Oooops…

I was recommended a treatment called Morpheus. I’ve seen 2 friends who’ve done it on their face and they look amazing. I’m a bit impatient at times and decided to do it before my trip to Argentina. Now I’m not sure it was my brightest idea. The treatment is tiny needles with radiofrequency that puncture your skin at desired areas. This treatment is for stimulating collagen production, smoothing wrinkles etc. I did the procedure while they put me half asleep. Here’s me before…

And then me directly after. I asked for coffee as soon as I woke up and not groggy anymore…

I thought that this was kind of it. Maybe that I’d get a little bit more swollen and red. Well, I did get more swollen LOL…

Good thing my Russian friend Masha is almost a doctor and recommended Benadryl for the swelling. I’m still swollen, but it’s starting to settle. I’m flying tomorrow and hope I look a little bit more like my passport picture!

Before I swelled up like a bloated corpse, I got the necessary pics and videos done šŸ™‚ Which reminds me that I should Google if there is a fetish for pregnant looking faces šŸ˜‰

Mixed it up with some selfies…

And here are Hunters weekly dose of pics. Please note that he sometimes is too lazy to fully stand up and eat. He just gets his upper body up enough to reach the food, while the lower body still is in relax mode hahahaaa…

Also finished the embroidery of this custom Psychonaut Explorer jacket. I really enjoy embroidery. It’s very relaxing and I hope I’ll do more of it in the future…

That’s it for now. Gonna eat some more Benadryl and pack for tomorrow’s trip to Argentina. I have a couple of hikes booked there. One is an overnight hike and the second one is a 3 day hike. I’m so ready to be out in nature. If all goes according to plan, my next post will be from Patagonia šŸ™‚

Until then, don’t f*ck up šŸ˜‰

Work, trip & nap-buddy

Mostly work this past week. Yesterday I had a day off with nothing planned and I felt lost. I was bored and in a bad mood. Felt like I was wasting a day. But when I try to think of what I wanted to do, nothing came to mind. Ended up reading most of the day and then watching the series Yellowjackets. Made me realize I need to ‘practice’ relaxing… Also, that reading is never a waste of time.

Finally got the new pants put up on the website. They are so damn comfy. I could live in velour!

Then there was a birthday celebration for a friend. Had to dress up in something else other than comfy velour pants šŸ™‚

Then the usual…

My best napping buddy. Sometimes we nap on the balcony and sometimes on the couch. He sleeps in bed with me, but somehow Hunter developed a habit of waking up between 6.30 and 7am. A liiitle too early for my preference, but now I’m almost used to it šŸ™‚

Today I finally booked my trip to Patagonia and I feel so excited about going. I’m going the week after the next, to an area called Bariloche. Will also stay a couple of days in Buenos Aires. I will try to get in as much time hiking and in nature as possible. Looking at places to stay now and I want to stay close to the water. Woop woop!

Here’s a photo dump of me at the hair salon (again), the gym, a cute Rottweiler (I grew up with 2 of them) and the series ‘The Last of Us’ being promoted here. I watched 2 episodes and not sure if I’ll keep watching. Really enjoying Yellowjackets and last night I watched couple of episodes of ‘The Other Two’ and it’s pretty funny,

Going to a small house concert tonight, but plan to be well behaved so I can have a productive week before taking off to Argentina šŸ™‚

All the best to you, Puma

This, tits & that…

Last night I went to the movies here in Mexico City for the first time. Forgotten how much I enjoy going to the theater. What made it even better is that they have VIP theaters here where you have reclining seats and a huge menu to order snacks, food, and drinks from. I saw the new Avatar in 3D and it was great.

This past week I worked a lot on the Psychonaut clothes with Ximena.

Checked off shooting content too.

Been awhile, but got a mammography done. For some reason I think it’s so funny when a shorter person than me is reaching up and trying to handle my big titties, getting them inside and lined up correctly in this machine, while trying to explain it all in Spanish to me.

I’m very happy to have Angel around the corner so he can style my hair every now and then. It takes forever if I try to do it myself and still resembles more of a birds nest than curls…

Hunter needs his weekly photos too. Almost as much as he need his naps šŸ™‚

And ran into some cute dogs on the street…

Gym has been good and also did some yoga on a rooftop. Dinner with Dyana, reading, and this past week’s dose of selfies…

I think that’s about it. Now I’m gonna look into booking a trip to Patagonia for next month. I crave nature and hiking. If you’ve been and have tips or recommendations, please write šŸ™‚ I’m so excited about this. Now I’m going to Uber to a big Petco and buy some new toys for Hunter šŸ™‚

May your next week be filled with whatever it is you want and crave šŸ™‚

1st week of the year…

Did you start with a bang? I started hungover as f*ck and kind of felt disappointed at myself and wondering why I pretty much always overdo my celebrations. I somehow almost always feel that I could do juuust a liiittle more partying, peak a little higher and never feeling like I had enough. Well, I paid the price and was pretty immobile all of last Sunday.

I picked up my pace on Monday. I’ve been trying to get a Facebook account for Psychonaut Explorer and launch the shop function for FB & IG, and link them to my Shopify website. Easier said than done. So far it’s been countless emails to support, frustration, sometimes making small progress to then be stuck again. But I’m on it and my goal is to have it all running by the end of this month! Fingers, toes and body-parts crossed!

I met a new friend here. She saw my Psychonaut jackets and I’m making her a custom jacket. It will be so cool. Just some snippets of us trying patches on and positioning them…

I also got a new Spanish teacher so no mas Spanglish hahahaaa… Very nice guy from Colombia and I’m excited to improve my Spanish and hopefully be pretty fluent one day. That would mean I’m fluent in 4 languages. How many languages do you speak? I wish I knew Chinese. That would be badass!

Other than that I’ve been shooting…

Hit the gym too but then got a bit of flu or something and felt lethargic for a couple of days. Good thing there are great books and Hunter that never says no to keeping me company šŸ™‚

My friend Dyana had a small get-together at her hair salon. I love when you meet new and interesting people. One hot chick owns a huge avocado farm. One was the head of cancer-treatments at a hospital. And I’m actually holding a virgin cocktail in this pic and proud that I’ve been smoke free for a week now! Wohoooo….

Now sitting at a cafe and later I’m doing some yoga at a friends house. I always forget to mention books that I’ve read and recommend. Will try to post a separate post about it this week. I’m always grateful if you have great reads to recommend and send them my way šŸ™‚ Leave you with this pic of me exploring some super cool stuff in the VR!

Adiós y hasta luego!

Some leftovers from 2022

I got some leftovers from 2022 that I thought I’d share.

Got back from San Francisco last week. It was a great trip and fun to be back in my old hoods. I lived there for a year. When it was time to land at SFO I look out of the window and there’s a plane pretty damn close to our plane. Never seen that before. And when we start to go down and are about to land, our plane just speeds up and takes off again. The captain announced that it was crowded on the landing strip. No shit. I think the Southwest plane beat us lol…

First thing I did was to meet up with Patricia and her doggie. I met her at the crossfit gym when I lived in Mountain View. She is Mexican and has the same humor as me – nothing being off limits. So the day I met her at the gym, we are holding ourselves up in a pull up position for as long as we can on the bars. She looks over at me and says: “This reminds me when me and my family climbed the wall over from Mexico to the US”. I just crack up and had to let go of the bar. “Beat ya’ blondie” she says and kept hanging on the bar hahahaaa…

All of a sudden while we’re eating we hear a engine revving and a loud noise. Turns out this lady hit the gas a bit too hard and ended up in the mid section of the road. We talked to her and she was fine…

I hit all my favorite coffee spots while in town. Verve, Wreckingball, and Ritual being a couple of them.

Excited to get my mouth on some Ben & Jerry’s Strawberry Cheesecake ice-cream and getting a selfie with my favorite Elf who was in the neighbourhood.

Santa was nice this year too. Or maybe it’s just me who was nice and got rewarded šŸ™‚ A pic of me and the ugliest wrapped Xmas gift. But it’s the inside that matters, right?

Got some coffee too, Puma socks and so excited about the Meta VR set. I think VR is amazing and if you have any cool tips on what to play or experience on there, please let me know. I do have Resident Evil but I got stuck at the first door cause I couldn’t figure out how to open it hahahaaa…

That was about it from SF. Before I left I was invited to another Guess event by my friend Dyana. Why can’t I do my hair like this on my own???

I also put together a small Swedish pre-Christmas celebration. I made meatball sandwiches with ‘rƶdbetssallad’ which is beet salad, some cured salmon with this sweet mustard from IKEA, and this amazing Daim cake.

Had some friends in town and we went to see the Teotihuacan pyramids. I had no idea about the history behind them. Someone said there are some documentaries about them and I want to see that. If I remember correctly they built these to be positioned after the stars. In the first photo on the 3rd row you can see how they apparently messed up the positioning of the building. They then just rebuilt a new structure on top of the messed up one with correct positioning. Very cool and if you visit Mexico, go see them.

You didn’t think I forgot to work did you?

And working out… Or checking how my mobility is šŸ™‚ This could maybe be useful in other places than the gym hehheee…

Good thing I got more Puma socks cause Hunter likes to represent LOL…

Ok, time to move over to 2023! Have a fantastic week!

2022 –> 2023

Sooo, we are almost done with this year. How was your 2022? Any plans or goals for 2023? What was the best thing that happened or that you did this year?

For me a couple of the most memorable things this year were my 2 hikes with my sister in Sweden. Not much beats being outdoors.

Adopting Hunter S Thompson. These pics are from this morning. He just loves getting as close as he can to my face šŸ™‚

The Changa ceremony. I never experienced anything like it and it truly was mind altering.

I always love my trips to LA and seeing my wifey Sandy & her family. I feel like I’m part of their family šŸ™‚ And I loved seeing more of Italy this summer… (and drinking their wine).

Also there was a lot of insightful and mind-bending trips on various ‘medicines’. Finally got to experience Peyote too šŸ™‚

Lastly I’m very proud of launching Psychonaut Explorer.

In 2023 I hope to travel more. To see more of Mexico, and on my bucket list is to hike in Patagonia or Ireland. Maybe a part of Kungsleden in Sweden. It would be amazing to hike on Iceland too šŸ™‚ I know I will do more mind expanding trips too and I have thoughts of obtaining the knowledge from Kambo and Iboga. I’m going to sign up for Spanish lessons again and improve my Spanglish. Continue my work and experimenting with Psychonaut Explorer. I have amazing fans so there will be more pics and videos being made as well. Mostly I hope to stay healthy because then anything can happen šŸ™‚

I forgot to shoot NYE pics for this year so I’m reusing last years content. Being wasteful is so old anyways šŸ˜‰

That’s it from me this year. I wish you an amazing New Years Eve whatever you get up to and that you’ll have an amazeballs start on 2023!!!

Get ready 2023, here I come!!!!

Merry Xmas & Happy Holidays :)

Ho ho ho… Just wanted to stop by and wish you an amazing holiday season! I’m in San Francisco and everything is great šŸ™‚ Will post more next week, but need to go stuff myself with more Oreos, chips & candy now. Will eventually feel sick, but that too shall pass šŸ™‚

Here are some Xmas pics that might brighten your day. Otherwise just look at Hunter S Thompson’s Xmas pics. Guaranteed you’ll be happier than he was being forced into this hat and scarf LMAO…

OK, here’s Hunter’s…

All the best to you all šŸ™‚

Kisses, Puma

What’s new?

Are you guys prepping for the holidays? What and where are you going to spend it? Doing anything special or no f*cks given? I got a bit homesick thinking of all the special Swedish foods we have for the holidays, the cold, snow and darkness. So what did I find? A Scandinavian holiday ‘something’ celebration in one of the WhatsApp groups. Turns out it was at a church with Christmas songs in Swedish, Finnish, and Danish. And the coolest part, the girls singing them were Mexicans and sang them perfectly. Very impressed! The other best part was that they sold ‘lussebullar’, cinnamon buns and Finnish ‘mustikkapiirakka’ which is blueberry pie. Obviously I bought a bunch and suddenly I wasn’t so homesick after all šŸ™‚

Buuuut then yesterday morning I started craving again and googled where the IKEA store is here in Mexico City. Ordered an Uber and off I went. Bought so much Swedish candy that I had stomach pain the rest of the day. But it was well worth it hahhahaaa…

Pasts weeks work for the ‘spicy’ site šŸ™‚

Also worked on Psychonaut Explorer shooting and created a Sale section on the website.

Found my way to the gym too and feel healthy and strong now šŸ™‚ Also tried a new gym called Commando with my friend Dyana. It was awesome and felt like a morning disco with a workout!

Are you guys following the World Cup? There are a lot of Argentinians here in the City and they all seem to gather at this restaurant around the corner here and cheer the Argentinian team on.

And Hunter is doing great. I feel like I have a kid now. We love to chill on the balcony and take naps together. At night he expects his usual treat which is turkey slices with some Philadelphia cheese that I serve him on a napkin hahahaaa šŸ™‚

A couple of selfies and this cute pig I ran into one night when out walking šŸ™‚

Now going to eat some cured salmon and hit the gym. Going to do some Xmas gift shopping this week, work a lot, and then I have a small Swedish Xmas celebration with friends. I feel excited for this week and hope you will have an amazing week too šŸ™‚

A Trip Report

I thought I’d share my notes and thoughts from yesterday’s trip. I took a medium dosage of mushrooms with three friends. I also had some RapĆ© before because I like the clarity and calmness from it…

2pm Took 75% of a ā€˜purple owl’ chocolate mushroom that was 1.5 grams of mushrooms but it was mixed with a MAO inhibitor. Here we go…

2.23pm I read some Osho – ā€˜Last in the Evening’, before eating the chocolate and I went outside smoking and decided this trip was going to be to celebrate me. Kind of like Osho says, celebrate everything. My body and mind is just a shell…

4.30pm Pretty high. Beautiful to let go. Eating some chips now.

5.16pm A lot of thoughts, here they come…

  • Would everything be better without humans?
  • Do I need to change?
  • Is it enough to be aware?
  • What good can I do?
  • Where do you draw the line between accepting yourself as you are? What if you have depression, anxiety or something else…

5.30pm I feel exhausted…

Lied back down and let my mind drift. The question ā€œwhat is the most beautiful thing in the world?ā€ came to mind… Kept thinking about it and two things came to me –Ā  nature and freedom… I asked my friends and one of them said kindness. Another one said curiosity and wonder. The third one was processing his own trip so don’t have his input…

Around 7.30pm we all felt that the trip had ended and talked about it. Went eating and back home. Read some more OSHO before falling asleep.

A lot of people talk about integration after having a trip. What you do or how to process what you experienced during your altered state. Sometimes I don’t have so many thoughts after a trip; it can be just a recreational experience that I enjoy. But last night and today I’ve been thinking a lot about the images and thoughts that came to me during the trip. I think it has to do with reading the OSHO book.

I was thinking about what is the most important thing that I took with me from my trip. I think it’s the word compassion. In a way it was one of the most beautiful trips I’ve had. Very beautiful images, thoughts, and feelings. Sometimes I feel it’s not fair that I’m feeling so good considering how many people are suffering. During my trip, I was thinking of people in war for example. I don’t know how it would work, but I tried to say in my mind that I could take on their pain/suffering/fear for a while since I was feeling so good. Let them feel what I’m feeling, I would take on what they are feeling, and give them a break for a bit. Or that somehow we could connect and I could share what I’m feeling and my head-space.

Usually on my trips I always come to the conclusion that I have to spend more time in nature. On my walk this morning I thought about prioritizing to plan a trip to hike in Patagonia next year. But then thinking about what Osho says in the book, you don’t have to climb Everest or fly to the moon to find happiness, you need to work on your inner self right where you are. So should I just be content where I am, or should I plan a trip?

I always love these experiences as they give a lot of insight and I feel I become more aware. I will keep pondering on my questions and see what else arises.Ā

Please share if you have any memories or stories from experiencing psychedelics šŸ™‚
