I like when at the end of the week I feel that I’ve been productive and gotten stuff done. Not just work, but gym, hanging with friends, and spending some time outdoors… I regularly assess what makes me happy and content outside of work, and usually topping my list is being outdoors. What’s topping your list?
Yesterday I tried a new hike. Even though there were pics of a creek on google maps, it was dried up out there. But sitting on a rock and enjoying the stillness, fresh air and quietness resets me 🙂
Obviously spending time with Hunter makes me happy and here’s our weekly shenanigans which mostly consist of napping. I built him this fabulous ‘tent’ too where he likes to hide and sometime sneak attack from…
Oh, and I think Hunter has a girlfriend now. This is a pic from my neighbor with his cat Princess 🙂 Love is in the air….

I rocked at pickleball this week! So much fun and just booked a lesson for this upcoming week too so hopefully I keep it up 🙂 Maybe it’s my new pickleball hat?
Today I was invited to King von Nuggets 10-year birthday party 🙂 It was a brunch and it was great. Didn’t get a great pic of the birthday boy but he is a lively doggo for being 10 years!
Got my blood drawn and survived. Had to get extra coffee to get the energy going, but still crashed after 🙂 But good volume on the hair though hahhaaa…
This week is going to be busy. Leaving for Prague on Friday and before that I have to get tested since I’m shooting there. Shooting the last of my custom orders before leaving, getting my hair and nails done, squeezing in pickleball and then packing. Knowing European weather, you need to pack for cold, wind, rain and possibly summer clothes 🙂
Per usual I managed to find the weights at the gym in the beginning of the week… I actually went lifting yesterday too after playing pickleball 🙂 This week was like 80% pickleball and 20% weights, so I will consider that as an improvement!
I have had some pain in my left shoulder and went to see Tony again. Angel has used him for years and now I’m hooked too. He does massage and physical therapy. I book 90min and he really digs his fingers and elbows in the sore spots, but my body feels 10 years younger after!
It was also Kayla’s birthday this week so I graced her with my presence 🙂 Her being so thankful, she gave me this jar of tallow that she made . Am I not supposed to give her a gift on her birthday?
I did take her to get our nails done and then we overate Korean BBQ and I had a cup or two of rice wine…
When we were getting our nails done a lab called me back to schedule a blood draw. Have to get it done to make sure I’m healthy enough to be put under anesthesia for the surgery in Prague. They ask me for my age and I say that I’ll be 39 in September. Kayla looks at me and I pretty quickly realize that I had subtracted 10 years. I’ll be freaking 49. Came a bit of a shock because 39 feels more accurate and fitting hahhaaaa…. The guy on the phone said to celebrate the fact that I’ve made it this far and I decided he is correct! Cheers to that!

Hunter, the king of this household is as good as ever. I think he has taken it upon himself to guard our street….

I also finished the series Goliath with Billy Bob Thornton. Season 1 & 4 was the best and I can recommend the series 🙂

Also finished reading “Handmaid’s Tale” and “The Testaments” by Margaret Atwood. I started watching the series on TV a while back and remembered it being very good. The books I think were pretty good, but not as exciting as the series…
Spent today mostly chilling and cleaning up my computer of unnecessary files, old photos and videos. Felt the urge for some pickleball and went playing for a couple of hours 🙂 Too lazy to make any proper food so fired up a couple of hot dogs because I still like to keep it fancy hahhaaa…

A lot of people ask how we test for STD’s and how often? Most performers and companies demand a test no older than 14 days. I got tested last week and we leave urine, blood, and swab our throat & butt for testing. You have your results the next day!
Flew to LA to be on a Brazzers Roundtable talk MILF edition. So much fun. Was there with Alexis Faux, Richelle Ryan and Joanna Angel. Fun swapping and sharing Milf stories and experiences 🙂 Got a little trip down the memory lane and I shot one of my first Milf scenes in 2006 for Brazzers, 29 years old. Time flies 🙂
It was also International Pet Day last week so I forced myself into Hunter’s space to snap a selfie with him. He looks pretty regal there surveying his domains…
Of course there was pickleball too. I think I’ve gotten a tiny bit better which is about damn time!

I’ve been thinking that I want to go blond again. Kayla had a blond wig that I borrowed to see how I’d feel about it. Apart from the wig looking a bit like a floor mop on my head, I think blond is a go! Or what do you think?
On Saturday I got together with Kayla and Shay Fox. Never done anything more than exchanged a few words with Shay, so it was great to get to know her inside and out LOL… And let me tell you, she is fabulous and so funny.
We had such a fun day together! I love people with humor and the day flew by too fast! Did I mention that Kayla and I walked away with almost a brand new closet since Shay had cleaned out her closet of stuff that she didn’t want anymore? That just stroked my hoarder heart even more hahhaaaa…
My Swedish friend Cathrine is like an encyclopedia of Vegas and stuff to do here. Visited the Big Bend Recreational Beach yesterday and it’s only 1,5h from us. Wow, what a place! The water in the river is so clear, not to mention cold. Nice sand and it wasn’t crowded. It gets busy when it gets hotter here and people are trying to cool down. Fried in the sun and hand fed some ducks too 🙂
I just woke up from a nap. Played 3h of pickleball this morning hahahaaa… This week has another girl who I never shot with on the schedule and then I plan to stuff myself with chocolate Easter bunnies this weekend 🙂 Going to book my trip to Europe now for my eyelid surgery and hopefully some shooting out there too! Had friends in town and we tried out Casa Playa at the Wynn. Very cozy restaurant and the food was great too. They have a small dog named Lucy that eeeeverybody adored! I wish I could bring Hunter with me everywhere, but I think he enjoys peace and quiet more…
Last week we had some hot days here in Vegas so I did a pool day with Angel and Kayla. Not to forget Angels dogs who love the sun as much as we do! This one is Henney 🙂
Hunter loves the sun too in moderation and prefers to enjoy it from my neighbours backyard. It’s so funny. When I can’t see him, I look out from my bathroom window and find him chilling at the neighbours hahahaa…
He loves his morning cuddles and I think he sees me as his personal assistant (aka slave) at times! Here holding his head up so he can be comfortable 🙂
There was a small mishap with my last delivery from the Amish farm. Somehow my delivery was scheduled to LA. Luckily a fellow customer was nice and offered to drive it halfway to Vegas for me to pick it up. Still a 4h drive back and forth! Anywaaaays, I got my pork shoulder and I made amazing pulled pork. Yes, I’m definitely bragging! Used it for tacos and it was sooo goood! More bragging… And Hunter loved it too as he has to sample everything!
Jennifer Dark was in town so me &. Angel took her to Body20 to try it out.

While on the shooting topic, me, Kayla and Angel also shot for Ken Marcus yesterday. As the legend he is, he knew exactly what he wanted and we worked hard! My legs are sore today from getting into and holding some of the poses. Just have a couple of BTS pics for now…
Got to let your hair down at times too. Finally got to visit the famous Golden Tiki Bar with my Swedish friend Cathrine. It is supercool! Fun cocktails, the decor is right up my alley and my favorite is the wallpaper in the bathroom!

Got a session at Body20 today and just might top it off with some pickleball. Took out a whole beef tenderloin from the freezer that I have to Google on how to cook. Otherwise I don’t have so much planned for this week… Just realized it’s April Fools Day today! Did you fool anyone yet? I’ll let you know next week if I pull any jokes on anyone today hehehheee…
On Monday me, Angel and Kayla went to meet with Ken Marcus at his studio. He is such a cool guy and has shot one of my all time favorite people, Clint Eastwood! He has some interesting stories too from his years as a photographer. And guess his age? Dude is 78 years old and still going strong! I hope I have my health at that age and still doing whatever I’m doing at that point 🙂 We are shooting with him at the end of the month and I think it will be awesome!
Have played a lot of pickleball this week and made some improvements. Obviously not as many and as fast as I wish, but at least I’m not getting worse. Played 3h one day and was pretty drenched after since I got to play with some pros and tried to keep up…
I did another class of Body20. Since I want a big booty, they gave me 2 ‘electro’ pads or whatever they are called on each buttcheak. My booty was crying for a couple of days after!
Working 9 – 5 like Dolly Parton sings… Not quite, but I like Dolly and the song 🙂

Cooking healthy has been going so so… I’m obsessed with sourdough bread at the moment. Just toast it in tallow in the pan and then a lot of butter on it – YUMMY! Made this tasty breakfast sandwich too with ham, cheese and an egg!
But healthy only goes so far when you are hangry and Settebello Pizza is on the way to home 🙂 I’m telling you again, if you ever get the chance, GO THERE!

Had a consultation about an eyelid surgery this morning and it’s scheduled wohoooo. Will tell you more about it when I’ve booked my flights etc. Got friends coming into town tomorrow and trying a new Mexican restaurant for dinner tomorrow night. Got training scheduled, some shooting, most likely pickleballing some and plan to work on my tan since it’s getting hot out here 🙂
Started watching “Dark Winds” and like it a lot. Also watched 2 episodes of the 3rd season of White Lotus. Loved the previous 2 seasons and fingers crossed this one picks up. Also got 1 episode of the new season of The Righteous Gemstones in. If you haven’t seen the series, watch it! It’s hilarious!
Craving ice cream and considering if I should just try to resist it? Or give in and be the new healthy me tomorrow hahahaaa…
It was a good week even though Vegas had some rain and cold weather. I am easily bored with food so I have to explore some new recipes and meats other than filet mignon. I’m eating filet mignon because it’s so clean and has no tendons or fatty parts. I don’t mind the fat at all, just can’t stand the chewy texture and feel like gagging if I get a chewy part in my mouth. Sooo, this week I prepped a chuck roast in my new Dutch oven I bought. I know, I shouldn’t, but I had to clean out the ‘worst’ fat chunks before cooking it for 3h. It turned out great, but probably would’ve been even more moist if I’ve cooked the fat too. Learning 🙂 The last picture of how my kitchen counter looked after hahhaaaa…
I have some new meats coming next week from an Amish farm. I’m going to attempt pulled pork and also found out they have filet mignon as a roast, so that should be perfect for me 🙂
Me & Angel hit Body 20 again and I told them to jack up the electricity and I felt it for 3 days after hahahaaa…
Also hit the gym for some regular weightlifting and pickleball…
Finally managed to get myself to the hairdresser. Needed some highlight and a cut. Took 6h and I was like an impatient kid. I have a hard time sitting still that long unless I’m flying somewhere. I’m not totally satisfied with my new color so hopefully popping by next week to put in a toner…
Me & Angel made our own body cream made of tallow and body butters. It turned out amazing. If you need a good skin cream, use beef tallow! I cook in tallow too. Your skin feels amazing after and it stays moist all day.
Put in some work hours too 🙂
I wrote King Hunter in the headline because he is the king of this household. Loves his morning cuddles and he puts a paw, or himself, over me so I can’t get up. The other night I built him a cave to sleep in and I slept on a tiny part on the side so his beauty sleep wouldn’t be disturbed. I love spoiling him though 🙂
He also cuddled up with Angel while I was getting ready and she was chilling 🙂 He looks like a loaf of bread between her legs LOL…
Played pickleball at an outdoor court today and it was great. Almost everything is better doing outdoors as long as there are no ants present! Now going to food prep a little so I can try to eat somewhat healthy during the week 🙂 Tomorrow me, Angel and Kayla are driving out to meet with the famous fetish photographer Ken Marcus and plan a shoot. He is amazing and I’m really excited to get to shoot with him.
It was a busy and fun week! Last Sunday’s pickleball was fun. Great to be playing outdoors in the sun, but it wears you out pretty fast.
Made it home, a shower and a bit of face paint and it was time for the birthday celebration of two fellow Swedes. Annelie is an amazing photographer and Big Swede (he really is big) is in music. There was some other Swedish and creative people, and I love making new acquaintances 🙂

My friend George who lives in Colombia was in town. He suggested Korean BBQ for dinner in Chinatown. I’d never been to Chinatown here and from the little I saw, I know I have another trip coming up. There seems to be a lot of cool stuff and I found these shiny animal ‘containers’ that I think I will have to get a few off 🙂 And the 888 Korean BBQ place was great too!
At the Swedes birthday party I met Rae. She is a scientist and makes all natural skincare and looks flawless herself. For example, her products only last for about 3 months since she doesn’t use preservatives in them. She invited me to her lab and I bought some stuff to try out. Will also get a microneedling pen and some other stuff she recommended. Puma Junior might just be my new name if this stuff works hahhaaaa…
On Friday Angel and I went to try a Body20 workout. First we got to measure our weight, fat, muscle mass etc. Then they strap you in these electro-muscle stimulation suits you wear while doing a 20 min workout session with a personal trainer. We only did 12 min since it was our first try.
It seems pretty good and I am still sore. It’s a pretty convenient form of training. I still need a regular workout to get rid of all my energy, but might try this once a week for a month. Anyone here tried it? Oh, this is me resting up after I got home. My exhaustion must’ve been contagious on Hunter 🙂
Finally got out hiking yesterday. I need nature and it always makes me feel so good after being outdoors! Tried White Rock Mountain Loop in the Red Rocks. It’s an easy 10km loop. Beautiful day!
Hunter has found a new favorite spot at my neighbour’s house. It’s like his throne from where he surveys his domains and keeps an eye out for lizards… Or naps…
Which reminds me that before going to dinner with George, I was sitting working on the couch. The front door was open since Hunter was out. All of a sudden a black cat comes charging in with Hunter chasing him. I flew up from the couch and ran after them upstairs. The black cat runs back downstairs, but since Hunter was chasing it, he ran back upstairs. I went after them and finally managed to hold back a growling Hunter. I think the black cat was too scared to move and he is curled up on the stairs and refused to move. I finally managed to get my hoodie around the black cat and lifted him safely outside. I was so stressed out after, but I think the other cat was OK and Hunter was unharmed too!
OK, that was my week. Me and Angel are heading to LA to shoot next week. My tooth removal procedure has healed up good, so I plan to work and pickleball some. Other than that I don’t have anything else planned yet 🙂
Didn’t have time to put together a post last week, so here are my past two weeks. Pickleball with Linda & Angel was a lot of fun. Me trying my best to explain some rules and we managed pretty well to keep the ball on our court most of the time 🙂
Had a shoot so got a Valentine’s inspired mani/pedi. Red seems to be a favorite color for a lot of people. I asked on IG, so I’m not just making this up 🙂
The shoot was with no other than Joslyn James. I think some of you might be familiar with her hehhee… I never met Joslyn before, but she is super cool & funny. Not to mention HOT!!!!

On Valentines I took Linda to my favorite pizza place in town, Settebello. She agreed that their pizzas are very good!

Didn’t make it out to Boulder City as planned since it rained a lot and was so cold that day. Took Linda with me to the gym instead. Very serious gym sesh!
Luckily the rain didn’t last more than one day, so we checked out the Red Rocks. I love going there…. Pretty crazy that the mountains in the background have snow on them!
Tried this cookie bakery after called Crumbl. Very sugary and good 🙂
One night we hit Fremont Street. It was years ago since I’ve been there. We loved the curved roof that showed all kinds of clips and some of them pretty trippy. The hoarder in me wanted to buy all the weird/touristy crap they were selling there too 🙂
We then walked to the Fremont East district and that was more bars and restaurants. We checked out the Container Park before eating at a Mexican place called La Mona Rosa. It was a pretty good restaurant. Oh, and I definitely want to visit Discopussy one of these nights!
We were pretty fascinated by this restaurant called the Heart Attack Grill right by Fremont Street. They had a large scale outside and if you weighed more than 350 lbs you eat for free. People get a hospital gown before dining and the menu is not exactly Keto lol. How about a Octuple Bypass burger that is like 8 hamburgers in one and you can add 40 bacon strips to it! I’m adding that place to my list to try 🙂
Oh, and just in case you are looking to have a pretend wedding they have that too in Downtown 🙂
On the way back we grabbed some ice cream from Sorry Not Sorry Creamery and it was as good as everyone says it is.
We ran around so much and I didn’t even have time to nap. Tried to catch up during a lunch. Linda found me this awesome Hunter hat which I of course love and we found another Mothership coffee place in Henderson where we filled up on caffeine to be able to run around more!
There was also a drive by and a quick stop at the Welcome to Las Vegas sign.
During this time I also got a bad toothache. Angel had an appointment last week so called the same place and got an emergency appointment. I really, really don’t like going to the dentist! Long story short, a tooth in the back needed a root canal or removing it to put in an implant. Might as well go for the implant because they weren’t sure it was even possible to perform a root canal.
On Friday I went in and removed the tooth and it was horrible! The dentist recommended I get put under in the future during procedures because I’m so scared. I will definitely consider that. I think it would’ve gone better if the dentist would’ve been a bit more nice too, but he seemed a bit annoyed so I got even more nervous hahhaaa… But it’s done. I will go to Mexico when I’m ready for the implant. It’s like 1/3 of the price and I have a great dentist there 🙂
So Linda went back to Sweden and it always feels so empty when someone who’s stayed for a while leaves 🙁
Hunter also had to have his few teeth checked and a general check up. Found a cat-only-veterinary place and they were great. Hunter was a great boy during the visit and he has to go back to extract a tooth or two too. Otherwise he was in great shape they said!
He never really hunts anything, but the other day he caught a lizard and seemed very proud of himself!
And he never climbs or jumps up anywhere so guess how surprised I was when I found him walking the wall around he house! And he even popped in on one of the neighbours backyards like that was something he did daily!
Guess lizard catching and exploring takes a toll so naps were necessary. I concur…
OK, enough of Hunter. I did another catfight video with Kayla. So much fun!

That pretty much covers the last 2 weeks. Today I’m heading out to play pickleball at some outdoor courts with friends. Later a birthday party for a couple of Swede’s 🙂 Next week I got a couple of shoots planned, hope to try a couple of yoga classes since I’m not supposed to work out too hard after removing the tooth.
Since I knew the end of this week was going to be busy, I hit the gym, boosted myself with caffeine, and got a lot of work done.
A friend invited me and Angel to a steak dinner for Tuesday night. The friend ended up having to cancel, but it didn’t stop me and Angel from going 🙂 The restaurant is called ‘Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse’ at the Wynn. For those who’ve seen the series ‘Yellowstone’, you probably recognize the name. We had some steak tartare prepared tableside, spicy Margaritas, and then we both went for the burger. Very tasty!

On Wednesday the AVN Expo started. I was signing for my agency ‘101 Modeling’ for a couple of hours each day.

Sandy was doing makeup, so I would go to her room to chill and hang with her before heading home. There are always tons of parties during AVN, but I decided that one party will have to do…

I would pop by Sandy in between and rest up a bit, eat, and do some work 🙂
At night we had a fun group that went to dinner. After we went to the White Party. I used to party like there was no tomorrow. Now I’m at least aware that there is tomorrow and do my best to try remember that when partying. It works so so…
After a couple of coffees on Saturday morning I was feeling pretty good 🙂 I was helping Sandy with girls getting ready for the AVN Award Show later in the afternoon. I skipped the award show and went home. Pretty beat, but it was fun to experience AVN again after so many years absent.
Today has been pretty mellow. Met a friend for lunch that I knew back in San Francisco who also lives here in Vegas now. We made reservations to go play pickleball in a week and a half and maybe a hike this upcoming weekend. I’m too tired to think about what’s happening next week, but I’m sure it will all be good and wishing you the same 🙂
Last week flew by! Important to start the week strong though, so began with hitting the gym…
On Tuesday I had some more fat injected into my face. Best part was the laughing gas 🙂 It looks like I have ‘something’ coming out of my mouth in the last 2 pics and had to double check myself. But it was just the markings where she was going to inject LOL…
Jennifer Dark was visiting Vegas, so had some playtime with her and Angel Dark hehehee… It was like the United Nations with all of our different accents…
I also gave them some style tips, since I’m such a fashionista myslef 🙂 Angel gave me this amazing onsie that I pretty much have been living in since then! Extra points that I wear stylish Puma socks!
On Friday it was time to drive back to LA. This time Waze directed me through some back roads I’d never taken before. Had to check a couple of times to make sure I was still headed to the address I put in hahhaaaa… It was pretty cool as it was deserted out there and caught a beautiful sunset…
On Saturday it was time for Xbiz. It has been ages since I was at a show and I had a blast. Best part was that I was signing with Sandy so I already knew I was going to have a great time 🙂 Lot of fans, old friends, and in the end, sore feet 🙂
Sandy and I hit Arden after for a late night dinner… Almost considered hitting a club after until we realized that we were totally beat and should sleep! A few years back I would’ve asked ‘What’s sleep’? Guess i got smarter (read older!)
This week AVN starts on Wednesday. I’m signing for 3 days and Sandy is coming here to do make-up, so I’m obviously excited that I get to see and hang with her again! Here is one of her dogs, Snoopy and Simba the giant cat!
Been exhausted after the LA trip, but there’s always energy for pickleball 🙂
