…

I had a feeling after that I might have a UTI. Since I had booked a tour for the next day, I didn’t want to risk not being able to go so I decided to call a doctor over. I love how simple doctors visits are over here. I just WhatsApp’ed him, filled out a form and questionnaire and an hour later he was over. Turns out it false alarm, but better safe than sorry 🙂

So next day it was time to check out some crocodiles. Had a private tour guide and we drove about 1.5h south. He told me this place is run by the neighborhood community here.

I try to be aware of places with animals and make sure they’re not in cages or used for performing tricks etc. Since they had these deers in an enclosure I asked why. He told me that they used to hunt and eat them (and turtles) and they almost became extinct. They now realized that they can’t continue like this and these are ‘preserved’ and bred so they can have more of them in the wild in the future…

On the way to the boats there were a few stands that advertised magic mushrooms, mezcal with Peyote, and other fun stuff. Had to check it out and I asked how it was possible for them to just sell it like this in the open. If I understood him right, it’s legal there. I bought a mezcal with a magic shroom in it 🙂

After sweating so much on the tour I said we have to go to the beach next. I was dropped off at Zipolite Beach. After looking around a bit and deciding where I wanted to plant myself down, I spot a group of naked guys. I asked the guide if this was the nude beach all excited.

-“Didn’t you say you wanted to come here” he asked confused.

– “Siii”! I just though he would’ve said something, but whatever, I was happy! He left me there and said he’ll be back in 2 hours to collect me 🙂

Apparently this is the only fully legal nudist beach in all of Mexico.

Afterwards he took me to the little hippie town Mazunte. Wow, what a cool place. Even more chill than Zicatela. I would like to stay here a couple of days next time too.

Another beach I saw while we were out… I guess there was not that many people on this beach so the lifeguard had time to do some fishing too 🙂

Great day. Finished it up with dinner at this restaurant SHA with Oaxacan food. Ate here twice and my favorite dish was the seafood tlayudita. It’s something local, but damn how tasty!!!

Some more pics of whatever else that caught my eye. This little local cat family for example 🙂

The flight back to Mexico City was at 10:30pm. Luckily I was able to pay for a check-out at 6pm so I spent the day in the plunge pool and on the beach…

Last dinner before heading back to the airport at Atarraya. Very nice place and the spicy pineapple mezcal drink was muy bueno! Had to have 2 🙂

And before I say bye I want to give recommendation for all the fellow travellers out there. I travelled with only a carry on. I have had this bag for about 7 years and it has travelled the world with me and it is still in perfect condition. There are so many pockets and compartments so everything stays organised. I’m not getting paid for this, but truly just love this bag for travel and want to recommend it 🙂 (www.ebags.com)

Flight home was delayed an hour, but the flight between Puerto Escondido to CDMX is only an hour and 15 min so no stress… Really great vacation and I’m pretty sure I will visit again 🙂

Los Angeles

It was a busy couple of weeks after coming back from Argentina and before going to LA. One of my favorite things after travelling is going back to the gym and getting a good sweat. Somehow I haven’t been dragging my a*s to a gym on my recent trips. For me working out is as much for my mental well being as physical health. I need to get the energy out or I’ll get feisty hahahaaa… Yeah, and I spilled coffee on me before the gym so it looks like I’m lactating something semi white 😉

Then the hair needed fixing, claws sharpened, and put some lashes on…

The weekly pics and vids were made 🙂

And catching up on cuddles with Hunter. Not really hard since when I say it’s nap time he comes and curls up on the couch with me. Or sleeps in the bed and with his back legs on the pillow hahahaaaa…

Then it was time to pack for LA. I usually don’t bring that much, because I end up shopping and bringing back an overweight suitcase 🙂 Some stuff I can’t get here in Mexico and other things are expensive here so I stock up in LA 🙂

Rented a car at LAX and I can really recommend this company called Kyte to rent from. Supersmooth. They pay for an Uber black from outside the terminal to their pickup location 10 min away. You don’t need to go to the Uber/Lyft location. Returned the car so early so no one was there, but no problem. Just take a picture of the car and jump into a paid Uber again.

Drove straight out to Palm Desert. The next day a friend of mine got married. Obviously I had scouted out a coffee spot to hit first thing in the morning. Priorities! The place is called Varraco and the coffee was superb!

That day they had some kind of Porsche meet-up at the coffee shop. I like Porches and it was great to see so many cool ones. If I’d get a Porsche it would be a GT of some kind 🙂

The wedding started at 3pm. It was a beautiful ceremony and event. They’ve asked for guests to refrain from posting on social media. I only snapped a couple of myself because I thought my dress was awesome 🙂

I stayed at a friends RV when in Palm Springs. I love RV’s and campers. I hope one day to make a longer trip in an RV and just drive, park in beautiful spots, and hike around. Maybe in Iceland? (just a little side note)

The day after the wedding I hit Varraco coffee again. Then went to check out this art installation… I wanted to hike a bit, but it was hot and decided to pack up and head out to LA… I really liked Palm Desert and will most likely come back!

It was great to see my sister, Sandy and her family. Always a lot of catching up. And now Sandy has a cat too and we decided it must be a relative to Hunter because they’re both soooo cute 🙂

My sister and I spent Monday hitting the stores. I buy a lot of my patches, feathers, rhinestones etc in Downtown LA. My sister and I have similar taste and we had an all day spree… I had to sit down while my sister tries on the fifty-eleventh hoodie LOL…

The next day I hit a location with Sandy and took advantage of her makeup skills 🙂

We hit some coffee spots too. One of my favorites is Dinosaur Coffee in Silver Lake where I used to live. Another one is Laidrey in the Valley.

Some more content being produced 🙂

And when Sandy is not around to doll me up it looks like this hahahaaa…

It sucks that the week went by way too fast!!! But hopefully it’s not too long before I get to see everyone again. My sister brought me some chocolate from Sweden. A few missing because they’ve already been devoured 🙂

Didn’t remember to take any pics, but if in LA and. you want delicious food, go to Rustic Canyon in Santa Monica. It was our last dinner with some friends and everything we ate was perfect. Super fresh and flavourful.

And then it was an 8am flight back to Mexico. I like having a whole day when I get back even though I took a 2h nap hahahaaa… My friend stayed here and watched Hunter while I was gone. I hope he still was happy to see me. He looks more confused staring at me?!?

Been very tired this weekend, but hope I’ll be good tomorrow, hit the gym, and be back on track 🙂

Catch ya’ later 🙂

Some leftovers from 2022

I got some leftovers from 2022 that I thought I’d share.

Got back from San Francisco last week. It was a great trip and fun to be back in my old hoods. I lived there for a year. When it was time to land at SFO I look out of the window and there’s a plane pretty damn close to our plane. Never seen that before. And when we start to go down and are about to land, our plane just speeds up and takes off again. The captain announced that it was crowded on the landing strip. No shit. I think the Southwest plane beat us lol…

First thing I did was to meet up with Patricia and her doggie. I met her at the crossfit gym when I lived in Mountain View. She is Mexican and has the same humor as me – nothing being off limits. So the day I met her at the gym, we are holding ourselves up in a pull up position for as long as we can on the bars. She looks over at me and says: “This reminds me when me and my family climbed the wall over from Mexico to the US”. I just crack up and had to let go of the bar. “Beat ya’ blondie” she says and kept hanging on the bar hahahaaa…

All of a sudden while we’re eating we hear a engine revving and a loud noise. Turns out this lady hit the gas a bit too hard and ended up in the mid section of the road. We talked to her and she was fine…

I hit all my favorite coffee spots while in town. Verve, Wreckingball, and Ritual being a couple of them.

Excited to get my mouth on some Ben & Jerry’s Strawberry Cheesecake ice-cream and getting a selfie with my favorite Elf who was in the neighbourhood.

Santa was nice this year too. Or maybe it’s just me who was nice and got rewarded 🙂 A pic of me and the ugliest wrapped Xmas gift. But it’s the inside that matters, right?

Got some coffee too, Puma socks and so excited about the Meta VR set. I think VR is amazing and if you have any cool tips on what to play or experience on there, please let me know. I do have Resident Evil but I got stuck at the first door cause I couldn’t figure out how to open it hahahaaa…

That was about it from SF. Before I left I was invited to another Guess event by my friend Dyana. Why can’t I do my hair like this on my own???

I also put together a small Swedish pre-Christmas celebration. I made meatball sandwiches with ‘rödbetssallad’ which is beet salad, some cured salmon with this sweet mustard from IKEA, and this amazing Daim cake.

Had some friends in town and we went to see the Teotihuacan pyramids. I had no idea about the history behind them. Someone said there are some documentaries about them and I want to see that. If I remember correctly they built these to be positioned after the stars. In the first photo on the 3rd row you can see how they apparently messed up the positioning of the building. They then just rebuilt a new structure on top of the messed up one with correct positioning. Very cool and if you visit Mexico, go see them.

You didn’t think I forgot to work did you?

And working out… Or checking how my mobility is 🙂 This could maybe be useful in other places than the gym hehheee…

Good thing I got more Puma socks cause Hunter likes to represent LOL…

Ok, time to move over to 2023! Have a fantastic week!

2022 –> 2023

Sooo, we are almost done with this year. How was your 2022? Any plans or goals for 2023? What was the best thing that happened or that you did this year?

For me a couple of the most memorable things this year were my 2 hikes with my sister in Sweden. Not much beats being outdoors.

Adopting Hunter S Thompson. These pics are from this morning. He just loves getting as close as he can to my face 🙂

The Changa ceremony. I never experienced anything like it and it truly was mind altering.

I always love my trips to LA and seeing my wifey Sandy & her family. I feel like I’m part of their family 🙂 And I loved seeing more of Italy this summer… (and drinking their wine).

Also there was a lot of insightful and mind-bending trips on various ‘medicines’. Finally got to experience Peyote too 🙂

Lastly I’m very proud of launching Psychonaut Explorer.

In 2023 I hope to travel more. To see more of Mexico, and on my bucket list is to hike in Patagonia or Ireland. Maybe a part of Kungsleden in Sweden. It would be amazing to hike on Iceland too 🙂 I know I will do more mind expanding trips too and I have thoughts of obtaining the knowledge from Kambo and Iboga. I’m going to sign up for Spanish lessons again and improve my Spanglish. Continue my work and experimenting with Psychonaut Explorer. I have amazing fans so there will be more pics and videos being made as well. Mostly I hope to stay healthy because then anything can happen 🙂

I forgot to shoot NYE pics for this year so I’m reusing last years content. Being wasteful is so old anyways 😉

That’s it from me this year. I wish you an amazing New Years Eve whatever you get up to and that you’ll have an amazeballs start on 2023!!!

Get ready 2023, here I come!!!!

What’s new?

Are you guys prepping for the holidays? What and where are you going to spend it? Doing anything special or no f*cks given? I got a bit homesick thinking of all the special Swedish foods we have for the holidays, the cold, snow and darkness. So what did I find? A Scandinavian holiday ‘something’ celebration in one of the WhatsApp groups. Turns out it was at a church with Christmas songs in Swedish, Finnish, and Danish. And the coolest part, the girls singing them were Mexicans and sang them perfectly. Very impressed! The other best part was that they sold ‘lussebullar’, cinnamon buns and Finnish ‘mustikkapiirakka’ which is blueberry pie. Obviously I bought a bunch and suddenly I wasn’t so homesick after all 🙂

Buuuut then yesterday morning I started craving again and googled where the IKEA store is here in Mexico City. Ordered an Uber and off I went. Bought so much Swedish candy that I had stomach pain the rest of the day. But it was well worth it hahhahaaa…

Pasts weeks work for the ‘spicy’ site 🙂

Also worked on Psychonaut Explorer shooting and created a Sale section on the website.

Found my way to the gym too and feel healthy and strong now 🙂 Also tried a new gym called Commando with my friend Dyana. It was awesome and felt like a morning disco with a workout!

Are you guys following the World Cup? There are a lot of Argentinians here in the City and they all seem to gather at this restaurant around the corner here and cheer the Argentinian team on.

And Hunter is doing great. I feel like I have a kid now. We love to chill on the balcony and take naps together. At night he expects his usual treat which is turkey slices with some Philadelphia cheese that I serve him on a napkin hahahaaa 🙂

A couple of selfies and this cute pig I ran into one night when out walking 🙂

Now going to eat some cured salmon and hit the gym. Going to do some Xmas gift shopping this week, work a lot, and then I have a small Swedish Xmas celebration with friends. I feel excited for this week and hope you will have an amazing week too 🙂

Ball-less cat, news, football…

Hope all of my American readers had a fabulous Thanksgiving. I think we were 5 gringos (I count myself since I’m a US citizen) and the rest being Mexicans, British, Colombians, Ecuadorian and Argentinians. Fun night and I managed not to party too hardy 🙂

Also had my vajayjay checked for cancer. The correct term actually being having a pap smear. I’m very comfortable going to the gynecologist and this lady was superchill. I even asked if it was OK for me to film and take pics and she happily posed along while digging in hahhaaaa… And she also did an ultrasound to check the ‘interior’ and luckily there was no baby found 😉

Hunter also had to go to the veterinarian for his private parts. I felt so bad to take him in knowing they were going to take his balls 🙁 But everyone recommended me to do the procedure. He also has had some ‘episodes’ that to me felt like anxiety. Hoping it was all hormones and testosterone. I have now also put a collar with some calming scent on him and he has been chill and relaxed.

OK, while I’m at it, a couple more pics of Hunter. Poor guy wasn’t too impressed with me trying to dress him in a mini sombrero. Tried to tell him it was all for Mexico and to support them against Argentina in yesterday’s football match. Our support obviously didn’t matter since MEX lost 0-2.

Work has been good and fun 🙂

Did an interview for Shoutout Colorado a while back and it’s out now. Wanna read it, check out https://shoutoutcolorado.com/meet-puma-swede-psychonaut/

Working on some new pieces for Psychonaut Explorer and Hunter is my sidekick when updating the website…

It was time to boost the color of my hair too…

I have a new favorite spot in town – Marne Panaderia. I’m actually sitting there now writing this. They have amazing French Toast and superb coffee!

l have read a lot and will try to put together a post of some recommendations. When not reading I watch White Lotus season 2, very good. The Industry season 2 is also great. Last one – The Peripheral, very interesting as I think we’ll see and start experiencing more virtual reality in the near future. And then I microdosed on some acid to reset for a new week 🙂

OK, done now. Going to order another coffee and get some more work done 🙂 Stay amazing!

Website, visitors, excitement!

FINALLY! www.psychonautexplorer.com is live. I still have a lot of clothing to add on it, but it’s at least viewable and shop-able 🙂 Giving myself a pat on the shoulder as I’m writing this 😉

Other than working on the website, ‘regular’ work had to be shot and videos to be made.

You know you work hard when a shoe comes apart in the middle of shooting…

I had my friends Laura and George come visit for a few days. I known Laura from when I first got into the adult business. She used to work for Naughty America and we have stayed friends since. Now we’ve been working on a superfun NFT project together. When it becomes more finalized, I’ll share some more with you. But it’s going to be trippy, hilarious, creative and awesome! Just a small little sample…

https://videopress.com/v/kqAseYUq?resizeToParent=true&cover=true&preloadContent=metadata&useAverageColor=true

We ran around Mexico City and I also took them to my favorite spot Boxque Teva. Visited an old monastery up in the woods the next day…

More of us… We met up with Sabrina one day and just look how happy Laura is hahahaaa…. They also had an October Fest celebration here in CDMX. We went and downed beer and stuffed ourselves with various sausages and sauerkraut!

Then I had a 24h food poisoning and could barely move for a day. But now I’m feeling great and been hitting some good workouts!

The other day I microdosed on LSD with a couple of friends. It was great being outdoors and we finished off by getting a sound bath. I only tried it once before, but there also was a gong and I think it interrupted the flow of the sound bath. This session was amazing though. I felt like I was totally lost in it, only flowing with the sounds. Will definitely do this again!

Here are some more pics of when I’m out and about doing who knows what 😉

I’m also waiting for something very eagerly! I hope to get ‘it’ this upcoming week. Hopefully in my next blog I can show you!

Hope you are great and doing your thing, whatever it is 🙂 This sums me up pretty good except that I’m pretty proud of it 🙂

Popping by Sweden

I popped by Sweden again for 10 days. Intense to say the least. I arrived a few days after my birthday so my sister welcomed me with this 🙂 Arrived late so we popped a bottle and went to bed.

Then it was time to celebrate my friend Katrin’s birthday. She doesn’t do mellow or believe in ‘less-is-more’, so the party was wild!

Barely had time to recover before it was time to head up north hiking with my sister again. Took the night train up so we could sleep and arrive fresh. I love the bunk beds!

Arrived in the morning and downed some breakfast, coffee, and off we went. Beautiful fall colors and the weather was a mix of cloudy, sunny, hot and cold. Clothes came off and clothes were put back on… Distance hiked 16km.

We stayed at Sylarna Fjällstation the first night. We have stayed there before and had pre-booked their dinner buffet. Pretty great views out of the cabin when eating and relaxing. Oh, and they have a sauna too so we hit that before passing out.

Next morning we had their breakfast buffet and the waffles were soooo good!

Then off hiking to Norway. We were told that we should’ve collected a key to the cabin in Norway since there would be no staff there at this time of the year. The cabins on the Swedish side should have them too, but this one was out. We emailed the support where we made our reservation and hoped there would be other people booked at the location that could let us in. One key works at all the cabins in all of Norway. Fingers crossed and off we went… Ice on the water in the morning, but the sun was warm…

Wohooo, finally reached the border to Norway. There was only this fence and a gate that you opened and tied closed. Hello Norway!

There was this tiny hut and we decided to take a coffee & snack break. After all, we reached Norway. Pretty cool…

While taking a break, we also had phone reception so we decided it was best to call about our reservation. Didn’t tempt us too much to hike another 10km and then be locked outside with no proper gear. The lady said there were no other reservations made, so there was a pretty big chance we’d not be able to get in. We decided it was best to turn around and alter our planned route. And back to Sweden we hiked…

A bit of a #fail, but who cares when you got beautiful landscapes, sun, champagne and coffee. My whole family has always been able to nap whenever and wherever. My sister proving it by falling asleep on a pile of rocks hahahaaa…. Distance hiked 16km.

We spent another night at Sylarna Fjällstation. Next morning there was a bunch of reindeers right outside the window while we were eating breakfast. Spotting a white reindeer is supposed to mean luck 🙂

We then took off towards Blåhammaren Fjällstation.

It’s a 19km hike and the last part is all uphill. It feels pretty good when you finally reach the cabin. And to know you have a 3-course dinner booked 🙂 But first some beer and a sauna.

The dinner was super good and the main course was reindeer. I was so hungry I didn’t even have time to take a pic of the food hahahaa…

Pretty much put my head on the pillow and slept like 5 seconds later. The last day we hiked back to Storulvåns Fjällstation (12km) where you take the bus to the train station. We had booked the night train again. Arrived back in Stockholm at 5am the next morning.

Didn’t have time for much more than eating some meatballs and hanging out with friends and family before it was time to head back to Mexico. Until next time Sweden!

Been working my ass off since I got back to Mexico. Got a couple of friends over from the US now too and we’re shooting a lot of stuff for an upcoming NFT project. All that for the next post. Considering hitting the gym now after a couple of night of debauchery 🙂 Then more shooting and dinner later. What are you up to this weekend? Oh, if you need a great series to watch, check out Taboo with Tom Hardy. Pretty dark & gory…

Catch you later 🙂
